Ji Anning was curious about how Wan Yueyue would handle the reporters when suddenly, Qi Helian’s voice arose in the lobby.
"Working so early, how much does your boss pay you a month?"
He strolled to the door with his hands in the pockets of his black sweatpants, walked up to Wan Yueyue’s side, and naturally slung his arm around her shoulders.
The reporters scrambled to raise their caras, snapping photos frantically while bombarding them with questions.
"So, does this an that Young Master Qi is really dating Miss Yueyue?"
"When did it start, and could you shed so light on it?"
"For the new drama ’Cute Wife Returns’ that your company is preparing, are you planning to cast Miss Yueyue as the lead?"
Wan Yueyue kept her head down, shrinking beside Qi Helian like a demure woman, and said nothing.
After the reporters finished their barrage of questions and quieted down, Qi Helian finally spoke with a smile, "You guys from the boring dia, I change companions more often than clothes, sothing you all know too well."
He displayed an air of indifference.
Wan Yueyue’s complexion changed beside him. She looked up at Qi Helian with sparkling eyes, a mix of embarrassnt and indignation.
But Qi Helian’s hand was still firmly wrapped around her shoulder, that elegant smile still on his charming face.
He presented a posture perfect for the photographers.
"This Qi Helian, really heartless," Ji Anning scoffed from behind Ji Chicheng, despising him.
Ji Chicheng glanced at her indifferently, "You’ve seen through him, so it’s her own doing."
"What do you an?" Ji Anning looked at Ji Chicheng in confusion.
"Any woman would use little sches to rise to the top, why don’t you?" Ji Chicheng rested his chin in his hand, feigning puzzlent.
Ji Anning ’tsked’ and said with a pout, "Of course I’m not like that, I’m still a girl."
She spoke playfully, her face turning red, and quickly shifted her gaze back to the door. Qi Helian had already dismissed the wave of reporters and the smile on his face had disappeared.
He looked at Wan Yueyue, his expression so cold it sent shivers down one’s spine.
Ji Anning now understood the aning behind Ji Chicheng’s earlier words. Even though she knew this man was cold and unfeeling, she still harbored inappropriate thoughts.
The Qi Helian in front of the caras wasn’t the real Qi Helian at all.
She had learned her lesson.

Aware of her owe to Yang Yufang, Ji Anning kept her head down and remained silent.
Ji Jingfeng coldly continued, "Don’t take this stuff to disgust my mother, and you’d better not go either."
He felt a bitter resentnt deep inside, humiliated by his younger uncle.
Yet he dared not express his anger.
Not only that, he still had to be trampled underfoot by him. In this family, as long as Ji Chicheng was around, Ji Jingfeng would never be acknowledged.
The more he spoke, the angrier he beca, he glared at Ji Anning with gritted teeth, "Ji Anning, don’t you think you’re disgusting? In what capacity are you going to see my mom?"
