The question startled Zi Hua Shang and she asked in return, “What did… my father an?”

“It’s no matter.” Ling Xian waved his hand and smiled, “For you understand what the Headmaster wanted is the most important.”
He then suddenly frowned and asked, “Right, on my way back, I heard from a descendant that the two forces frequently raid the Yun Clan?”
“Yes, not only the Yun Clan, but the entire Shi Ao Island.” Zi Yang Shuang’s face flashed with worry, “If it was only the Yun Clan, I would’ve gathered everyone and left.”
Ling Xian nodded softly and his eyebrows quickly relaxed, “If they are raiding the entire island, then it ans the forces aren’t certain that we are hiding in the Yun Clan. This will make thing easier.”
“Yes, things could be worse.” Zi Hua Shang smiled. However, deep in her beautiful eyes, were hidden with worry.
Noticing her worriso gaze, Ling Xian made a decision. “Don’t think too much. I will deal with this.”
“Hmm?”
Zi Hua Shang was a little stunned as she looked at the young man. She asked carefully, “Could it be… you are thinking of fighting against the two Houses?”
“Yes, that is my plan.”
A smile hung on Ling Xian’s lips. As relaxed as usual, he behaved as if he wasn’t about to enter the cave of a tiger, but instead he was simply walking on the street.
“But, my father said that you should not be the one to avenge him.” Zi Hua Shang’s expression was confused.
“Headmaster did order that. I also plan on doing what he asked.” Ling Xian smiled and said teasingly, “But, he never said I cannot go find those two Houses. I can distract them and make them think you are no longer on Shi Ao Island.”
“That is true.”
Zi Hua Shang’s eyes brightened but continued to ask worriedly, “But Ling Jian House and Xuan Yin House are both very powerful. For you to go alone…”
“Do not worry. If this was two years ago, I naturally cannot do this. But now, they cannot stop .” Ling Xian’s lips curled up, his confidence lit up the universe.

“Departure?”
Zi Hua Shang caught this word and her heart tightened, “Where are you going?”
“The Trading Island, I have so businesses to take care of.” Ling Xian answered.
Zi Hua Shang’s heart shivered, as if she had her spine taken away from her. She was silent for a while before finally breathing out, “Then… will you co back?”
“I…”
Ling Xian frowned. His original plan was to breakthrough to the completion level, then made the spatial porter and return to Yunzhou.
Seeing Ling Xian’s hesitation, Zi Hua Shang’s body trembled and she forced a smile, “It is okay. You have done enough for us. There is no need to return just for us.”
“Aye..”
Noticing Zi Hua Shang’s redden face, Ling Xian’s heart softened. He could not give an answer that was 100% certain. He could only give maybe answers.
“How about this. After I take care of my business, I will do my best to return. After all, I have a lot to do. I hope you can understand.”
“It’s okay. I understand. You are a powerful character and have many things to tend to.” Zi Hua Shang nodded. Despite her unwillingness, she knew very well that she had no reason to ask Ling Xian to stay.”
