The next day, Li Weihuan left the house with money, his ID, and a backpack over his shoulders!
Yi Mu was standing at the door, staring at him, asking him what he was doing?
Li Weihuan turned his head to glance at Yi Mu, saying, “I have an urgent matter and need to be away for a while. I can’t say for sure how long, so if possible, it’d be better for you to go ho first. I’ll co to pick you up when I return!”
After saying this, Li Weihuan proceeded to turn around and leave, but Yi Mu stretched out her hand to grab him, “Weihuan, where are you going? Can I go with you? I promise I won’t make any trouble, can I go with you? Can I?”
Li Weihuan looked at Yi Mu, suddenly feeling a bit uncomfortable in his heart. He had really hurt Yi Mu; she was such a good girl!
He stepped forward, hugged Yi Mu, while Yi Mu’s body stiffened in his arms.
Then, she suddenly beca very saddened, wrapped her arms around Li Weihuan’s waist and burst into tears.
“Don’t cry, I’m not going to be gone forever!” Li Weihuan comforted.
Yi Mu popped her head out from his embrace, looked up and asked with a sniff, “Weihuan, you’re not leaving , are you?”
Li Weihuan looked at Yi Mu’s teary eyes, his thin lips moved, but he found himself unable to say anything.
Perhaps not getting the answer she wanted, Yi Mu’s eyes reddened even more. “Weihuan, listen, I’m not going anywhere. I’m going to stay here waiting for you to co back, Weihuan, promise , you must co back!”
Li Weihuan wiped away her tears, released her, and then, without looking back, left the apartnt and entered the elevator.
Yi Mu stood at the door, gazing at his retreating figure, her eyes unknowingly filled with tears again.
Though they were already married, why did she still feel like she had never truly had him?

Li Weihuan hailed a taxi and headed for the airport, arriving around approximately seven fifty.
After Li Weihuan got out of the cab, he could see Mo Yan from afar.
He was on the phone, looking a bit anxious.
On a nearby bench, Lu Yinchu was comforting Nanxi. The two of them sitting together in silent dependence were a sight to behold.
Li Weihuan took a few breaths to calm himself and went over to greet Mo Yan, then looked at Nanxi.
Nanxi looked a bit under the weather, her face was quite pale. When she saw him, she gave a small smile, her attempt to seem strong, even in her weak condition, was heart-wrenching.
Lu Yinchu asked Mo Yan, ” How about them? When will they arrive?”
Mo Yan replied, “They are on the way. Nurse Li should be arriving soon!”
Nurse Li? Li Weihuan was taken aback, wanting to ask sothing when Mo Yan abruptly turned to the airport entrance and said, “Here they co!”
Turning his head, Li Weihuan saw a slender figure at the airport entrance, looking around for soone.
It was Lun Ying!
She let her hair down today, dressed casually, and was wearing a skirt!
Lun Ying quickly ca over and explained to Mo Yan, “Sorry, I am late. Doctor Gui will probably be a bit later, but he won’t delay the flight, don’t worry!”
“Why are you here?” Li Weihuan asked.
Lun Ying didn’t respond.
Mo Yan glanced at the two of them and explained, “Actually… the Mrs is pregnant and needs soone she trusts to look after her, so we invited Nurse Lun to help. As for Doctor Gui… He insisted on coming of his own accord!”
“Well, it looks like I’m not welcod here, breaking my heart already!” Before Mo Yan had finished speaking, Gui Xi’s voice could be heard approaching from a distance.
Mo Yan paused, turning his head to see Gui Xi, dressed in a suit and wearing sunglasses, walking towards them.
“Why are you so late?”
“I went to Guan La’s, wanted to see Doudou before leaving as I don’t know how long you intend to borrow ,” Gui Xi looked at Lu Yinchu with a raised eyebrow.
Mo Yan gave a slight cough. It turned out Gui Xi was invited by Lu Yinchu. He had been busy preparing everything in Thailand and wasn’t fully aware of what was going on here.
Giving a slight nod, he greeted Gui Xi, “Dr. Gui, I’m sorry…”
“No need for apologies, no one is to bla for not knowing!” Gui Xi responded with a smile.
At the side, Lun Ying quickly explained, “Well, Mr. Mo, Dr. Gui is one of the founders of the Southeast Asian dical Exchange Organization, and he is also a mber of the International Neuropathology Society. Although he is officially a surgeon, his skills in internal dicine are in no way inferior, especially in neurology…”
Mo Yan’s lips quivered as he muttered an “Mm,” the conversation was over.
