"Woe to him who dares to rise against the All-Father, for he fights not on a field, but in a ga of runes carved by his own hands. And only in his last breath, when blood warms the earth and the soul fades away, is the cruel truth revealed: he was rely a pawn, molded and discarded by the will of the gods." Final thoughts of Dwarf King Hreidmar as his two sons, Fafnir and Regin, each plunged a sword into his heart.

-------

Seeing that the arrow missed, Godwyn's lips moved abnormally, he felt that fate really wanted him to accidentally release the arrow. But, he soon put those thoughts aside and focused entirely on the dangerous situation they were currently in.

"Annabeth, try to stay still for three seconds." Godwyn said, closing one eye and focusing the gaze of the bronze monster, which was getting closer and closer to the car, regardless of the Mustang's speed.

Sweat ran down Annabeth's face as she tried to stay straight on the highway, but it was difficult with the amount of cars. It seed like fate only made things more complicated with the abnormal amount of cars.

However, she did as Godwyn wanted. She used her foot, which barely reached the pedals, and accelerated, turned the steering wheel quickly, and overtook the car in front, bringing the car back between the lanes.

Thalia, Luke, Grover, and Mimir watched everything with wide eyes as they watched in disbelief little Annabeth driving a car with such mastery, even though it was her first ti doing sothing like that.

Perhaps noticing her friends' eyes, Annabeth raised her head and spoke in a condescending tone. "I'm amazing." Everyone, including Mimir, rolled their eyes at the seven-year-old girl's narcissistic declaration.

Returning to Godwyn's point of view, he felt the car stabilize and quickly pulled the line made of pure electricity again. The arrow quickly manifested and seed extraordinarily volatile.

One second.

Godwyn aid at the bronze bull, more specifically between the tal links around the chanized animal's neck. His gaze focused, his pupil sharpened, and he saw a tal heart with glowing lines, pulsating with a yellow energy.

Two seconds.

He pulled in his breath to the end and fired the arrow.

Three seconds.

The world seed to slow down at this mont as Godwyn watched the red electricity arrow tear through the air with dizzying speed.

But Godwyn couldn't see the arrow's final destination, as the car abruptly swerved to the side; a Black Van had abruptly jumped lanes and dared to compete with a Mustang obviously modified by a car enthusiast.

Even Annabeth couldn't help but speak aloud to the van driver as she pointed her middle finger at him. "Did you learn to drive from your mother, you ugly, bald pig?!"

Poor man, bald n had no human rights…

Godwyn heard Annabeth's curse and started laughing while still half out of the car; the laughter made the girl herself embarrassed by what she had just done.

The van driver, who had changed lanes without signaling, was stunned to hear the childish voice and looked sideways in confusion. He spat, letting the beer bottle in his hand drop, and opened his mouth in shock at seeing a child driving an incredibly fierce Mustang at high speed.

"This shit is going to kill …" He looked at the drink spilling on the car floor and decided to stop drinking for a long ti. He really imagined he had just seen a little girl driving a Mustang at high speed.

However, as he was about to continue his journey, screams were heard as a giant car was thrown off the track and violently overturned. Unbeknownst to him, a strangely vivid mist was influencing his mortal mind.

However, from Godwyn's perspective, the Colchis Bull was hit by his arrow, letting out a roar full of fury, pain, and reluctance as it stumbled to the ground, its enormous body sliding to the side of the road where it stopped moving completely.

This made Godwyn sigh with relief and think that his archery skills were up to par; Frey would be proud. Returning to the car, Godwyn placed Annabeth on his lap and stepped hard on the accelerator. He wanted to reach the next town as soon as possible.

"Did I do well?" Annabeth asked with a proud tone, full of expectation for Godwyn's praise.

"Just avoid swearing in the future, I don't want to be blad by your mother for being a bad influence on you, but you were amazing!" Godwyn said with a helpless tone, but soon showed an equally proud expression of Annabeth's deeds.

Annabeth felt infinitely energized; she felt she could fight more and more hordes of monsters without even breaking a sweat at this mont.

"But that bull was not from the hordes of the Lord of the Underworld." Godwyn spoke in a serious tone; the atmosphere, which was about to beco more relaxed, beca tense again.

Grover, who had more knowledge about Greek mythology, or so he believed, spoke at this mont. "The Bronze Bull serves the Lord of the Forges, but there's no reason for him to send one of his creations to hunt you."

The Satyr's voice was solemn; he probably guessed that it wasn't Hephaestus who sent the Bronze Bull, but his mother, Hera. The Queen of the Greek Gods seed more determined than ever to take Thalia's life.

The reason? Her husband's betrayal. If horns were used to asure how many tis soone was betrayed, Hera definitely wouldn't be able to lift her head with the weight of the horns she had accumulated over countless years.

Thalia also knew this and showed a bitter look on her face. What fault was it of hers to be born? She didn't want to be born! If she could talk to Hera, she would probably tell the Queen of the Gods to go look for the real culprit, Zeus!

'I won't let you get hurt, even if I have to die, you will reach the camp.' Thalia thought with an increasingly determined look; she wouldn't let Luke, Annabeth, Godwyn, and even Grover get hurt because of her.

"It doesn't matter who sent it, we just have to get to Camp Half-Blood and we'll be safe." Luke said with a serious look. However, Godwyn doubted this statent. Indeed, demigods were safe reaching the Camp, but what if a god sent a quest?

The demigod could not and would not refuse a quest, which often resulted in the deaths of these demigods. So, Godwyn didn't believe Luke's words; this was an innocent view of the cruel world of the gods.

But he didn't comnt on Luke's naive words; people needed to relax once in a while; being constantly stressed can lead to depression and often suicide. So, he remained silent and changed the subject.

"Let's not talk about this, we have a long journey ahead." He said with a smile, making the atmosphere lighter at the mont. Although he himself knew that his words were nothing more than a way to distract the people in the car.

Whether Thalia, Luke, Annabeth, Grover, and even Mimir were having different thoughts and different concerns.

Sighing, Godwyn looked at the car's dashboard and saw the last song the car owner listened to. His eyes lit up seeing the singer and the song title. He turned on the music without any hesitation.

The slow strumming of the guitar began to play for about twenty seconds before Shawn Jas's sharp, high voice reverberated through the car.

Through The Valley.

The song, for so reason, almost perfectly matched their situation. So much so that Thalia and Luke leaned back in their car seats, enjoying the music that seed to tell their exact lives.

Even Annabeth, still sitting on Godwyn's lap, gently swayed her body from side to side, following the rhythm of the music with a relaxed smile.

Music, like any other art form, healed people's souls in a calm and serene way. Especially after a long, tiring day. It was no wonder that music has always united people since the dawn of humanity.

Mimir also needed music with a serene look on his face. He rembered when he was serving King Oberon and Queen Titania; at that ti, he was known as Puck or, as mortals liked to call him, Robin Goodfellow.

He rembered walking through the valleys singing while the Fairy Queen herself whistled, making the lody for his songs. The mory of the beautiful queen made Mimir show a nostalgic look. He wanted to return to his holand and see her after so long.

However, looking at Godwyn, he gave up on that idea, at least for the mont. Queen Titania had Oberon by her side, but Godwyn had no one, and since Mimir himself agreed to serve Godwyn, he would not abandon the boy.

"What are you looking at?" Noticing the headless head's gaze, Godwyn asked with a smile as he heard the voice with joy.

"Nothing, just rembering old mories." Mimir showed a peaceful look as he looked at Godwyn; the boy seed like a normal boy at this mont, full of youth and the youthful irresponsibility that every young person possessed.
