But the mischievous smile at the corner of his mouth had already proven everything.

She was almost tricked by him.
This guy, he really is cunning enough.

What she said was indeed true.

"Get lost. Go get a car ready while I change. The place we’re going is a bit remote, a SUV would be best."
Jiaqi ignored Lin Fan and turned to walk toward her room.
Lin Fan then turned, heading toward the kitchen.
While he might not have other things, he definitely had a car.
The car garage of Li Qiqi, though not as impressive as Yang Linglong’s,
was still significant.
"Are you going out with Jiaqi?"
Li Qiqi, still busy in the kitchen, looked up in surprise.
"Yes, I need a favor now, so I have to accompany her on a trip. But I promise I’ll be back for dinner tonight, alright?"

As he started driving the SUV, Lin Fan asked Jiaqi curiously.

checked a location, then placed it on the dashboard.
Looking at that spot, it really was far from the urban center, out in the wilds.
Surrounded by several large green areas, it must be a tourist spot.
"Little apprentice sister, you’re not planning a field operation, are you? Outdoor mosquitoes can’t be stopped by clothes. Actually, a hotel isn’t bad either. The beds are softer."
Lin Fan looked skeptically at the destination.
What could there be in such a ghostly place.
"Stop whining and drive faster, or I’m not going anymore,"
she said, rolling her eyes at Lin Fan.
Jiaqi then leaned back in the passenger seat, closed her eyes, and rested.
She decided, before reaching the destination,
she would absolutely ignore this liar and rascal.
"Alright, dear Junior Sister’s wish is my command,"
Lin Fan said with a smile as he stepped on the gas.
The SUV burst out of dicine King House and left the city.
It disappeared into the vast mountains.
After more than two hours, the car finally stopped in front of a small country road.
Calling it a road was a stretch; it seed more like a path worn by footsteps.
Not a soul in sight for miles around.
"Junior Sister, are you sure this is the place?"
Lin Fan looked around at the quiet and still surroundings.
This was definitely a desolate and wild ridge.
"Of course, I’m sure," Jiaqi said, stretching languidly.
She opened the car door and jumped out.

"Junior Sister, in this quiet and deserted place, you’re not bringing here with so nefarious intentions, are you?"
Lin Fan scanned the surroundings again.
He truly didn’t know why she wanted to co here.
"That’s right, I indeed have nefarious intentions,"
Jiaqi turned around, looking at Lin Fan with a mischievous smile.
"So, should I scream or should I cooperate and take off my clothes? I’m afraid I’ll resist too hard, and you won’t succeed."
Although Lin Fan was joking,
he was still looking for clues.
Such a barren place, and yet there was a path trampled by people.

then walked toward the dense woods in the distance without turning back.

So he followed her all the way.
Jiaqi arrived under a sheer cliff,
casually knocked on the cliff several tis, and then lifted a curtain and slipped inside.
"Man, is this considered high-tech?"
Lin Fan approached in amazent, touching the painted curtain.
From a distance, it blended seamlessly with the landscape.
Even upon a closer look, without careful observation, one couldn’t spot anything unusual.
"Enough with the chatter, get in here,"

Lin Fan then lifted the specially made curtain and stepped into the pitch-black cave.

the pitch-black cave had not a single light.
Lin Fan couldn’t help but smile wryly, could it be that the Banshan Taoist had so peculiar tastes?
Only in such a ghastly place would he be interested.
But before he could finish speaking, Jiaqi’s hand had already grabbed his arm.
"Junior Sister, can we not grope each other, please? I can undress by myself."
In the pitch darkness, even Lin Fan couldn’t see anyone.

She then started walking forward step by step.
The mumbling, but what exactly she was muttering, was unclear.
Lin Fan could only go with the flow,
let her pull him this way and that, as they moved forward.
Finally, after more than an hour,
a glimr of light suddenly appeared in front of them.
And then, the space opened up widely.
"Wow..."
