"Marita? Did I hear the na correctly? Or...maybe did I mistake it for soone else’s na? But I am sure soone was gawking at from up there...’ Pondering in his mind, Issac frowned his brows while fixating his dark gaze still on the upper floor, as he had already seen soone duck their face away before he could et their gaze.
But while he harbored a brief silence, a few young coordinators of the hospital rushed to the spot where he was creating a commotion, and urged him in a serious tone, "Sir, you’re creating a disturbance in our hospital. It doesn’t matter whose nephew you are, but if you’re breaking the rules of our hospital, we are obliged to not let you enter inside. Please...we request you leave imdiately before we need to involve the cops."
Sensing the rigidness in this tone, all those n whom Issac had brought along with him clicked their tongues feeling quite vexed, as one among them whispered to him, "Young master, shall we summon more boys to create havoc here? If you order, we can teach them a grave lesson o never ss with you again."
However, with that contemplation in his mind and hearing all those prattle, Issac felt quite annoyed deep inside, especially when he was bluntly turned down to head inside the hospital.
Thus, shuffling his hair bangs above his forehead, he turned around and scoffed at his n, "Let’s go for now."
"Huh?" Just like those boys whom he had brought along, all those hospital workers who were trying to stop him were also surprised at his sudden retreat, but none of them spoke a word, and only harbored an intense silence.
After they had exited the entrance gate of the hospital, one among his boys couldn’t stop his curiosity as he asked him, "Young master, w-why did you decide to head out? We could have taught those twerps a lesson for their audacity to even block your path. After all, you’re the Young master of the Godwin Empire...and the next Cri Lord as well. Everyone should bow their head down before you!"
Instead of feeling better by his complent, Issac couldn’t help but feel jittery inside as he lit a cigarette, releasing a big puff of smoke in the air.
After the death of his mother Lila, who was Rupert’s only sister, from a very young age Issac began to stick closer to Rupert, enduring his ill-temperant only for the purpose of inheriting the big Godwin Business Empire, since Rupert didn’t have any heir left after him.
It wasn’t unknown to Issac that he hadn’t been desperately trying to get an heir with countless ogas for all these years, but even after failing in all his attempts, Rupert wasn’t still willing to hand over his empire to Issac, only because he was born as a beta.
Rupert has been always too biased towards the other classes of the society despite being a dominant Alpha himself, but even after all of these years of serving him with loyalty, Issac still couldn’t gain his belief.
In fact, after giving it a proper thought, when Rupert bestowed him this ti with the task of trying to locate Marita in every lowly town surrounding the big cities, Issac was initially fuming with wrath that flared inside him like an active volcano.
But after 19 years of waiting, he couldn’t ruin all of his hard work by getting on the bad side of his uncle. Thus, he was compelled to accept the duty, only to gain the trust of his uncle...but his motives were quite different compared to what Rupert had fed to him.
As a prideful haughty Alpha, Rupert was quite positive that even if Marita had conceived a child, it would definitely turn out as a strong Alpha like him. Thus, he was strictly instructed to capture both mother-child duo and drag them forcibly back to the Godwin mansion where Rupert was supposed to decide the fate of Marita.
But quite opposite to his command, Issac had already decided the mont he would locate any trace of Marita or if she truly had a child with him, he was hellbent on murdering both of them to obliterate the last thorn that stood on the path of his inheritance of that enormous business empire.
Since a young age, Rupert had brainwashed Issac’s innocent mind and heart to beco a cruel, ruthless man like him, and thus, naturally, he was bound to raise his hopes higher to beco the next young master of the mansion.
But now, watching Rupert keen for tracing Marita had started to get on his nerves badly, and thus, Issac had already moved forward with his change of plan, keeping only a handful of n together with him whom he could trust.
Issac was quite aware, that there would be no better chance than this one to get rid of the last trace of concern that had bothered his peace of mind for years. Starting with his plan, he decided to round up every hospital in the small town to make sure he could locate any trace of them.
But hearing Marita’s na echo loudly within the walls of that enormous hospital complex had made him uneasy from inside, blowing a big puff of smoke, he asked that man who was trying to cheer him up, "Hey...while we were bickering over there, did you hear soone call the na Marita loudly?"
"Huh? We don’t know Young master...maybe...you’ve misheard that na?"
"Hmm..." Looking a bit dissatisfied with his answer, Issac emitted another big puff of smoke when he whined at them, "If only my psychopath uncle wasn’t hellbent on searching for that bitch who ran away from him years ago...we wouldn’t have to be bothered with this shitty task anyway.
"It makes hella pissed off to think that old fart never considered worthy as his heir! But I know, now, this is the best chance I can get to eliminate my obstacle... I will definitely locate that woman...and she better not have any child with her, especially an Alpha!
"But if she does...then I guess it will be ti to plan a grueso murder. Are you prepared with the backup plan, boys?"
"Yes, Young Master!"
