233 Offering Cooperation
“Christian, I’m sorry.” Ella looked up and looked at Christian while expressing her apology weakly.
On her face, the woman still had her usual smile. A smile that was made of a thick layer of her defensive mask, to keep others from getting into her heart.
Seeing Ella this way, Christian felt a sense of frustration he had never felt before.
This woman made him feel many new feelings that he had never t before.

“Because...” not finishing his sentence, Christian could only frown. After that, he let go of Ella’s hand and said, “Co out.”
Ella nodded and obeyed Christian’s words. She left the room without a second thought.
After closing the door, Ella leaned against the door with her heart pounding like a drum. What did Christian say to her just now? Was that his love confession?

Ella raised her hand to stroke her chest. She knew what her heart was feeling right now. She felt hope.
The hope made her panic and rushed into the elevator.
As soon as she left Christian’s company, Ella imdiately walked to the bus stop and waited for the bus heading towards Christian’s house.
Not long after, a black Bentley suddenly stopped in front of her. Ella saw Liam’s figure from the lowered window.
“Ella,” Liam smiled gently as usual.
It had been quite a while since Ella had last seen Liam. His body that was previously thin from stress seed to have returned to normal. In addition, Liam looked more energetic, not as pale as before.
“Liam, did you co here for business matters?” Ella asked. This man ca to a place near Christian’s company. It’s possible that Liam wanted to et with Christian to discuss business matters.

“Why do you want to take to et him?” Ella looked at Liam in surprise.
After the wedding party, news of Haikal and Indri filled the whole network. Their marriage looked very peaceful and serene. Haikal was never seen in nightclubs or other places again.
Apparently, he had made an agreent with the Maheswara Family.
“It’s still a secret,” Liam was mysterious by hiding the reason for their eting. Seeing Ella’s beautiful face, Liam’s eyes were filled with tenderness. “Ella, get in the car. I know you won’t be able to refuse.”

“It’s about the Maheswara Family. Are you sure you don’t want to co with ?” Liam knew that Ella would insist on refusing him so Liam interrupted her first.

Hearing that this matter involved the Maheswara Family, Ella imdiately nodded. “Thank you, Liam.”
Ella imdiately entered the passenger seat, making the expression on Liam’s face much better. Their car slowly headed towards their destination, a western restaurant located not far from there.
During the trip, Liam kept looking for things to chat with Ella. Naturally, he could make Ella feel comfortable around him. Ella wore a simple long dress today. With her long flowing hair, she looks elegant without much effort.
“Haikal,” Ella’s faint voice when she called his na made Haikal’s eyes sparkle even more. He completely ignored Liam and went straight to Ella, looking at her with a surprised look. “Ella, why are you here?”
“Of course she has the right to participate in anything related to the Maheswara Family,” Liam led Ella to sit opposite Haikal. “I want to talk about cooperation with you.”
Haikal looked at Liam and Ella who were sitting side by side. Their closeness made Haikal frown in displeasure, but he didn’t say anything.
