Chapter 934: Miss Garcia, you are pregnant. Chapter 934: Miss Garcia, you are pregnant. On the way to the company, halfway through her drive, Victoria Garcia felt a sudden wave of nausea churning uncontrollably in her stomach. She attempted to forcefully suppress it, but that only seed to make the churning intensify.

Without another thought, Victoria pulled her car over to the side of the road, slamd on the brakes, and quickly opened the door, dashing to a trash can to vomit.

The vomiting continued until she had even brought up bile, and only then did she begin to feel slightly better.

At that mont, Edward Hernandez extended a hand from behind her, offering her a tissue as he said tenderly, “Wipe your mouth first.”

Victoria did not refuse and took it, wiping the corners of her mouth before tossing the tissue into the trash can.

“Let drive you to the hospital to get checked out,” Edward suggested considerately.

Victoria imdiately declined, “It’s not necessary, my stomach might just be upset because I haven’t been eating breakfast the past few days.”

“The way you’re vomiting, it might not just be an upset stomach. It could be sothing else,” Edward instinctively blurted out.

Sothing else? What could it be?

“That’s unlikely, I’m generally in good health. I didn’t have any issues during my last physical examination,” Victoria stated plainly.

“Sotis it’s not a health problem that makes you throw up. Your situation looks a bit like…” Edward keenly sensed sothing amiss.

“Like what? Cancer?” Victoria couldn’t help but laugh jokingly.

But Edward said very seriously, “You might be pregnant.”

“…”

No! That’s impossible!

Soon, Victoria’s inner cry turned into doubt, “Could it be?”

Since her last period, she had been intimate with Arnold Johnson a few tis, but according to her calculations, that was during her safe period, so how could she be pregnant?

Besides, they hadn’t taken precautions before and she hadn’t beco pregnant, so why now?

However, a sense of dread gnawed at her heart – her period was indeed late, but it was only by a week, which had happened in the past, hadn’t it?

Observing the changing expressions on Victoria’s face, Edward continued to speak with care, “Just to be safe, let take you to the hospital for a blood test. It’s better to know these things early and make plans accordingly, right?”

Make plans early?

If she really was pregnant, what was she supposed to plan?

Was she supposed to terminate the pregnancy?

Victoria shook her head vehently, no, she couldn’t be pregnant. It must be the irregular als she had been having recently that upset her stomach, causing her to vomit.

Edward had already opened the car door for Victoria and gestured for her to get in, saying, “Victoria, get in the car.”

Victoria wanted to drive herself, but Edward stopped her, “You’re so weak right now, and you’ve just vomited. I’ll drive.”

“You’ve really lost a lot of weight recently,” Edward comnted, his eyes glinting with concern.

Seeing his insistence, Victoria got into the passenger seat.

Edward sat in the driver’s seat and promptly turned the car in a different direction.

“Edward Hernandez, this isn’t the way to the company!” Victoria stated.

Edward replied truthfully, “I know this isn’t the way to the company. I never intended to take you there in the first place. Given your current condition, I have to accompany you to the hospital for a check-up, even if you’re not worried, I am.”

“You’re worried, why are you worried? Are you so eager to find out if I’m carrying Arnold’s child?”

Victoria stared at him, motionless.
