Bai Lengci had just steadied the nearly collapsing Xiao Ran in her arms when the sound of hurried footsteps drew closer.

The two burly security guards holding Lin Zheng down beside them froze at his words, their expressions dumbfounded as they glanced at Bai Lengci with strange looks.
