Chapter 981: Critical Juncture 3 Chapter 981: Critical Juncture 3 Arnold Johnson imdiately began arranging his manpower, and at the sa ti, his mind was pondering over Victoria Garcia’s words. He wanted to know who this enemy was, the one who had been plotting for more than a decade.

He had endured for so many years just to deal with him, which showed the hatred must be irreconcilable.

He had many enemies who couldn’t share the sa sky with him, but only soone extrely clever, highly capable, incredibly patient, and soone whose desire went far beyond just wishing him dead could lie in wait, accurately exploit his weaknesses, and design so many additional factors to disrupt his plans.

Arnold Johnson knew that once they kidnapped Victoria Garcia, they would certainly contact him.

At this mont, apart from arranging his people, he was just waiting for their contact.

Victoria was kidnapped by n in black and tied up; alongside her, Edward Hernandez was also bound. Currently, they both found themselves in a sealed carriage, except, Edward Hernandez had already fainted, collapsed to one side.

Seeing the wounds and blood on his body, Victoria felt an overwhelming sense of guilt and self-reproach.

If it weren’t for her, Edward Hernandez would have finished the task of terminating her pregnancy and handed her over to these people, completing his mission and freeing himself from the control of his superiors.

Unfortunately, he failed at the last hurdle.

It was hard to tell how long they had been driving, but when the vehicle finally stopped, the door opened to reveal a private airport with a luxurious, large airplane parked on the tarmac.

Victoria and Edward Hernandez were directly escorted by the black-clothed n onto the plane.

Walking into the cockpit, Victoria glanced around and saw ten black-clothed n standing in formation. Passing by these n, she saw a person sitting in the middle of the cockpit.

This person was facing away from her, with slightly graying hair.

The first things Victoria noticed were the wheelchair and these two details which made her assu it was an old man, but when the person slowly turned around, she realized he was just a middle-aged man around forty years old.

His expression looked very strange!

Strange was the word because Victoria had never before seen such an exhausted middle-aged man emitting an aura of death.

Yes, it seed as if this man could die at any mont.

The only thing alive about him appeared to be his eyes, a pair of daunting eyes, like an abyss that could capture one’s soul, where anyone who ca across them could be sucked in and consud until nothing, not even the bones, remained.

“So alike… so alike…” The man in the wheelchair uttered several tis in a voice that sounded as if it was produced with the help of so device, raspy, aged, and deeply terrifying to hear.

Victoria understood that he could only speak like this, his throat must have been almost completely destroyed.

At that mont, it was as if Victoria suddenly realized who this person in front of her was.

This was the person Edward Hernandez referred to as the one above, Arnold Johnson’s archenemy.

As for which archenemy, Victoria boldly guessed it must be soone related to Julia, which could only an a surviving mber from the Top International Gangster Family from over a decade ago.

Allen had told her that Arnold Johnson had decimated their entire family; such a hatred could only fuel a man who narrowly escaped death to bide his ti for over a decade to seek revenge.

At that mont, Victoria wondered whether Arnold Johnson had guessed this and, if he had, whether he would be able to save her?
