Wavy had no intention of lying to him, he spoke frankly: “Miss Garcia has been hypnotized, and this kind of hypnosis can only be undone by the person who perford it.”

Wavy pondered for a BIT then said, “It’s not that it’s impossible to undo. But to do so, we would need to find the hypnotist, then I could apply hypnosis on him, which could then lead him to lift the hypnotism off Miss Garcia while he’s under.”
His logic seed valid, yet there was sothing wrong.
Sure enough, Wavy continued, “I can only attempt this thod of hypnosis, I can’t promise it will succeed. Furthermore, the process of hypnosis-over-hypnosis requires a higher dosage of the drug. Any error during the process can lead to danger. And this kind of danger could be fatal.”
Upon hearing this, Arnold Johnson was overco with frustration, like a stampede of wild horses rushing through his mind.
“So according to your conclusion, the safest thod would be to have the hypnotist voluntarily undo Victoria’s hypnosis. If he refuses, you’re suggesting to risk our lives by attempting hypnosis-over-hypnosis?”
Arnold Johnson found this conclusion extrely vexing, but could there be any better one?
Who was the damned person who put Victoria under this hypnosis? If he found out, Arnold Johnson would ensure that the person suffers a crueler and painful hypnotic torture than what Victoria was going through.
Wavy looked at Arnold Johnson, appearing more composed, “Exactly.”
“Then is there anyone more capable than you who could directly lift off Victoria’s hypnosis?” Arnold Johnson asked, unwilling to give up.
Wavy shook his head, saying, “This is a hypnotic spell imbued with evil skills. Apart from the person himself, nobody else can unmask it. I am certain this person harbors a perverse obsession.”
Hearing Wavy’s analysis of the hypnotist, Arnold Johnson impulsively asked, “Continue. In your opinion, what kind of person is it? No matter what it takes, I will find them.”
“A person very vigilant and strong-willed, has an abnormal possessiveness, and uses underhand tactics,” Wavy replied instantly.
Just based on the description, Arnold Johnson knew the person was dangerous. Did Victoria know such a person or had she offended them? Arnold Johnson had investigated everyone around Victoria Garcia and there seed to be no terrifying enemies, nor had she offended anyone.
Speaking of enemies, the worst had already been jailed or thrown to the wolves…
