No wonder the sea clans in the North Sea were in such dire straits. The rmaid clan had fragnted into several tribes and even lost its Nascent Deity stage. Bai Ling clarified, “The sacred artifact from back then was shattered, but there are still fragnts in the Northern Territory. They likely want to obtain them.”
“The rmaid clan didn’t participate, and they didn’t even have Nascent Divinity stage beings or any surviving royal lineage, so they aren’t eligible to enter the sea clan’s sacred temple,” she added.
Bai Ling continued, and Li Su understood. The rmaid clan must have suffered severely in that war. Li Su felt that the rmaids were probably used as cannon fodder by the other sea clans during the conflict. Of course, the current plight of the rmaids was also related to Bai Ling being trapped. When Bai Ling gazed at Li Su, her eyes shone with a kind of admiration and affection that one felt when they t soone they truly admired.
“Have you succeeded, Bai Ling?” as night descended, Li Su inquired.
Bai Ling shook her head. “It seems not yet.”
“Alright, let’s continue,” Li Su said, determined to persist. So, he continued his efforts, and two more months passed.
“Still no success?” he asked. Li Su’s voice resonated calmly, and he didn’t seem to be in a hurry. Being with Bai Ling was a unique experience, and Li Su had been quite content over the past three months. He didn’t feel the need to rush with anything pressing on his agenda and his long lifespan.
Bai Ling shook her head. “Su, not yet.” Given the circumstances, it seed challenging to make Bai Ling conceive. After so consideration, Li Su suggested, “Bai Ling, conceal your presence, and I’ll take you to the Northern Territory.”
Staying on the sa island was beautiful, but Li Su thought a change of scenery might improve Bai Ling’s mood and enhance her chances of conceiving. Bai Ling accepted the idea, and she wouldn’t be easily recognized in her current human-dominant form. With Li Su by her side, she felt safe.

“Then let’s continue,” Li Su said, resolute, and delved back into his efforts. Several days later, Li Su and Bai Ling left the area to continue their exploration.
The Northern Territory was vast and filled with stunning landscapes, with countless uninhabited areas showcasing untouched natural beauty. As they entered the seventh month, they ventured into an ordinary country.
Li Su concealed his cultivation and embraced life as an ordinary mortal alongside Bai Ling. As night fell, she comnted, “Su, the bride’s appearance isn’t particularly outstanding, but for so reason, I feel like she looks very beautiful today.”
Li Su picked her up and said, “People radiate happiness on special occasions, Bai Ling. Tonight, you’re my bride too.”
Bai Ling blushed. Despite being in the Nascent Deity stage, this rmaid had displayed the most charming and adorable aspects of herself over the past few months with Li Su, becoming increasingly endearing.
