Edward held Victoria in one arm and said with concern, “Why are you so foolish? I can protect myself. By recklessly jumping in front of like that, what would I have done if you had been seriously hurt?”

He had never imagined that soone would risk their life to save him, and her actions in that mont completely stunned him.
A feeling he had never experienced before rose in his heart as the image of Victoria rushing forward and the look they exchanged as he pulled her close played over in his mind.
