It was just a few breaths.

The courtyard was in shambles.

More than twenty bisected corpses lay there.

Blood had dyed the entire ground red.

At the sa ti, the samurai in the surrounding troops who had been silently chanting spells

were now spitting blood, kneeling on one knee.

Their faces were ashen, their foreheads covered in large beads of cold sweat.

It must have been the backlash from the death of the corpses they controlled.

The only one left standing was Xiaoquan Jianlang, who held a long sword in his hands.

His eyes were devoid of any fear, dead and lifeless.

Yet the long sword in his grasp still glinted with a cold light.

"It seems the Corpse Control Skill of the Jiujui Sect isn’t all that impressive,"

Lin Fan weighed the Qingfeng Sword in his hand.

His face bore a cold smile.

These guys might not fear death,

but their strength wasn’t all that great.

If Zhao Jiaqi and Shangguan Ruofeng had been a bit more ruthless,

they wouldn’t have stood a chance at all.

"Kid, your moves are quite venomous!"

Watching all his devoted fighters fall,

Beitiao Jiancilang’s eyes were filled with bloodshot veins.

To know that cultivating these specialized fighters wasn’t an easy task.

One needed to nurture them carefully for at least three years and ensure a certain compatibility with the puppet master.

A group of fighters that could have matched an army died without worth.

His heart was bleeding.

"Are your actions any less venomous?"

Lin Fan raised his hand and tossed the Qingfeng Sword behind him.

It accurately slid into Shangguan Min Yue’s scabbard at her waist.

Just this move alone was sufficient to prove his superior martial arts capabilities.

"Kid, I’ve had no grudge with you in the past or recently, yet you killed my beloved disciple and wiped out my apprentice, and you call venomous?"

Beitiao Jiancilang clenched his fists tightly.

He walked over to Xiaoquan Jianlang’s side.

Pressing on his disciple’s shoulder, he felt an imnse heartache.

"Anyone who offends Zhonghua shall be killed. This is defending my country, while you side with the enemy. Killing you is a mission I was born with,"

Lin Fan’s eyes glittered with a cold light.

He looked indifferently at the other man.

Now that the obstacles had been cleared away,

it was ti to see Beitiao Jiancilang’s true skills.

"Do you really think you’ve won? Since you’ve entered this courtyard today, don’t even think about leaving alive. This move was originally reserved for those rats from the Seven Killings Alliance, but now, I’ll start with you,"

Beitiao Jiancilang’s eyes were filled with killing intent.

Speaking, he took steps forward.

"How dare you, who insult my teacher shall die!"

Before Lin Fan could speak,

Shangguan Min Yue’s scolding ca from behind him.

Clearly, his earlier ntion of the "rats of the Seven Killings Alliance"

also included her respected teacher.

This was sothing she absolutely could not tolerate.

So, she drew the Qingfeng Sword from her waist,

tapped the ground with one foot, and leapt over Lin Fan like lightning,

thrusting directly at the opponent’s throat.

"You really don’t learn your lesson!"

Lin Fan shook his head as he watched the furious Shangguan Min Yue.

Although she was a martial artist with exceptional talent,

her single-minded thinking and blind worship of her teacher

were ridiculously old-fashioned.

"Whoosh!"

Shangguan Min Yue’s sword was as fast as the wind,

aiming straight for Beitiao Jiancilang’s throat.

But he didn’t dodge or flinch,

simply looking at her with a cold smile.

"Clang!"

As the sword t throat,

a ringing sound like that of tal echoed.

This scene took everyone by surprise.

"You won’t get away!"

Realizing sothing was amiss, Shangguan Min Yue forcefully pushed with her right arm,

trying to use the recoil of the Qingfeng Sword to escape.

But it was too late.

Beitiao Jiancilang stretched out his palm and grabbed the curve of the Qingfeng Sword directly.

Imdiately following, the cord wrapped around her arm in a loop.

Her other hand reached straight for Shangguan Min Yue’s chest.

"Be careful, his hand is poisonous!"

Lin Fan’s warning startled Shangguan Min Yue, who was preparing to counter with her palm.

She suddenly rembered Luo Jiuying, who had been injured.

So she quickly raised her hand and kicked at Beitiao Jiancilang’s wrist.

"Your legs are pretty flexible, but can you dodge this?"

Beitiao Jiancilang snorted coldly.

Just as his arm was kicked aside.

Xiaoquan Jianlang, who was standing by, suddenly made his move.

The Eastern blade in his hand thrust straight toward Shangguan Min Yue’s throat.

The blade was both accurate and ruthless.

Without a trace of rcy.

"Puff!"

Blood spurted.

Even though Shangguan Min Yue had dodged with all her might.

A wound was still slashed across her snowy white neck.

However, her danger had not passed.

Beitiao Jiancilang’s right palm had already struck toward her, who was now off-balance.

"Puff!"

This palm landed squarely on Shangguan Min Yue’s abdon.

Her body, weighing over a hundred jin, flew backward like a cut string kite.

Had Lin Fan not caught her,

the fall alone could have laid her up for ten days or half a month.

"Min Yue, are you okay?"

Zhao Jiaqi looked at Shangguan Min Yue, whose face was pale, with deep concern.

The black veil on her face was already soaked with fresh blood.

"Will I... will I... die?"

Shangguan Min Yue’s eyes were wide.

She grabbed Lin Fan’s collar with one hand.

The poison palm made her feel nothing but a chill all over.

At this mont, she felt death closing in.

"You won’t die from this, but..."

Lin Fan quickly pressed several points on her body.

He controlled the spread of the poison from the Poison Palm.

Only now, there wasn’t ti for detoxifying.

"Save ... I don’t want to die..."

Only when truly cornered by death did Shangguan Min Yue realize how faint her courage was.

She simply could not face death.

"I could save you, but with this position... if I save you, you’ll kill , won’t you?"

Looking at Shangguan Min Yue’s flat abdon.

Last ti, just a touch on the chest had sparked threats of violence.

This ti she would have to bare her buttocks.

Everything, that should and shouldn’t be seen, would be exposed.

Given her temperant,

she would hunt him for three lifetis.

"Just don’t look at... my face... you can do whatever else you want!"

Shangguan Min Yue was vaguely aware of the embarrassnt she was about to face.

But compared to the cold hand of death,

saving face seed suddenly insignificant.

After all, he had already touched and groped her last ti.

A little more seed acceptable.

"That’s your word, Pikachu, you’re my witness!"

Lin Fan lifted his head and spoke to Zhao Jiaqi.

"Hey, I have a na, I’m Zhao Jiaqi, not Pikachu!"

Zhao Jiaqi imdiately protested loudly.

That nickna, she simply could not accept.

"It doesn’t matter now, whether you’re Pikachu or SpongeBob, just be my witness that she insisted I save her, and if she passes out later, you have to explain to others for , and make it clear I’m not so pervert."

Lin Fan handed over the near-unconscious Shangguan Min Yue to Zhao Jiaqi.

Having a witness at least assured he wasn’t being a lecher.

"I’m not SpongeBob... what’s wrong with liking yellow!"

Zhao Jiaqi imdiately protested loudly.

Yet in the brief interval of their conversation, Beitiao Jiancilang had already approached with his puppet disciple, bellowing with a ferocious expression.

"You still have the mood for sweet nothings now, but wait until you’re in hell to chat leisurely. Moreover, I’ll turn you into living corpses, I want your hands to be stained with the blood of the Seven Killings Alliance!"

"Don’t you know, you’re already dead?"

Unexpectedly, Lin Fan just turned with a smile,

and in his eyes was an icy glint.
