Chapter 82: 071 Tang Su Plays Dead, Big Misunderstanding_2

While caring for Little Douding, Tang Su would forget those embarrassnts that made her feel uncomfortable from head to toe.

Tang Su was a very diligent pooper-scooper. While Little Douding was happily having breakfast, Tang Su also cleaned its cat nest and worked up quite a sweat.

She picked up her change of clothes and went to the bathroom to take a shower.

Half an hour later, Tang Su ca out of the bathroom feeling refreshed.

Her mood improved a bit, but until she saw Lu Han, Tang Su still couldn’t fully recover her spirits.

Mainly, she had too many worries.

After what happened last night, she really didn’t know what Lu Han truly thought of her.

So much so that Lu Han left early in the morning. Was he not even willing to give her a chance to explain face to face?

A drunken woman who got handsy and took advantage of others, she must have certainly surprised and disappointed Lu Han, hadn’t she?

Sigh—

A sowhat dispirited Tang Su didn’t want to wash clothes by hand, so she separated the outer clothes from the underwear and tossed them into two washing machines, letting the machines do the laundry for her.

Her washing machine also had a drying function. Tang Su chose to dry the clothes so that when she ca back in the afternoon, she could directly put them in the wardrobe.

Little Douding, abandoned by both its male and female owners for an entire night, owed when it saw Tang Su picking up her bag, preparing to go out. It darted out of its cat nest and clung to her.

Seeing the little guy owing so pitifully, refusing to leave her side, and even following her to the doorway, Tang Su knew the little guy didn’t want to be left ho alone today.

Also true, no matter how fresh or fun the cat nest was, playing with it all day would probably beco boring.

Tang Su thought for a second, then went to find a bag to carry Little Douding in, “Okay, today sister is taking you out. Let’s first go to my workplace, and at noon, accompany

to the hospital to see your male owner.”

“ow—”

“Sister didn’t drive her car back, so we’re going to take a taxi. If the driver doesn’t like having a small pet in his car, you need to be quiet, not ow, hide so he can’t see you, got it?”

“ow ow—”

Tang Su felt the little guy understood, so she stroked its fluffy little head several tis before taking it out.

Tang Su went to the breakfast shop at the entrance of the residential area first. She ordered a bowl of peanut soup and two large at buns.

No matter how awkward or tough the situation she was facing, not starving herself and not taking it out on money was Tang Su’s principle.

Tang Su also shared so of the at from the buns with Little Douding, and the little one ate happily as well.

At that mont, a waitress who also liked kittens ca over wanting to pet it. Tang Su hadn’t expected the little guy to be wary of strangers.

Facing the stranger’s reaching hand, it arched its little body, assuming a very resistant pose, as if to say, if they really tried to pet it, they shouldn’t bla it for scratching them.

Tang Su hadn’t realized that the waitress wanted to pet it because she liked it. The kitty’s temperant wasn’t just stubborn; it was pretty big too.

Was it refusing to be touched by strangers?

Then what about the ti at the pet store when they t for the first ti, and it let her pet it?

Really now.

“Don’t be too fierce. If you scratch soone, you won’t have your favorite cat food, sister will have to compensate them for the vaccination and other losses, okay? This money will co out of your allowance,” Tang Su threatened it seriously.

Little Douding: “ow—”

It hadn’t scratched anyone; it was just trying to scare them off.

Unable to resist Tang Su’s threat, Little Douding pretended to be good and hid in Tang Su’s arms.

The baby was still little.

The allowance couldn’t be shortchanged, being short on food might stunt growth.

“Your cat is a Ragdoll, right? My friend also has one. I’ll get one for myself to play with once I don’t have to rent with others.”

“Then I wish you get out of sharing rentals soon. Keep it up,” Tang Su encouraged the waitress with a smile while paying the bill.

“Thank you, you too.” The waitress assud Tang Su was a fellow worker like her.

“Alright.” Tang Su nodded, not bothering to explain.

After breakfast, Tang Su walked for a while before hailing a taxi.

Before getting into the car, Tang Su proactively confessed that she had a Ragdoll cat in her pocket, the house was empty, and she needed to take it along to Culture Street to open her shop. She asked the driver if he minded.

Tang Su’s honesty was t with a smile from the driver, a middle-aged uncle. He was no stranger to pets, as his daughter had quite a few small animals at ho, including kittens, puppies, and even a parrot.

So, he really didn’t mind Little Douding.

“Co on in, young lady,” the driver beckoned with a smile, as they couldn’t park there for too long.

“Alright, thank you, driver,” Tang Su felt relieved.

Once in the car, Little Douding seed to know that the driver didn’t mind it and poked its little head out of the pocket, looking around left and right, just as if it was Grandmother Liu touring the Grand View Garden for the first ti.

Along the way, the taxi driver praised it, chatting with Tang Su about his daughter’s three little treasures.

Tang Su agreed a few tis, then took the opportunity to educate Little Douding, “You see? Little guy, there are more good people with kind hearts and good intentions for you, so next ti we go to the breakfast shop, don’t be fierce to the waitress, okay?”

“ow—”

It wasn’t being fierce; why couldn’t the female owner listen?

“Your little cat is so smart,” said the driver.

“Yeah, it was well-trained by its previous owner,” Tang Su took the opportunity to praise Lu Han, who in her eyes was perfect, without a single fault.

“I see.”

By the ti she arrived at Culture Street, her bookstore and coffee shop had already opened for nearly an hour.

Tang Su first visited the bookstore, where Little Douding was very popular, with Zhang Li and Zhao Yue competing to pet it.

Both employees were there today, managing the crowd. They knew Tang Su had drunk too much the night before, and asked why she wasn’t resting at ho to sober up.

Tang Su would have liked to sober up, but she couldn’t stay put at ho. Lu Han had returned.

She wanted to see Lu Han, yet she ostrich-like didn’t even dare to dial his number.
