A fierce shout echoed! A bright moon suddenly rose from behind Qin Heng, high in the sky, illuminating the heavens. Then, an incredibly exquisite longsword materialized, accompanied by the faint silhouette of a stunning woman. Though blurry and indistinct, the sword's intense aura was exceptionally clear. This woman held the longsword, swinging its blade. She moved like a peerless Sword Immortal, invoking sword techniques to annihilate the void.

Imdiately after, with a WHOOSH, the sword light transford into a celestial river. It instantly engulfed the torrential fire waterfall and even surged upward, slashing towards the colossal Dark Bird!

"What is this!?" the Dark Bird shrieked. It was shaken by the montum and power contained within the sword light, acutely sensing the deadly threat it posed.

How is this possible?! How could this be?! How could anything in the current mortal realm harm him? Impossible!

The colossal dark bird was an incarnation of a Great Saint. Although the rules of the End of Dharma Age limited descended incarnations to the strength of an ordinary Saint, they still possessed the essence of a Great Saint.

Defeating him might be possible, but completely destroying this incarnation? That was a nearly impossible task!

BOOM!

Amidst a thunderous crash that shook heaven and earth, the sword light devoured the fire waterfall. It then sliced upward, forcing the colossal Dark Bird to rapidly heal its injuries and regrow its two wings, compelling it to fly higher into the sky.

"Ants! You have thoroughly enraged !" the Dark Bird shrieked from the air, its voice laced with sinister fury. "How noble is the bloodline of my Yin Shang clan! To be hard by a re ant is an utter disgrace! When Spiritual Energy revives and the Laws awaken, my clan will descend upon this world, and we will absolutely not spare you ants! Hmph!"

After shouting, the Dark Bird continued to flap its wings, attempting to tear open the void again and leave the human realm, returning to the otherworldly void where the Yin Shang clan resided.

Though its voice had been imposing, filled with utmost hatred for Qin Heng and the seeming determination to fight to the death, in reality, it was terrified that the sword would truly strike it. After all, this was a Divine Soul incarnation. If it were truly extinguished out here, even if the main body wouldn't suffer too much damage, its own source of power would still be slightly hard. That was not a good outco; it was best to avoid it if possible. This Dark Bird incarnation had lived for over three thousand years and naturally understood a crucial principle: if you can't win and there's danger, seize the first opportunity to flee. Self-preservation was paramount!

Even the onlookers below could discern the Dark Bird's intentions.

It's trying to flee! It's actually trying to escape!? This Dark Bird, claiming to be from the main Yin Shang lineage, over a hundred miles long, like a primordial behemoth—it's actually trying to flee after a single sword strike from Qin Xuantian!? they thought in disbelief.

"Is Qin Xuantian's strength truly that formidable?"

"Unbelievable! Utterly unbelievable! Just how strong is he? Even soone from the main Yin Shang lineage is no match for him!"

"We're finished! Utterly finished!"

Qin Heng naturally saw the Dark Bird's intention and let out a cold laugh. He reached out, grasping the Flowing Moon Sword. With a flick of his wrist, the sword's edge trembled.

CLANG!

The sword humd, a sound like a crane's cry in the high heavens, piercing through all directions. Beams of moonlight erupted from the blade, flying into the sky and forming nurous bright moons that blocked the Dark Bird's path.

"You dare obstruct ?! Are you seeking death?!" the Dark Bird roared furiously. Its True Qi surged, its body trembled, and the aura of a Saint burst forth. It charged forward, intending to directly scatter the streaks of Flowing Moon Sword light.

"Overestimating your capabilities," Qin Heng sneered. He made no move, simply watching silently from the ground as the Dark Bird threw all its effort into charging the sword lights ford by the moonbeams.

Just as these sword lights blood with cutting power, poised to shred the enormous Dark Bird into countless pieces, the sky-obscuring figure suddenly vanished without a trace. In its place, an exceptionally agile swallow appeared, flying at extre speed!

The Dark Bird had actually escaped again!

Just monts ago, it had displayed such incredible arrogance, but in its heart, it was truly cowardly. It had never intended to clash head-on with that dense barrage of sword lights! A re sliver of a Great Saint's incarnation still possessed many abilities. It was absolutely confident it could deceive everyone, escape this predicant, and return to the otherworldly void where the main Yin Shang lineage resided! Damned human ants! I will repay this humiliation twofold—no, tenfold, a hundredfold! I will grind your bones to dust and exterminate your entire lineage! the Dark Bird seethed internally. It was already plotting how to exact revenge on Qin Heng in the most satisfying and gratifying way.

However, at that very mont—

CLANG!

A sword humd again!

Light from the Flowing Moon Sword descended from one of the bright moons above. It landed precisely on the back of the fleeing Dark Bird, without the slightest deviation!

Instantly, it penetrated all the Dark Bird's defenses, breaking through effortlessly and irresistibly! The protective divine light shrouding the bird was like paper-m??ché against this sword light. It could not withstand the Flowing Moon Sword, which was, in essence, an Emperor Weapon!

The sword's edge pierced through the bird's back and erged from its belly, skewering the Dark Bird completely. It was pinned in midair, utterly immobile.

"You! How is this possible?! You couldn't have found !" the Dark Bird shrieked, looking at Qin Heng in disbelief, its face a mask of shock. It had clearly used the Yin Shang's secret evasive technique! How had this Martial Artist from the human realm discovered it?

"I'm not blind," Qin Heng sneered. In his eyes, the Dark Bird's every move was perfectly clear. "Ti for you to et your end!"

Saying this, he gripped the hilt of the Flowing Moon Sword, which had pierced through the Dark Bird's body and pinned it in the sky.

BOOM!

Suddenly, a thunderous roar ripped through the heavens! The layers of clouds were violently blasted apart. The sky cleared, becoming like a spotless mirror, and in its reflection appeared an imnse, ancient bronze palace, exuding an overwhelming aura.

Standing within this palace was a young man in dark, ornate robes. He appeared to be in his twenties, his gaze icy cold. His eyes seed to pierce through the void, locking onto Qin Heng in the mortal world below.

"Ant!" the young man's voice bood. "I am Zi Zhen, Duke Dinghai, a Great Saint of the Yin Shang royal lineage! If you dare to kill my incarnation, then once Spiritual Energy recovers, I will personally descend to the human realm and slaughter your entire clan!"

It was a blatant threat, delivered with utter contempt. He clearly didn't regard Qin Heng in the slightest, as if slaughtering Qin Heng's entire family upon his descent would be as simple as cutting vegetables.

"Haha! And who do you think you are?" Qin Heng scoffed. "Killing your kind is like slaughtering a chicken to !"

Simultaneously, the Flowing Moon Sword in his hand erupted with brilliant, moon-like light. This light instantly engulfed and annihilated the Dark Bird, Zi Zhen's Divine Soul incarnation, utterly destroying it.

It was indeed as easy as butchering a chicken, accomplished without the slightest effort.

"You're courting death!" Zi Zhen bellowed from the palace, his main body instantly feeling the backlash. His face turned pale, his eyes nearly bursting with rage as his Divine Soul incarnation was obliterated.
