Chapter 1118: Yu n Jie’s Fury!

Lin Feng ca out of his spirit world after a full week. Huo Wu and the two others were going to give birth in a week, and the Great Competition of the Universities was going to start. Lin Feng was going to participate in the Competition first, and then he would go back to his spirit world as his wives gave birth.
He was in a rush this ti. He wished he could accomplish more in a day. He wished the days lasted for forty-eight hours and not just twenty-four. Unfortunately, that was impossible. Even the most powerful Godly Ancestors couldn’t do that.
There were things which definitely couldn’t be changed: the rules of physics, the rules of nature, and even if they could be violated, it wouldn’t end well. The whole universe would destabilize.

When Lin Feng ca out of his spirit world, he went to see Godly Ancestor Xing Yun imdiately.
Godly Ancestor Xing Yun was in his room, and the atmosphere was particularly heavy there. During these last few days, the young geniuses of the university had kept arguing. They all wanted to participate in the Great Competition of the Universities, but there weren’t enough spots for everybody.
In the end, Godly Ancestor Xing Yun had no choice but to make them stop and stand there silently. He wanted to see if they could be disciplined.
Lin Feng had disappeared for a week already. Godly Ancestor Xing Yun had gone to look for him twice, but he hadn’t found him. He had asked Lin Ou and Shi Si Ming about Lin Feng and they had just said he was busy doing other things and that he would be back shortly.
But now the Great Competition was about to start and Lin Feng still hadn’t co back. If he didn’t co back, the university wouldn’t stand much chance of winning once again, not to ntion that University of Stars and Clouds had beco a core university this ti after doing so great at the exam. Lin Feng had to co back so that they could leave for Jing City, where the Competition would take place, that evening.
The competition between the core disciples was fierce; if their university lost against the others, they would be eliminated and wouldn’t be able to compete in the Great Competition further!
“Report, soone is trespassing. We can’t stop him!” shouted a strident voice at that mont. A disciple ran into the room, looking panic-stricken.
Godly Ancestor Xing Yun’s expression shifted and he demanded, “Do you know who it is?”
“It is , brother,” a voice laughed. Everybody raised their heads and saw Lin Feng slowly walking in, smiling broadly.
When Godly Ancestor Xing Yun saw Lin Feng, he was overjoyed. At the sa ti, he looked at the disciple furiously. The disciple knelt down. He had surprisingly stopped the vice-director and called him a trespasser? What a dog!
The disciple was terrified, and didn’t dare stand up anymore. Lin Feng waved indifferently and dragged the disciple up. He smiled rcifully and said, “Go, leave, it’s alright.”
“Thank...thank you Vice Director,” stamred the disciple, before running away in fear.
Lin Feng walked over to Godly Ancestor Xing Yun and sat down on an empty chair. He seed extrely relaxed, as if there was nothing wrong. Since he had beco sworn brothers with the Godly Ancestor, he didn’t want to abide by rules.
Rules weren’t necessary!
“Brother, these last few days...” Godly Ancestor Xing Yun looked at Lin Feng worriedly. He had been really afraid that Lin Feng had been killed or sothing, but at the sa ti he didn’t dare ask Lin Feng directly, not wanting to offend him.
“There are so secrets I’ll tell you about soon enough, brother, but right now is not the right ti,” Lin Feng said to Godly Ancestor Xing Yun telepathically.
Godly Ancestor Xing Yun’s expression cleared up, and he didn’t insist. He didn’t need to know for the ti being, plus he was in a great mood. He had been furious because of the disciples. Now he was happy because Lin Feng had just said he would tell him his secrets soon enough, which ant he really trusted him.
Godly Ancestor Xing Yun felt lucky. Being friends with Lin Feng was sothing wonderful. He didn’t try to be the dominant friend either, even though he had the strength of the Godly Ancestor layer. He knew that Lin Feng would break through to the Godly Ancestor layer soon enough.
“Brother, the Great Competition of the Universities is going to start. We have to leave for Jing City this evening. Do you know who you’re going to choose, Brother?” inquired Godly Ancestor Xing Yun, leaving it to Lin Feng. He wouldn’t intervene. The eight young geniuses admired Lin Feng, so when Lin Feng started picking people, nobody dared dare say anything wrong. If Lin Feng didn’t choose them, it was because they weren’t strong enough.
Lin Feng nodded, and glanced at the eight young geniuses. He knew Di Shang already. He didn’t know the nas of the others, but he had seen how strong they were.
“You, you and you, co here,” Lin Feng said, pointing to three geniuses.
They were very happy and hastily ca to the front.
Two among them were wearing blue robes, and the other one a black robe. The three young geniuses look quite strong. They all had the strength of the sixth Great Supre God layer!
“Brother, I choose these three people,” Lin Feng announced to Godly Ancestor Xing Yun, sitting back down.
Godly Ancestor Xing Yun’s expression didn’t change, but he was happy inside. Lin Feng had actually chosen the three strongest young geniuses. They were all quite talented and would have the opportunity to break through to the Godly Ancestor layer soday. Lin Feng had a good sense of judgent.
“Brother, there are six spots for the Competition this ti. Four of them are ordinary mbers of the group and two of them are leaders. You and I are going, of course, so apart from them, you need to choose another person,” explained Godly Ancestor Xing Yun. Lin Feng didn’t know the rules of the Great Competition of the Universities, after all..
All the other young geniuses hoped Lin Feng would choose them. The five remaining ones and Yu n Jie all looked at Lin Feng imploringly.
Lin Feng glanced at them and said, “Di Shang, you co with .”
“Why? Why didn’t you choose ? Why? I am the great fellow disciple!” shouted Yu n Jie furiously, before Lin Feng was even done talking.
If Godly Ancestor Xing Yun hadn’t been there, he would have attacked Lin Feng again. Even if he knew he didn’t stand a chance, he didn’t care. He really wanted to fight Lin Feng again!
He despised Lin Feng, and in return Lin Feng also despised Yu n Jie. Lin Feng knew that Yu n Jie had criticized him after the auctions. If Di Shang hadn’t told Godly Ancestor Xing Yun the truth, it could have caused issues. Godly Ancestor Xing Yun could have believed Yu n Jie and had doubts about Lin Feng.
Lin Feng didn’t like traitors. Choosing a traitor could cause him trouble; what if Yu n Jie tried to betray him once again? Therefore, Lin Feng had given him a chance to go to the auctions with him to see if he would treat him respectfully and be honest, but in the end he had failed the opportunity.
Lin Feng didn’t intend to give Yu n Jie another chance. Things couldn’t be that easy for him!
The Great Competition wasn’t a joke. The battles could be deadly. Yu n Jie hated Lin Feng, so he might join hands with others to kill him. Lin Feng didn’t need such people!
“You four, go and get ready. We’re leaving in the evening,” Lin Feng ordered, ignoring Yu n Jie. The four young geniuses he had chosen nodded. They were all delighted at being chosen.
Those he hadn’t chosen were disappointed, but they had no choice. All they could do was to continue cultivating and becoming stronger!
“You four, don’t be sad. When we co back from the Great Competition, I will give all the cultivation resources to you. What do you think?” Lin Feng said when he saw the four young geniuses were disappointed. He smiled at them, trying to cheer them up.
When they heard Lin Feng, the four young geniuses were surprised and very grateful.
The four young geniuses Lin Feng had chosen couldn’t say he wasn’t fair. Participating in the Great Competition was already an incredible honor; for that reason, they couldn’t contradict Lin Feng.
The eight young geniuses were now convinced. Lin Feng was a great vice director. They weren’t petty and vile like Yu n Jie.
If it hadn’t been for Godly Ancestor Xing Yun, Yu n Jie would be dead already; Lin Feng would have even destroyed his soul jewel.
But Lin Feng had done everything that was humanly possible to be fair, and Yu n Jie hadn’t changed his mind. It didn’t matter. Soday, Lin Feng would make him pay anyway...

That night, Lin Feng, Godly Ancestor Xing Yun and the four young geniuses headed up into the sky of the university and flew east. Ten thousand li away, Jing City awaited.

“Lin Feng, wait and you’ll see. I’ll destroy you soday, but I won’t kill you, until your life becos even worse than death. AHHHHHHH!!” shouted Yu n Jie furiously into the darkness of the university.
Yu n Jie was consud by rage. He wanted to kill Lin Feng!
He decided to leave the University of Stars and Clouds and try to join a more powerful group. He needed to beco stronger faster, and then he would kill Lin Feng!
