Chapter 1966 - The Evil Shrine
Qin Nan was currently on a mountain over ten zhang tall, surrounded by ancient towering trees, bird chirps, the fragrance of flowers, and a strong presence of Qi.
Qin Nan closed his eyes and quietly sensed his surroundings. A few monts later, he finally opened his eyes with a faint grin.
Even though everything nearby felt so unfamiliar to him, he could feel warmth surging in his chest.
This place was full of his records.

A strong wind blew on the mountain all of a sudden. Colorful rare phenona were occurring continuously in the sky.
“Qin Nan, I didn’t expect you to return to the Canglan Continent.”
An imperious voice ca from the rift.
“It’s you?”
Qin Nan’s eyes flickered with astonishnt, “You are conscious now?”
The imperious voice belonged to the primordial rules of the Canglan Continent. It once sided with Qin Nan against the Monarch Ranking, God Ranking, and the South-Heaven Gate.
However, it was extrely weak back then.
“After the South-Heaven Gate, Monarch Ranking, and God Ranking were defeated, I had claid the origin force of the Canglan Continent, thus my consciousness had developed very easily.”
The imperious voice smiled, “However, I’m still a great distance away from you. You have only been to the Nine Heavens Immortal Realm for just over a year, yet you’ve already achieved the Greater Success Stage of the Peerless Ruler Realm!”
Its voice was filled with astonishnt. It already knew Qin Nan was going to shine brightly in the Nine Heavens Immortal Realm, yet it did not expect Qin Nan to be so outstanding.
“Let’s not waste our ti on these light talks. Why did you co to ?” Qin Nan said while waving his hand.
“Qin Nan, your cultivation is too overwhelming. Even though the Canglan Continent is slightly stronger than before, it still couldn’t withhold your strength. You will have to suppress it to the Human God Realm,” the imperious voice said with a wry smile.
It imdiately felt like the whole continent was about to collapse the mont Qin Nan showed up.
“Don’t you worry about that,” Qin Nan nodded.
“One more thing, after you left, a new faction was born in the Canglan Continent, which called themselves the Evil Shrine. Its patriarch is planning to refine the entire continent. It’s quite troubleso.”
“Besides, the Canglan Continent is only considered average among the continents in the Secondary Lower Realm. Other higher-level continents have been eying us covetously…” the imperious voice added.
Qin Nan grumbled, “What were you doing? I’ve only returned, yet you are already asking to clean up your ss?”
The imperious voice coughed and said, “You are the God of Canglan for the cultivators of the Canglan Continent. These were ant to be your responsibilities.”
Qin Nan rolled his eyes and said, “Fine, I’ll handle it. I’ve returned to take out the Evil Shrine too. As for the other continents, you will find a chance to gather their primordial rules for a eting.”
“Sure, I’ll attend to it right away!” the voice sounded joyful all of a sudden.
Qin Nan shook his head, but he could definitely relate to the primordial rules of the Canglan Continent. Strong cultivators from the Nine Heavens would occasionally visit the Canglan Continent, while the other continents were preying on it. It obviously would not feel great to be in a situation like this.
Similarly, the primordial rules of the Canglan Continent were trying to beco stronger too.

A few voices appeared, followed by a young man with blue short hair in a long robe, a young man in a luxurious robe whose black hair had reached his shoulders, and a beautiful lady with an alluring figure.
Qin Nan looked up and saw the young n were peak Martial Sacreds. The lady was in the half-Martial Progenitor Realm.
These three must have a certain background to possess such impressive cultivation at such a young age.
“Mm? Who are you?” the blue-haired young man asked when he saw Qin Nan.

The three were startled.
“Who gave you that na? It’s the sa na as the God of Canglan!”
The young man with black hair snarled, “You better change your na. The three of us are quite easy-going, but if it’s soone else with a foul temper, they might beat the crap out of you!”
Qin Nan rubbed his nose and said, “You’ve misunderstood. I’m indeed the God of Canglan Qin Nan.”
The three were startled once again. They soon burst out laughing.
“HAHAHA! Have you lost your mind trying to beco Senior Qin Nan? If you’re the God of Canglan, I’m even the Martial Serendipity Pavilion, the Master of the Dao Origin Heavenly Mountain, or even the Patriarch of the Battle Tribe!”
The young man with black hair laughed hysterically. The other two were blushing too.
Almost every city and faction in the Canglan Continent, apart from the Evil Shrine, had Qin Nan’s statues, thus they were very familiar with Qin Nan’s looks.
However, the man before them did not resemble Qin Nan the slightest, apart from the outline of his face.
Besides, Senior Qin Nan had already ascended the Nine Heavens. Why would he return to the Canglan Continent?
“Oh my, my stomach is hurting from laughing too much.”
The young man with black hair rubbed his stomach. He finally managed to calm down. He said, “You might have lost your mind, but you’re a funny guy. I’m Chang Le, he’s Chang Qing, and this is our junior sister, Xiao Ling’er.”
“This might scare you, but we are the disciples of the Nine Words Ancient Sea. Our junior sister Xiao Ling’er is even ranked in the top thirty on the Earth Ranking!”
Xiao Ling’er rolled her eyes, “Just ignore him, he likes to show off.”
Despite saying so, she too was lifting her chin. She was obviously proud of being placed in the top thirty on the Earth Ranking.
Qin Nan said curiously, “What’s the Earth Ranking?”
Chang Qing blurted out in surprise, “Brother Qin, how could you not know what it is? A few formidable factions like the Nine Words Ancient Sea, God Beast Forbidden Ground, Battle Tribe, Heavenly Fortune Tribe, and Lost Herb Garden have worked together to establish the Earth Ranking and Heaven Ranking in the Second Continent’s sacred hall.”
“Only those with great talents have a spot on the rankings. They are going to be a Martial Monarch or Martial God in the future.”
Qin Nan was intrigued, “Why did the factions establish the two rankings?”
Chang Qing and Chang Le looked like they had just seen a ghost.
Xiao Ling’er was dumbfounded too, but she soon collected her thoughts. She said, “Cultivator, have you been cultivating in seclusion deep in the mountains so you didn’t know what happened in the outside world?”
“In the fifth year of Qin Miao, a bunch of mysterious experts ca to the Canglan Continent and established the Evil Shrine. Even with the rest of the factions teaming up, they only managed to co to a draw with the Evil Shrine.”
“In order to stand a chance against the Evil Shrine, these factions established the Earth Ranking and Heaven Ranking to recruit young talents and provide them with resources to aid their growth, so they could fight the Evil Shrine.”
