Phoebe constantly scrutinized her expression, feeling greatly agitated, the tugging escalated into a scuffle.

Deliberately kicked her in the lower abdon.

Eleanor took the kick, trying her best to dodge, Phoebe exerted herself forcefully, in the struggle, several strands of Eleanor’s hair were yanked out, her chest pinched and twisted, the pain nearly making her faint.

Eleanor also flared up, seizing Phoebe, almost breaking free when she suddenly rembered Phoebe’s unstable pregnancy appearance.

If anything happened, Cillian would definitely tear her apart, and Mrs. Grant would be heartbroken.

She eased up slightly, Phoebe pushed forward even harder, dragging and pulling, not forgetting to kick her feet.

Eleanor leaned back to dodge.

"Brother." Phoebe couldn’t gain the upper hand, cried out in distress, she was already used to turning to Cillian to solve everything for her, "Co out quickly, Eleanor is pregnant with Damian’s child, she’s trying to steal Damian."

Eleanor was shocked, Cillian was also present?

At this mont, Elaine, dressed in a white coat, held Phoebe from the side, pulling her away, "The hospital prohibits noise and fighting, Eleanor is here to see , stop making false accusations against her."

"Really?"

Eleanor stiffened to the point of suffocation, staring into the blinding white corridor lights, Cillian stepped forward gradually, erging prominently in the brightness, his aura oppressive.

He raised his hand effortlessly to block Elaine, protecting Phoebe.

But his gaze was fixed on Eleanor throughout, piercing her disheveled appearance, down to her slightly bulging abdon.

Eleanor instinctively stepped back.

"Brother, don’t let her run." Phoebe yelled, no longer caring about appearances, she only wanted Damian, "I’m pregnant, she’s also pregnant, clearly intending to ruin my marriage."

"Bullshit." Eleanor snapped in frustration, "You think Damian is gold, that everyone who sees him won’t let go. When they see you as a person, trouble them to listen, I’m here to see Elaine, not pregnant, not ruining your marriage, I wish you and Damian a lock-tight marriage."

Eleanor had reiterated nurous tis that she had no intention of revisiting Damian, yet everyone seed to have lost their minds, assuming she harbored lingering feelings.

"I rember—" Cillian spoke slowly, "Elaine is not an obstetrician."

Eleanor clenched her fist, sudden intense heartbeat.

"I’m indeed not an obstetrician." Elaine stood in front of Eleanor, "Eleanor heard Phoebe was at the hospital, voluntarily wanted to see her."

That covered it up, Eleanor took a breath.

"Which floor are you coming from?"

Elaine prepared to respond, Cillian signaled her to be quiet, his face vaguely displeased, "Let her speak."

Cillian had undergone military training, Eleanor felt he could be called an expert detective.

Face-to-face interrogation, she wasn’t confident.

Thankfully, Elaine did go upstairs with her first, "Orthopedics Clinic 03, 8th floor."

"Not right." Phoebe pointed at Elaine, "If they really wanted to see , they should’ve co out of the elevator together, but Elaine appeared later, and from the adjacent clinic, indicating she and Eleanor were originally in the obstetrics departnt."

Cillian slightly squinted, looking back at Eleanor, "What were you doing in obstetrics?"

"I’m absolutely not pregnant." Eleanor did not answer the question, only t his gaze, reminding him word by word, "I’m on my period."

She had been flustered just now, always following Phoebe’s logic.

Forgotten she was on her period, although it was fake, yet last night Cillian personally verified it. His eyes were sharp, heart keen, shrewd, doubted her explanation but wouldn’t doubt himself.

"Period?" Phoebe questioned.

"Don’t believe?" Eleanor sneered, then pointed to the restroom, "I could show you by taking it off."

Phoebe sowhat understood Eleanor, if it had co to this level, Eleanor was 100% confident in her evidence, but her earlier gesture touching her abdon was simply unforgettable.

And Phoebe herself had signs of pregnancy, with persistent mild spotting during early pregnancy, similar to the nstrual beginning or ending bleeding volu.

Upon thinking this, an electric spark suddenly crossed her mind, as if she cracked a case, grabbing Cillian’s sleeve with one hand, pointing at Eleanor.

"Brother, she’s not on her period, she’s pregnant, just like with early spotting, so she’s secretly taking leave to co to the hospital, she wants prenatal care."

Cillian’s gaze suddenly sharpened, like a bright surgical knife, penetrating Eleanor’s heart, dissecting her secrets.

Eleanor t his gaze, montarily at a loss.

She thought invoking her period would decisively clear this round, never expected Phoebe’s unstable pregnancy, was precisely early spotting.

And yet last night, she used the excuse of eating ice cream to appease Cillian, afraid he already suspected she intentionally avoided intimacy.

Now Phoebe’s logic fills in itself, tying back to last night, Cillian’s minor suspicion may beco major doubts.

"She’s not pregnant." An abrupt figure stood by the elevator, face calm and gentle, a tall, elegant young gentleman.

"Except for yesterday’s traffic jam, I haven’t spoken a word to her face-to-face in six months, if anyone doubts, my whereabouts can be verified."

Phoebe softened entirely, "Why did you co?"

Damian slowly approached, tallying her up and down, "Mother told you weren’t feeling well, are you okay now?"

Cillian’s expression grew colder.

This morning Mrs. Grant hadn’t notified the Sinclair family, even if he had brought Phoebe into the hospital, soone coincidentally saw and told Ms. Sinclair, Damian’s arrival was too swift.

He bypassed Damian, looking toward the elevator.

The hospital was busy, people constantly needed to go up and down floors, the elevator influenced by schedules, normally circulating between the top and bottom floors, once ascending, it kept rising till the top floor.

The display showed numbers climbing, indeed a single upward trip, indicating Damian ca from below, not above.

He never spoke, but Phoebe understood he wouldn’t let Eleanor off, thus reassured and joyfully took Damian’s arm, "The baby is fine, just irritated by Eleanor."

"What upset you? Is the doctor still around?" Damian led her to the clinic, "Let ask about precautions, so I can better care for you."

The clinic door closed again, critics left, but Eleanor felt more suffocated.

The hospital’s bright light almost failed to illuminate Cillian’s face, his brow and eye sockets filled with shadows, terrifying beyond.

"I really am on my period." Fear-induced tremors made Eleanor shake more visibly, "I’m here to see Elaine, not pregnant."

Cillian stepped toward her.

Elaine knew Eleanor was at her limit, stretched her arms to intercept him.

"It’s said The Grant Family has a good family ethos, today I got to witness it, a real sense of superiority and arrogance. Eleanor indeed isn’t a biological child, but the Grant Heiress hits and curses, Young Master Grant interrogates and coerces, all the dirty and stinking things are thrown at her, justified slandering when unjustified, treating her like a slave to vent."

Cillian cast a grim look, glanced at her, dominantly dragged Eleanor out.

Eleanor couldn’t resist his imnse strength, staggering into his embrace, almost at collapse, "Elaine—"

"Young Master Grant, others may fear you, but I don’t." Elaine tightly held her other hand, "Eleanor never wronged The Grant Family, you have no right to mistreat her like this."

She thought of sothing, her expression also stern, "Or is it because her forr fiancé was set up, sent to Phoebe’s bed, now feeling guilty of theft, knowing stolen remains stolen and insecure, hence taking it all out on her?"
