She replied with a smile, “Okay, I’ll wait for you in the car.”

“Bye!” Victoria thought her smile this ti must be the most awkward one she had ever given.
Once Bella left, Henry asked, “Why are you here?”
“I told you, just passing by,” Alia responded defiantly.
Henry glanced at her and responded, “Do you think you’re highly intelligent or do you think I’m stupid? You really think I’d believe in such an excuse?”
Facing his blunt unmasking of her lie, Alia felt very wronged.
Does she think she’s crazy? She’s filming until she’s about to drop dead and yet she cos all the way here by plane, just to catch a glimpse of him?
Yes, she must be going mad!
“I heard you’re getting married, I was just passing by, so dropped by to see. Didn’t think I’d actually run into you. Your fiancée is quite pretty, at least a lot better than the picture in Finance Magazine.” Alia tried to sound composed.
Only if she was a beauty! She’s not as beautiful as , okay!
Alia felt bewildered, with no outlet to vent her feelings.
Henry could only accept her complint in silence.
“Have you finished filming?” Henry asked her.
But Alia didn’t want to answer that question, instead, she asked what was on her mind, “You’re not going to be my agent anymore, right?”
“Even if I’m not your agent, you will still have a good one,” he answered.
Alia blurted out, “Will they be as good as you?”
Once she said it, she kind of regretted it.
As expected.
Henry fell silent.
Again, Alia raised her hand and laughed, “Since you’re not going to be my agent anymore, and you’ll soon be the Campbell Family’s Second Young Master, please continue to look out for in the company. My new agent should be handso, or else I’d feel miserable facing an ugly face every day.”
It seed like by jesting this way, Alia could pretend as if nothing had happened.
