What was the Holy City? How co they needed cosmic strength fate seeds to go there?

Lin Feng saw a black dot far away, but it was getting closer. Tian Long Divine Castle’s people, Emperor Tian Long had brought the four princes as well!
“Emperor Yu is always early!” shouted a voice in the distance. It was Emperor Qi.

“Emperor Qi, you’re getting more and more unruly.” said Emperor Yu.
“They’re impolite so they need to be taught a lesson. You have eleven disciples, but how many are going to stay alive?” asked Emperor Qi. After a short ti, many more people had arrived.
“Seems like we’re late.” said Emperor Wen and Emperor Deva-Mara nodding and smiling at Emperor Yu.
Tiantai was close to the Huang Sea. There were twenty-one groups at that mont, but where were the people from the Celestial Palace of the Immortals.
“Sorry for making you wait!” said soone at that mont. It was the emperor of the Celestial Palace of the Immortals!
“Godly awareness!” Lin Feng inspected the emperor and realized that it wasn’t really him.

After a short ti, a group of people arrived from the distance. There was a lot of people, more than a hundred. Lin Feng saw two people in particular, it was the ice emperor and the snow leader!
“People from Jiu You!” Lin Feng realized.
Emperor Qi smiled once he saw them. Not far from Emperor Qi, a young man knelt down in front of Emperor Qi and said, “Your Majesty!”
“You seem so outstanding and strong, wonderful! Great for the Qi Empire!” said Emperor Qi, he looked extrely pleased. Lin Feng was confused, the Qi Empire? Your Majesty?
Emperor Qi walked to the people from the Qi Empire and bowed before a middle-aged man. “Father, how have you been?”
“I’m good. I see you didn’t even keep one disciple for !” said the middle-aged man in a cold way. Then, he looked at people from Tiantai aggressively. Lin Feng and the others felt like they were suffocating from that gaze alone.
The leader from the Qi Empire in Jiu You was Emperor Qi’s father. No wonder Qi Qian Ren had been to a shrine!
