Level three laboratories deal with pathogens that can cause severe or fatal diseases in humans and can spread through droplets. These diseases may have preventive and treatnt thods, but constant vigilance is required. Personnel conducting research and working in level three labs, even if experienced, must undergo specialized training for the pathogens beforehand. The lab must be completely sealed and under negative pressure to prevent gas leakage.
During experints, rigorous protective asures must be taken. Personnel must wear protective clothing in the anteroom before entering the lab, and all experints must be conducted within biological safety cabinets.
Level three labs already have such strict safety precautions.

Level four labs are laboratories with the highest biosafety level globally.
