In the vast expanse of the Northern desert continent, there existed few places so feared that their nas sent shivers down the spines of even the most seasoned cultivators. They were terd as forbidden lands. There were three such forbidden lands, one of them was the Wraithwood Abyss.
It was a mutated forest where malevolent spirits inhabited the trees. It was located in the western corner of the Cloud province. The origin of the Wraithwood abyss was mysterious but there were so age-old rumours about it.
It was beleived that it was a prosperous sect long ago but had fallen victim to a mysterious calamity. The spirits of the fallen cultivators failed to escape. Now, they were haunting the entire land making the once prospered land, one of the forbidden lands of the Northern desert continent.
There were many mysteries surrounding the Wraithwood Abyss. It was beleived that even the emperors would fall, if they dare venture into the depth of the abyss.
The wraithwood abyss had the appearance as it's na suggests. It was a pitch black abyss surrounded by a cursed forest. Cultivators would avoid entering the surrounding the forest. As for the abyss, even the emperors would cower if they were asked to explore the depth of it.
On a certain day, when the night sky was shrouded in clouds, a figure erged from the Wraithwood Abyss. She was riding a majestic silver eagle whose wingspan was almost seven ters.
The woman seed otherworldly and valiant all at once. She had long crimson hair which cascaded down her back like a shimring waterfall. Her eyes had a shimring brilliance that could pierce through the darkest of shadows.
Her attire was as captivating as her beauty. She wore a tight-fitting battle robe, accentuating her every curve with a srizing allure. Strapped to her back were two finely crafted swords, their hilts seed extraordinary as they were carved with ancient symbols.
The mysterious woman had an air of strength and authority, as if she were the embodint of a phoenix, beautiful yet proud in her character.
"Why did they send an ergency signal? Is everything alright with the sect?" she murmured to herself, her voice appeared like a soft lody that echoed in the desolate surroundings. Her concern for her sect was evident from her face as she squinted her beautiful eyebrows and thought to herself.
"Forget it, there is no point in being worried here. I should hurry back to the Earth province", the mysterious woman thought to herself. The silver eagle seed to understand her thoughts as it let out a long screech. It spread apart it's long wings and soared away from the Wraithwood Abyss.

"Junior sister Liying, do you know this expert?", Huang i asked. She had a look of curiousity on her face as she sensed a powerful soul consciousness approaching the Oak ridge town.
"It is that unruly girl Deng Yue. It has been one and half year since I have last seen her", Shui Liying replied with a soft smile on her face.
"What? This aura belongs to Deng Yue? When did she beco so powerful? It has been only fifteen years since she beca an emperor", Huang i exclaid.
The powerful aura got nearer and soon a faint silhouette of a gigantic bird appeared in the distant horizon. The Heavenly tribulation realm experts of the Xuantian sect sensed the powerful aura as well. All of them rushed into the sky to welco the powerful expert.
Silhouette of the gigantic bird gradually beca clearer. It was a gigantic Sky eagle king. A graceful woman was standing atop the gigantic sky eagle. She was as beautiful as a fairy but her aura was dignified. Her proud eyes scanned across the gathered cultivators when she approached the Oak ridge town.
"Sect master, welco", disciples started to kneel one after another. Even the inner court elders bowed down to show their respect to the powerful woman.
"Where is my teacher? There is such a dangerous incident. Yet, you lot didn't inform untill now", the graceful looking woman looked towards the gathered inner court elders. Her eyes were piercing as she looked at all the inner court elders one by one.
The elders who were generally high and mighty, lowered their heads. There was nervousness in most of their faces when they faced the gracious woman.
"Girly, you are becoming more fiercer every day. You have only arrived and you are already disciplining our elders!", a teasing voice ca out from the middle of the Oak ridge town.
"Teacher", a faint smile appeared on the face of the graceful looking woman. "I will check how far our disciples has progressed in this one and half year. I want to know how many of you have listened to and guided so of our disciples in my absense", the gracious looking woman spoke.
"We will talk after I et my teacher", she muttered before flying together with the Sky eagle king. Even Ying Chao had a helpless expression on his face as he looked towards the gracious woman riding the Sky eagle king.
"Elder Chao, we are done for. The tigress of our sect is getting more stricter every day", an elder complained.
"She has yet to hear about our lose. I can't even imagine what will happen if she learns about the sneak attack our disciples faced in the White mist forest range", Ying Chao spoke. He had a worried expression on his face as he looked towards the base of the Xuantian sect.
"Junior sister, this girl has gotten a lot stronger in these few years. With her cultivation, she can now stand among the most powerful experts of our Northern desert continent", Huang i spoke.
"Yes, she is a good seedling. Except her unruly personality, everything else is good about her", Shui Liying nodded her head.
"What about him? What do you think about his potential?", Huang i pointed towards Zhan Chen who was cultivating in a distance.
"He is different. The least he will reach in the future is the Sage realm. As for his limit, I can't even predict myself", Shui Liying said with a gentle tone. Huang i felt surprised after hearing the words of Shui Liying.
She knew how proud her junior sister actually was. Most of the talents in the Northern desert continent can't catch her eyes.With such a proud personality, it was incredible that she had such a high opinion about Zhan Chen.
"You really think highly of him", Huang i spoke. She thought about the contest between Zhan Chen and her and a small doubt appeared in her mind.
"Junior sister, do you want to watch the alchemy contest between Zhan Chen and ?", Huang i asked.
"I want to watch it", Shui Liying nodded her head.
"Who do you think will win?", Huang i asked lightly. Even she was not sure why she was asking such a question.
