Mu Siyin replied coldly, “Chief Mi, aren’t you the sa if you put it that way? Since you are hiding your design as well, are you feeling guilty because you did sothing bad?”
Upon hearing Mu Siyin’s words, Mi Qian could no longer contain her anger.
“Mu Siyin! How dare a fresh graduate like you compare yourself to ? I hide my design to prevent plagiarism, but what do you have to hide? Did you hire soone else to do the design since you couldn’t co out with one?”
Mi Qian finally said what she had been wanting to say for a long ti, and she could not be happier!
Mu Siyin snickered in response. “Chief Mi, being confident is a good thing, but overconfidence is equivalent to narcissism.”
“You—”
“Also, there is a saying that there is always soone better than us. No matter what, you should never underestimate your opponents. Otherwise, you’d be eliminated without knowing how.”
Mi Qian was about to go mad!
“Ha! Mu Siyin, are you saying that you can win against ?”
Mu Siyin shrugged. “I didn’t say that.”
“You did! Tell now! Did you ask your boyfriend to hire soone to do the design?”
Looking at how arrogant Mu Siyin was, Mi Qian was even more certain that she cheated.
Mu Siyin looked at her, speechless. “Sis, I think you’re ntally ill! You should go and see a doctor!”
When Mi Qian heard Mu Siyin calling her ‘Sis’, she almost died of anger!
“You… Mu Siyin, I swear I will expose your true colors!”
Mu Siyin just shook her head resignedly. “Do whatever you want. Ti will prove everything.”
“Great! Just you wait!” Mi Qian walked away, fuming. She looked as though she wanted to eat Mu Siyin alive.
If Mu Siyin could actually co up with a design that was to Mrs. Laura’s standards, what would happen?
Would Mi Qian really have to leave the office?
No, never!
Once Mi Qian walked away, Mu Siyin picked up her pen again and took out her design to proceed with the last step, which was to na the design.
Both the na and concept of the design were important. Mu Siyin had repeatedly thought about its na for the past two days, but she could not co up with anything good enough.
However, the blooming magnolias she saw at the Lu family’s villa today made her think of a na — Magnolia Blossom.
It was simple, graceful, and had a good aning behind it too.
The Magnolia flower symbolizes purity and nobility. As it stood proudly on its branches, it could represent a person’s status and social standing.
“Blossom” could be used as a verb here. It could describe everything beautiful, and it could also be an analogy for the excellent condition a person was in.
This na could not be more suitable for her design.
Hopefully, Mrs. Laura would like it as well.
As lunch hour was approaching, Mrs. Laura’s assistant replied with a single word, “Yes.”
Mu Siyin smiled at the reply.
From the looks of it, the Old Hag did not lie to her.
With that, she decided to send her design to Mrs. Laura first.
She took her phone and snapped a picture of her design before emailing it over through her phone.
When she was done with the design work, it was already lunchti.
Everyone in the office gradually left for the cafeteria. However, Mu Siyin looked at Mi Qian from the corner of her eyes and noted that she was still at her desk, seemingly drawing.
Mu Siyin raised her eyebrow. Then, she stood up from her desk and left the office in a good mood.
