Mu Siyin raised an eyebrow as she fished out her phone. Her hunches were correct. Ji Yang was the caller, and she was requesting a video call.
She smirked as she lifted her hands to answer the call. Ji Yang looked stunning as her crow-black hair popped onto the screen. Although Ji Yang’s features were prominent and exquisite, she liked dressing herself up as a tomboy. That was why people found it hard to distinguish whether she was a man or not.
“Yinyin? What’s going on between you and Gu Yifan? My jaw dropped when I saw the news of you two on my phone.”
Mu Siyin knew that her friend was here to question her on sothing she saw on social dia.

Mu Siyin snorted softly. “They did.”

“What?!” Ji Yang was stunned by this revelation.
“Are you for real?” Ji Yang asked in disbelief.
Mu Siyin tutted and said, “What do you an if it’s real or not? After we ended our engagent, I found a new guy. He is exceptionally handso, so hot that he’ll blow your mind!”
“Are you kidding ? I must be dreaming.”
“Enough girl, stop acting. I’m not pulling a prank here. What I’m saying is real.”
Ji Yang imdiately ditched the dramatic expression on her face and frowned. Confusion washed over her face as she said, “You’ve really gotten over him, Yinyin?”
After all, Ji Yang knew that Gu Yifan was the light in Mu Siyin’s life.
She looked up to him, and she loved him. It made no sense that Mu Siyin would get over him so fast. Sothing must be wrong.
Mu Siyin curled her lips. She had expected her friend to be suspicious since she was dumb enough to be obsessed with Gu Yifan in the past.
“I’ve looked past a lot of things, Yangyang. Why must I be devastated over this if he doesn’t love at all? I can always find a better man, soone that treats way better than him! I don’t need him in my life!”
Ji Yang placed her phone down and applauded Mu Siyin.
“Well said! This is great! You have my full support!”
Mu Siyin could not help but laugh when she saw Ji Yang acting this way. “Tone down a bit, or your roommate is going to think that you’re a dumbass!”
Ji Yang let out a snort. “Who cares? She’s showering now.”
“Okay! Okay!”
Ji Yang picked up her phone again and looked at Mu Siyin curiously. “Now, tell about the new boyfriend you’re seeing. He must be so kind of god for you to swoon over him that way.”
Mu Siyin narrowed her eyes and laughed. “You’ll have to co back if you want to find out.”
“My god, do you have to be so secretive?”
Mu Siyin raised an eyebrow. “Of course!”
“Fine. I’ll be back at the capital tomorrow night anyway.”
“Alright.”
“Oh yeah, did Qiu Ci contact you? I called her earlier, but she didn’t pick up her phone.”
Mu Siyin blinked. After she gave it a thought, she shook her head. “No. Isn’t she busy with her performance abroad? They probably have a lot of rehearsals, which is why she has no ti for us.”
