132 Chapter 131: Sun vs Death
“What did you just say?” Kaido’s eyes turned frosty upon hearing Damon’s words.
It would be one thing if a spirit realm expert should speak crap against him but not a re Champion realm child who doesn’t know the difference between the heavens and the earth.
“I said you will need the help or you will die at my hands and even in death you will not be granted the opportunity to rest since your soul will be mine to toy with!” Damon’s voice was so venomous, even Kaido frowned.
“We have nothing to talk about anymore!” Kaido declared coldly as he slowly unsheathed his golden greatsword but Damon wasn’t moved.
“HAHAHAHAHA! CO SUN DOG! LET SHOW YOU WHY DEATH IS THE ABSOLUTE!” Damon’s voice bood like lightning.

Kaido’s figure vanished but Damon’s eyes could easily follow the golden trail as he turned casually throwing his open palm at the sword descending on him from above!

The two were yet to make contact yet an invisible force erupted between Damon’s palm and the golden greatsword, sending ripples across the sky as the two struggled for supremacy!

Damon’s body darted back as blood dripped from his palms which had a deep cut. Damon looked at the palm and realized he even got burnt as well, leading him to raise his eyebrows with genuine surprise.
“Not only are you at the Esteed level of the spirit realm but you are also a lancer class fighter... This world has been so focused on the power of a mage, I didn’t expect a cosmic being would truly choose a fighter over a mage” Damon wore genuine surprise on his face.
“Death mage, welding three extra elents, with the power and strength of a lone wolf which is already in the spirit realm... This explains why you dared to co here but even then it won’t be enough. I will be taking your life here” Kaido said but Damon only laughed at his words.
“What is dead cannot be killed. You are not my opponent!” Damon declared coldly as the wound on his hand instantly regenerated leaving Kaido frowning.
“Hmph! Do you think the immortal body can save you from ? Don’t be a naive kid, no one is truly immortal!” Kaido sneered.
“And no one is truly invincible!” Damon’s eyes revealed fierce killing lights as countless magic arrays began surging into reality!

Kaido’s figure raced forward with his blade coming down at Damon like a divine hamr. It moved so fast, countless afterimages of the blade filled the sky, raining down on Damon without hesitation!

Damon remained unmoving with his hands placed behind him and his eyes surging with imnse darkness and power.
Death magic: Bone spear!
Behind Damon, countless bone spears appeared and with a flick of his fingers, they all rained forward!

Nurous crashing sounds could be heard as Damon retreated in silence while bombarding the enemy with attacks. Soon the sword images filled the sky until there was nothing else he could see. His eyes revealed cold lights as he quickly reached for his neck and caught the blade trying to sever his head!

A powerful shockwave erupted, blowing away both the sword images and the bone spears! Damon could be seen standing while holding on to the scorching blade close to his neck with his bleeding hand.
“So far you have been the only one getting hurt and this is just a warm up” Kaido said with killing lights in his eyes but Damon replied with an amused expression on his face.
“We have only been exchanging pointers so far. Let the real battle begin!” Damon’s calm deanor suddenly vanished as his eyes turned blood red and the black cracks began spreading all over his face from his eyes!
Death magic: Cries of the underworld!
Suddenly painful cries and screams of countless people filled the sky causing Kaido to feel lightheaded! Before he could even defend against it, the hand used to catch the blade exploded as blood surged out uncontrollably smashing into the golden knight while sending him flying back!
“BLOOD CONTROL: BLOOD SEA!” Damon bellowed as the blood began revolving around Kaido like a fierce sea with him at the center.
“Die and beco my pawn!” Damon grinned like a mad man as darkish-green flas began surging around him.
“Hmph! You don’t have what it takes to kill , child!” Kaido, who has been silent with his eyes shut, suddenly opened his eyes and spoke!
Boom!
His body lit up with golden power and exploded violently, drying up the entire blood sea in an instant!
“TO !” Kaido’s eyes flared with power as the moon slowly faded and was replaced by the sun!
“Impossible!” Damon paled in fright!
How was this person able to bring the sun out in the night? Moving the moon and the stars were no small feat!
“They call it the one pathway. As long as I stand under the sun, you cannot win against and even at night, I will force the sun out! I am a being far beyond your comprehension!” Kaido’s voice bood as his body shone as bright as the sun, so bright Damon couldn’t even look at him directly.
“Hmph! A re pawn of the cosmic being’s dares make such bold claims in my presence? IMPUDENT!” Damon’s voice bood as the moon appeared forcefully once again but this ti it was blood red!
Green clouds swarm across the skies, dying one half of the world blood red while the other half was golden and bright!
Haahahahhahahahahahhahahahahhahaha!
Damon let out a crazed laugh as his aura exploded fiercely clashing with that of Kaido fearlessly.
“I AM A BEING WHO STANDS AT THE PEAK OF THIS WORLD! NO MATTER HOW POWERFUL YOU ARE, NOTHING CAN ESCAPE DEATH! YOU WILL NOT SURVIVE THIS ENCOUNTER!”Damon laughed hysterically causing Kaido to frown.
This was the first ti all his life that he has seen soone capable of creating a blood moon in the presence of his burning sun!
