Chapter 292: Finally Got Rid of a Thorn in The Flesh
Mi Qian looked at the fax transmittal in her hand, and a look of disbelief washed over her face!
“I don’t believe it. This can’t be true! There must have been so mistake!
“Mu Siyin’s design was done through underhanded thods. How could Mrs. Laura use her design?! ”
Looking at Mi Qian going on a rampage, Director Wang grasped the forr’s arm and said helplessly, “Chief Mi, Mrs. Laura is looking for a design that pleases her. If you can’t design it, you can only give in.”
“I won’t admit defeat! I’ll find evidence that Mu Siyin cheated, and I’m going to expose her!”
Again, Director Wang said helplessly, ” I understand that you can’t accept this fact for now, Chief Mi. But Mrs. Laura really doesn’t fancy your design. Why are you so persistent?”
Upon hearing that, Mi Qian looked at Director Wang and sneered. “You must be overjoyed to see that I’ve lost, aren’t you?”
Director Wang looked irritated. “Chief Mi, you’re the one who lost the competition. Don’t bla it on others.”
Mi Qian then clenched her fists as she stared at Director Wang. “I know you’ve always wanted to leave! But I won’t leave no matter what! I’m the chief designer of the office, and I still have my right to speak!”
Director Wang imdiately laughed at Mi Qian for throwing a fit. “Just admit you lost. What are you trying to achieve by behaving like this?”
“Why do you care what I do? Anyway, I won’t accept this, and I won’t leave!”
Looking at Mi Qian’s stubbornness, Director Wang’s expression turned somber. “Even if you don’t leave, you will no longer be the chief designer of our office!”
Mi Qian glared. “What authority do you have to withdraw my position? I was promoted to this position by the chairman himself!”
Director Wang crossed her arms and smiled. “Given that you’ve lost to a fresh graduate, how are you still qualified to be this office’s chief designer?”
“I’ve told you! Mu Siyin cheated!” Mi Qian was about to go out of her mind!
Mu Siyin stood up as she could not stand it anymore. She raised her voice at Mi Qian. “Don’t slander others if you have no evidence. If you wish to bring this to court, I’m more than happy to accompany you, Senior Mi.”
Mi Qian imdiately shut her mouth and said no more.
Only after a long pause did she look at Director Wang and Mu Siyin and sneer. “I finally understand what’s going on. The both of you are trying to join hands to drive away!”
Mu Siyin snorted coldly. “It’s you who can’t bear to lose. It’s none of my business.”
Director Wang sighed heavily. “Forget it. Since you don’t want to leave, you can stay. However, I’ll be appointing soone else for the position of the chief designer….”
Mi Qian glared at Director Wang after hearing that. “I don’t yearn for your hypocrisy! I feel sick to have soone like you as my imdiate boss! Hmph!”
Then, she returned to her desk and quickly packed up her important belongings before storming out of the office angrily with her bag on her back.
The whole office went quiet. No one dared to say a word.
Mu Siyin smiled mockingly as she watched her.
‘This ti, Old Hag Wang must be really happy.’
Director Wang was indeed extrely happy!
How was she not happy to have finally gotten rid of a thorn in the flesh?
However, she still had to keep her image
“Sigh. That person really is a nuisance. Why bla others when she couldn’t even co up with a good design?
“Besides, I have already allowed her to stay, but she insists on leaving. ”
Mu Siyin could not help but snicker when she heard that.
Mi Qian was right about one thing. It was really disgusting to have soone like Old Hag Wang as their imdiate boss!
