Chapter 1530: Chapter 322: The Death of Nan Yang (Part 3)

"Ruohua, take care of yourself, don’t get too excited. My sister and I will definitely bring the baby back."

Yu Tianyou instructed Liu Ruohua a few words, then he and An Yiqing strode toward the back mountain, followed closely by Nan Tian, Old Master Nan, An Zhifeng, and others.

"Old Master, I’ll leave this place to you. If Nan Yang escapes from here, make sure to capture him!" At the gate to the back mountain, An Yiqing reminded Old Master Nan.

"Don’t worry, girl. If that scoundrel dares to co out, this old man will capture him, even if it ans risking this old life!" Old Master Nan patted his chest and promised solemnly.

An Yiqing nodded, exchanged a glance with Yu Tianyou, and strode into the Yu Family’s back mountain.

As soon as they entered the back mountain, the door behind them slowly closed. An Yiqing glanced at the tightly closed door behind her and then turned her gaze to the deep path ahead, taking a deep breath.

"Sister, follow

carefully, don’t wander off." Yu Tianyou did his best to recall the route the Old Ancestor of the Yu Family had taken him when he previously visited the back mountain, feeling frustrated. This place was too mysterious, and he wasn’t confident he could safely lead An Yiqing in.

"Brother, don’t be nervous, relax. I have so research on the Five Elents and Eight Trigrams; it’s not as bad as you think." An Yiqing comforted Yu Tianyou. She simply observed the terrain and noticed many Qin Dunjia formations based on the Five Elents and Eight Trigrams. Coincidentally, for the Xuanqing Sect’s Eighteen Golden Figures Formation, An Yiqing had cramd research on Qin Dunjia, though not proficient, she believed it would be enough to keep them safe.

Yu Tianyou did not expect An Yiqing to have even a slight understanding of Qin Dunjia; his heart filled with joy but then sank again.

"Who knows where those two little ones have run off to, with such complex chanisms inside here? They’ve only just begun their Cultivation of Ancient Martial Arts. How daring to venture in alone! Those two little imps, once I find them, I’ll surely teach them a lesson!" Though Yu Tianyou spoke these words, he knew in his heart that Yu Zifang and Yu Aiyuan, those little buns, might already...

Yu Tianyou wiped his face harshly, not daring to think further.

Suddenly, soone patted his shoulder twice. Yu Tianyou looked up at An Yiqing, who had eyes full of reassurance, warmth, and an enchanting calming power.

"Brother Yu, don’t worry too much. Xiao Fang and Yuan Yuan have been tortured by the rciful Mother’s Tears for so many years, and yet they’re living healthily now. These two little buns have always had great fortunes and fates; they’re not short-lived. Trust , even if they truly encounter danger, I, as their aunt, will bring them back from the Hall of Yama King!"

Yu Tianyou was taken aback, seeing the unwavering determination in An Yiqing’s eyes caused his heart to flutter and miraculously calm down.

Grateful, he looked at An Yiqing, stopped speaking, and regained his spirit to lead An Yiqing further into the mountains.

The back mountain of the Yu Family was vast, with dense woods and dim paths, and rolling Dashan. No idea how long An Yiqing and Yu Tianyou had been walking, but all surrounding sounds ceased, leaving only their footsteps, breaths, and the calls of animals in the forest.

"Brother, look!"

An Yiqing stopped, her sharp eyes catching two pairs of small footprints on the dirt ground—both the size and depth unmistakably belonging to Yu Zifang and Yu Aiyuan.

"Those two little ones should be heading north!" Yu Tianyou breathed a sigh of relief. The back mountain was divided into three orientations: south, north, and west. The west housed the Elder Patriarch of Yu Family; the south was their cultivation area, heavily guarded. The north, relatively, had fewer chanisms and guards; hence, slightly less dangerous.

Yu Tianyou explained to An Yiqing, who subtly frowned, holding back words at the tip of her tongue. She was not as optimistic as Yu Tianyou; indeed, the north had loose guards, but the traitor in the Yu Family ought to know this too. If he took Nan Yang north, should they encounter the two little buns...

An Yiqing’s heart sank. Nan Yang was downright twisted, especially in his current ntal state. If he beca enraged, Yu Zifang and Yu Aiyuan could be in severe danger!

Not dwelling further, An Yiqing sped up her pace. Yu Tianyou grew anxious and quickened his steps as well.
