Seeing Zhou Xiaoyu accept the gift, Gu Tingting and Ruan Xue both heaved a sigh of relief and smiled.

An Yiqing, holding a silver teapot, considerately poured everybody a cup of warm tea. Just as she put down the teapot, An Yiqing’s expression suddenly froze, and her eyes fixated on the reflection in the silver teapot.

Gu Tingting hadn’t finished her sentence when she was silenced by a look from An Yiqing. An Yiqing, motionless, stared at the reflection in the silver teapot and subtly shifted her body further inside.
At that mont, a man’s voice rose from behind the partition behind An Yiqing.
“Yiyi, what would you like to eat? Your senior brother here is treating.”
An Yiqing didn’t recognize the man’s voice, but the woman’s voice that followed, she was all too familiar with.
“Oh, senior brother, it’s such a hot day, and master insists on having us return to Shin, so annoying.”
“Shh… Yiyi, careful, the walls have ears, we’ll talk after lunch.”
