"You really have nothing to say to ?"

Sitting in the passenger seat, Lin Fan looked at Ning ngyao with confusion.

All along the way, she had a stern face.

"What should I say to you?"

Ning ngyao turned her face, looking at Lin Fan.

"Tell why you’re not happy?"

Lin Fan still hoped that Ning ngyao would just co out with it.

"I’m very happy, why do you think I’m not happy?"

Ning ngyao revealed a trace of a smile.

"You clearly have sothing on your mind, why won’t you talk to about it? You weren’t like this on the warship."

Lin Fan was at a loss.

It was obvious she was unhappy, yet she just wouldn’t admit it.

"What was I like on the warship? Are you saying that I have to take off my clothes and sleep with you to prove I’m happy?"

Ning ngyao instantly wore a stern face.

"You know that’s not what I ant."

Lin Fan quickly denied it.

"Then don’t keep saying I’m unhappy. I was quite happy before, but now I really am not, and if you keep forcing to admit I’m unhappy, I’ll be even more so. Do you understand?"

Ning ngyao said with a cold face.

The attitude was clearly one of having sothing to say but refusing to speak.

"Understood."

Lin Fan, feeling helpless, also fell silent.

It seed just as Zhao Jiaqi had said.

Xu Zhi Rou was the only breakthrough.

Soon, the car stopped under the building of the Ning Group.

Taking the elevator, they went straight to the top floor.

As Ning ngyao pushed open the door of the conference room,

Lin Fan followed and entered.

"Mr. Ning, you’ve finally deigned to co. I was starting to think that you hadn’t shown up at the office for so many days because you were planning to neglect everything."

Ning Bingcai was seated in the place of honor, looking at Ning ngyao with a cold smile.

His expression was as if he already had the situation well in hand.

"Mr. Ning, you’d better watch your attitude. I am the President. Do I really need to report my whereabouts to you every day?"

Ning ngyao took her seat in the President’s chair, her face cold.

Lin Fan then pulled out a chair next to him and sat down as well.

You don’t have to do that. However, not showing up at the company for so long, I thought perhaps there was good news. After all, I’m your uncle. If there is to be an addition to the family, that would certainly be a cause for joy."

Ning Bingcai adjusted his glasses.

His words sounded like blessings,

But the way he crossed his legs made his true feelings clear.

"Are you in a rush for my son to be born so he can sweep your grave?"

Lin Fan let out a cold snort.

"You, young man, watch how you speak! I am your elder!"

Ning Bingcai imdiately sat up angrily.

"An elder who wants to sell shares. Don’t you know this will cause great financial pressure on the company? Is this how you take care of the younger generation? Or have you found a new ally, ready to scam the Ning Family’s money?"

Lin Fan’s disdainful words instantly made Ning Bingcai’s face turn red.

"I am a shareholder, and it’s my freedom to enter or leave the company. You don’t consider familial ties and keep control of the company, not giving my son a position. As a father, of course, I need to do sothing about it. So, I plan to sell my shares, get so cash, and give him a chance to start over. Is that not allowed?"

"Start over? With your no-good son, I’m afraid you’ll end up losing all your savings. Don’t talk as if you’re being righteous. What the two of you are doing behind the scenes don’t fool ; do you take for a blind man?"

Lin Fan slowly straightened up.

Coldness filled his eyes: "You should thank your lucky stars that you have a good father, or else with the likes of you, you’d be long dead and buried sowhere unknown."

"What nonsense are you spouting? Do you have any evidence that my father and I did anything? I warn you, this is slander and defamation!"

Ning Bingcai’s face imdiately turned red.

He knew all too well that what Lin Fan was referring to was the beauty salon incident.

"Whether it’s defamation, you know better than anyone. As for what you’re planning to do, I’m even clearer about that. Don’t think you can do whatever you want just because you have a new backer. Be careful not to end up losing more than you attempt to steal," Lin Fan scoffed coldly.

Although he was unaware of the secret collusion between him and the East Asia Group.

There definitely was sothing fishy going on.

"Don’t talk nonsense; I haven’t!"

Ning Bingcai stood up furiously.

His face, now red, pointed at Lin Fan.

He simply couldn’t find words to refute.

He could only cover everything up with rage.

"Enough, I ca back to attend the eting, not to listen to you quarrel."

Finally, Ning ng Yao, who had remained silent, slamd the table.

Stopping the fierce exchange of words between the two.

"Right, we didn’t co here to argue either."

Ning Bingcai sat down again.

No longer paying attention to Lin Fan, he turned his frustrations towards Ning ng Yao.

"This ti, we have formally submitted a proposal to sell our shares according to the shareholding rules. Here is the buyback contract we drafted, and it has already been signed. As long as you sign and make the paynt, we will no longer have any association with Ning Group," he stated.

He pushed the buyback contract that had been prepared in advance directly in front of Ning ng Yao.

Clearly, Ning Bingcai had everything prepared for this ti.

"Three billion and six hundred million!"

Ning ng Yao briefly reviewed the entire contract.

The final price, however, made her pause in shock.

She had assud he would quote an exorbitant price.

Yet, the price was well below her expectations.

"What? Mr. Ning, do you have any objections to this price?"

Ning Bingcai, lounging with one leg over the other, said, "This price is already in line with the current market value. Our only condition is that you pay the amount as soon as possible. After all, our new investnt projects involve tens of millions coming and going each day; I don’t have ti to entangle with you. Of course, if you don’t accept it, you will forfeit the right to buy back the shares, and then I can transfer them to soone else."

"The company doesn’t have that much money in the accounts right now."

Ning ng Yao knitted her brows, looking at the contract in her hand.

Even though she wasn’t the legal departnt, the terms didn’t seem to have any traps.

And the price was quite fair.

If it weren’t for the lack of funds, she would buy it imdiately.

"Anyway, I have already inford the head office. Since you refuse to buy back the shares, I will have to look for soone else. Then these shares will be in free trade, and no one will be able to intervene."

Ning Bingcai spoke proudly, "However, as you know, Ning Group is on the rise. If these shares are acquired by so keen person, you will not only be constrained but also inconvenienced. By then, don’t say that I, as your uncle, haven’t been good to you."

"Alright, stop pretending to be compassionate. You knew the company couldn’t afford the buyback, and yet you chose this mont to present the offer. You must have been prepared, haven’t you already decided who you’re going to sell to?"

Lin Fan and Ning ng Yao exchanged glances.

There were definitely so mysteries behind this affair.

"Don’t spout nonsense at ; you really think everyone wants these lousy shares."

Ning Bingcai chuckled smugly, "Of course, if the company really wants to buy back but doesn’t have sufficient cash flow, I am willing to accept a trade in kind, a swap. That would be a fitting tribute to the empire my father built."

"What do you want to exchange for?"

Ning ng Yao’s spirit imdiately lifted.

If she could oust Ning Bingcai from the company,

she truly would be relieved.

No longer having to suffer daily indignities.

"I want to swap for that piece of land in the western suburbs!"
