Chapter 1889 - Top of the Mountain, Under the Huge Tree
“You people of the Wengu Tribe are annoying as usual!” a sinister voice said.
Not far away, ten figures around five zhang tall appeared. They were lifeless skeletons covered in white light in loose black robes.
“The Ancient Taboo actually sent soone here? Their auras are weird, they seem lifeless, yet they did not have any presence of the dead either, as if they are still alive.”
Qin Nan wore a stern look.
The situation was a little out of his expectations.
“You were respectable when you were alive, yet you have cast aside your dignity instead. How pitiful.”
Gu Feng said disdainfully, “Besides, isn’t the Ancient Taboo underestimating us if it only sent the few of you here…”
Before he could finish, a burst of laughter occurred, “The two kids from the Wengu Tribe, show what you got then!”
Following it, a blood-colored figure suddenly stepped out from the rift. His muscular upper body was covered in scars. He had the skin of a beast wrapping around his waist, while half of his face was covered by pitch-black chains.
A strong murderous intent burst out from his body and soared into the sky. His hands swung at Gu Feng and Gu Xiaoyao like a pair of deadly claws.
“Zang Gu? You’ve sided with the Ancient Taboo?”
Gu Feng, Gu Xiaoyao, and so of the Exceptional Geniuses were stunned.
Zang Gu was the disciple of a Master Realm cultivator, a factionless Exceptional Genius. He had a mysterious object in his body. He would occasionally lose control of himself and kill everyone nearby.

Zang Gu burst out laughing. His laughter sent chills down the spines of the cultivators.

The cultivators in the city exclaid.
Even Qin Nan was shocked.
He knew so of the factions might be planning to hide behind the scenes to reap the benefits in the end, but he did not expect so many of them were actually holding back and waiting patiently.

A series of deafening explosions took place.

Tang Tianjun was shocked. His eyes flickered with disgust.
In addition to him, ng Jinxian, Lu Gufeng, Jiang Ni, and the rest of the Exceptional Geniuses frowned too. Similarly, their eyes were filled with disgust.

Yin Yi did not seem to be bothered by the crowd’s reaction. He swung his skinny hand fiercely into the air. The blood-red coffin on his back suddenly released a boundless deathly aura that soared into the sky.
In just three seconds, the deathly aura established the Realm of the Dead across the place. The atmosphere turned chilly all of a sudden.
It shrouded half of the purple moonlight from the moons.
The barrier encapsulating the sacred mountain shuddered. The tiny cracks on its surface enlarged significantly.
Jiang Ni, Lu Gufeng, and the rest of the Exceptional Geniuses imdiately executed their killing arts at the barrier.
