Chapter 1015: Chapter 1015: Aweso Stealth Skills (9)

Ruan Xue’s words were sensible, and Gu Tingting quickly nodded and took out her phone.

Zhou Xiaoyu, who had been sitting silently aside, watched the interaction between Gu Tingting and Ruan Xue and hesitated for a long ti without speaking, her gaze filled with veiled concern.

anwhile, An Yiqing, following Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi, quickly hailed a taxi to tail them after they left the restaurant.

The streets of Xuandu City are notoriously congested, and the taxi drivers are famous for their skill. Give them a steering wheel, and they could turn the taxi into a rocket within minutes. As for tracking people down, they were top-notch.

Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi, with little guard up, drove straight to their destination. With a multitude of vehicles coming and going behind them, an ordinary red taxi was hardly noticeable, and An Yiqing easily kept up with Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi.

The car kept driving further away, gradually leaving the city center and heading toward a more remote direction.

An Yiqing slightly furrowed her brows, looked around, and thought this direction was likely leading to the rural areas in the Xuandu Suburbs.

Where exactly were Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi heading? What was this Shin they referred to?

With each second slipping away, as the vehicle moved into more isolated territory, the crowd and other vehicles around were steadily dwindling. After crossing a national highway, Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi’s car turned onto a dirt road and slowed to a stop at an intersection.

“Master, this is far enough.”

An Yiqing paid the fare and quickly got out of the taxi, using a bungalow as cover.

Luckily, although secluded, the area was a village scattered with houses and utility poles, so An Yiqing wasn’t worried about being exposed.

Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi parked the car nonchalantly at the intersection and slowly walked into the village.

It was a sparsely populated hamlet on the outskirts of Xuandu, with just over a dozen households, mostly elderly folk.

Even during the day, there was scarcely any movent in the village, apart from dogs and cats or chickens and ducks wandering about. An Yiqing walked for a while and surprisingly didn’t see a single person.

Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi ventured further off-track, passing through the residential area of the villagers and heading toward the back mountain without pause.

It seed they were indeed on their way to that Shin.

An Yiqing followed behind them silently; neither Shi Ying nor Huang Yiyi realized they were being tailed and continued walking and laughing until they stopped in front of a large tree.

This was a dense forest behind the small village, mostly filled with trees over a hundred years old that looked robust. Because the foliage was so lush, the sunlight above was completely blocked by the intertwining branches and leaves. Peering into the forest, all one could see was darkness, with only patches of sunlight filtering through, creating an eerie atmosphere.

Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi stood in front of the large tree for quite a while, and to avoid being discovered, An Yiqing took cover behind another big tree.

Then, Shi Ying pulled out a phone from his pocket and whispered a couple of words to soone. Subsequently, the large tree in front of them began to sway, slowly revealing a pitch-black gate!

An Yiqing’s pupils shrunk, shocked.

This was the Qin Hiding Technique! The dicine Sect’s entrance was comprised of the Qin Hiding Technique passed down from ancestors. A misstep in an ordinary yard could an instant death!

Such techniques from the art of Qin Dunjia had been lost in modern tis and only a few ancient sects possessed them. Where exactly did Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi’s Shin originate, and why did they have such lost arts?

An Yiqing carefully observed her surroundings and morized this location. Seeing Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi enter the gate, she turned to leave.

However, just at that mont, sothing unexpected happened!

“Who’s there!”

A thunderous roar echoed, shaking the surrounding trees.

Huang Yiyi and Shi Ying, about to enter the gate, were startled and quickly turned to look outside.

“Uncle Master, did you say there’s soone outside?” Shi Ying asked.

“Impossible! There was nobody following us when we ca!” Huang Yiyi explained anxiously.

The thin old man who let out the roar glared sharply at Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi, snorting coldly: “Hmph! You’re so incompetent that you didn’t even notice being tracked. With your abilities, it would only take minutes to be killed by your opponent!”

Ignoring the embarrassed faces of Shi Ying and Huang Yiyi, the thin old man’s gaze was like a torch, his piercing eyes falling on the large tree behind which An Yiqing was hiding.

“Who exactly are you? Co out! Daring to trespass the Poison dicine Sect, you’re courting death!”

As soon as he finished speaking, the thin old man leapt into action, swiftly moving toward An Yiqing’s hiding spot. His figure was lightning-quick, causing a whirl of leaves to flutter off the ground!

So fast! At least a Demi-god Early Stage!

An Yiqing’s pupils shrank as she struggled to breathe under the oppressive aura emanating from the old man.

What should she do?! Facing a demigod master, her death was certain!
