17: Chapter 17 The First Collision between the Realms of Immortals and Demons through Borrowed Bodies 17: Chapter 17 The First Collision between the Realms of Immortals and Demons through Borrowed Bodies Mu Zi Li watched the scene before him in shock.
The barrier outside had already been broken, and the black fog covering the platform had completely dissipated, rendering him unable to sense the Soul Bodies he had painstakingly collected.
Like they had vanished into thin air, the Soul Bodies, which were once tightly linked, could no longer be felt.
It is common knowledge that even if a connected Soul Body was to ascend and be salvaged, one could still sense it.
It seems that Mu Can must possess so sort of existence beyond his understanding to have shattered this rule.
“What on earth did you do?” Mu Zi Li asked Mu Can, his shock apparent in his gaze.
Such an occurrence, not to ntion a Demon General, even the Demon Lords had not witnessed.
This demonstrated just how wondrous the effects of the Reincarnation Pearl were, allowing it to break the rules.
“You’re dead today, no matter who you are from the Demon World, but this is the Human World, and your kind from the Demon World cannot be tolerated here.”
Mu Can looked at Mu Zi Li with mockery.
It couldn’t be said to be Mu Zi Li at this point, but rather a monster that had rged with a demon, with the demon taking the dominant role.
It must be said, if it weren’t for Purple Cloud, then everyone present today would die.
And more importantly, to be killed by a creature from the Demon World, for a Cultivator from the Human World, would be an utter agony.
Even their souls would find no peace.
In truth, everyone present owed their gratitude to Mu Can.
But now, most were stripped of their power and could only watch anxiously from below, waiting for the outco.
The only one with the strength to confront Mu Zi Li now was Mu Can; if Mu Can failed, only one fate awaited them.
Many cursed Mu Can inwardly for poisoning them, while also hoping that Mu Can would quickly defeat that monster.
Though they did not know what had occurred to Mu Zi Li, everyone could sense the thick evil aura emanating from him.
At this mont, no one wished for Mu Zi Li to win.
“Who are you?
You’re not Mu Can.
Who are you?” The demon rged with Mu Zi Li naturally possessed all of Mu Zi Li’s mories.
In his recollection, Mu Can should not know so much, even as a student of the Immortal Ancient Academy; such knowledge was sothing only those at the peak of their power could possess in the Human World.
Furthermore, there was only one truth that could explain this.
The Mu Can before him ca from the Immortal World.
“You’re not Mu Can; you’re from the Immortal World.
Heh, lucky to have encountered soone from the Immortal World.
Once I kill you and absorb your soul—Immortal souls are quite the nourishnt,” said Mu Zi Li, licking his lips and laughing shrilly.
Immortals in the Human World would also be suppressed; that was a natural limitation set by the Heavenly Dao rules on the realms of immortals and demons.
It was to ensure the normal operation of the Human World remained undisturbed by external forces.
“Heh, I didn’t expect you to be sowhat knowledgeable.
I just wonder if you have the strength to back it up,” said Purple Cloud through Mu Can’s mouth.
The fact that Immortals would be suppressed by the Heavenly Dao in the Human World was indisputable, but let’s not forget that within Mu Can’s body lay a defiantly powerful treasure, the Reincarnation Pearl.
“In that case, allow to show you my true power.”
Mu Zi Li howled, and his entire form began to transform once more.
In his second transformation, Mu Zi Li completely lost all human characteristics.
His fierce face beca covered in scales, and his limbs thickened and enlarged, stretching his clothes to the breaking point.
Suddenly, four fleshy wings burst forth from his back, unfurling in the breeze like the wings of a giant bat.
“Four-winged Demon Race, you are a Demon General,” identified Purple Cloud, who had seen much and knew plenty, imdiately recognizing the demon’s identity.
“Originally, I did not have the power to use my full transformation, but after consuming you, my strength will return, so, rest in peace.”
The monster let out a howl, causing everyone at the scene to painfully cover their ears.
“Kid, I have sothing to tell you,” Purple Cloud said to Mu Can.
“What is it, Sister Yun?” Mu Can curiously asked.
“I need to take full control of your body.
My soul is not complete at the mont, and my combat power is limited.
This Demon General is a bit troubleso.”
“It’s okay, don’t worry, Sister Yun.
We must defeat him,” Mu Can said firmly.
“Uh, that’s not it.
There will be so side effects after I take full control,” Purple Cloud said with a bit of embarrassnt.
“Sister Yun, don’t scare .
What kind of side effects?” Mu Can asked a little fearfully.
“It’s nothing serious.
After I take full control, when you regain control, you might act a bit femininely, but it will go away in a few days.
It’s a natural reaction of a soul entering a body,” explained Purple Cloud.
“Given the circumstances, Sister Yun, just go ahead and fight.”
Mu Can nodded, and then completely lost control of his body.
Tilting his head, Mu Can looked at Mu Zi Li and gave a faint smile.
“Feeling a body is really nice, even though it’s a man’s.”
Heavenly Realm’s Immortal Venerable vs.
Demon World’s Demon General.
Coincidentally, both are using soone else’s body.
Mu Zi Li charged towards Mu Can, and after his demonic transformation, Mu Zi Li’s stature doubled that of a normal person’s, his robust body resembling the legendary Giant Clan.
After Mu Zi Li’s complete demonic transformation, his physical strength surpassed any of his previous capabilities.
The Demon Clan was already known for their mighty bodies, dominating those of any other race at the sa level.
Mu Can raised his hand and fiercely smashed the Fire King Cauldron towards the charging Mu Zi Li.
The giant Fire King Cauldron howled as it struck Mu Zi Li, emitting a massive tearing sound through the air.
“Bring it on,” Mu Zi Li growled upon seeing the Fire King Cauldron hurtling towards him.
He leaped and punched towards the huge cauldron, and in an instant, the man and the cauldron collided.
The impact was like a teor striking the earth, its colossal sound made everyone around painfully cover their ears.
The mont Purple Cloud retrieved the Fire King Cauldron, she used a Secret Technique to take control of it.
The Fire King Cauldron displayed a stark difference in power in Purple Cloud’s hands compared to when it was in Mu Zi Li’s.
The forceful collision halted Mu Zi Li’s forward charge.
Even a powerful Demon General from the Demon World slowed down after this attack.
“This Fire King Cauldron is an Immortal Level dicine Cauldron, I just don’t know how it ended up in the Mortal World,” Purple Cloud said to Mu Can while looking at the Fire King Cauldron.
“Sister Yun, are you saying this Fire King Cauldron originally belongs to the Heavenly Realm?” Mu Can curiously asked, looking at the dicine Cauldron that had been in the Mu Family since his birth.
“Hehe, this is one of the dicine Cauldrons I used in the past.
I don’t know how it fell here, but it seems like it’s been sealed by soone,” Purple Cloud’s bell-like laughter echoed in Mu Can’s mind.
However, it was clear that Purple Cloud’s mood was not as cheerful as it seed.
“You never would have thought I was still alive, huh?
Anyway, don’t die, just wait obediently for my revenge.”
The reason behind the Fire King Cauldron’s displacent must undoubtedly be connected with those who pounced on back then.
Now that I, Purple Cloud, have returned, you will ultimately have to face my wrath.
A surge of montum rose from Mu Can’s body, an air of disdain for the entire world.
Within the Four Seas, supre above the Nine Heavens, I alone am respected.
