143 Chapter 143 obtaining information from the lord of the city

So after agreeing calmly Desmond approached the soldiers to tell them that his mistress had agreed to see the lord of the city, it took only a few minutes to get from the inn to the mansion of the lord of the city; but it was enough for Sasha to feel uncomfortable with the inconsiderate look that knights gave her, she really wasn’t used to having many people around her.
Upon arriving at the mansion they were quickly greeted by the lord of the city who with great enthusiasm began his own monologue about how wonderful the city was and how blessed he felt with the presence of such a wonderfully beautiful woman like Sasha.
It was really annoying for both Desmond and Sasha, but they were forced to socialize a bit before the city lord revealed his intentions:
