Chapter 161: New Proposal 2 Chapter 161: New Proposal 2 Emily Nelson drafted in her mind an idea, then expressed it to Victoria Garcia.

“Little Boss Garcia, you should know that we have so traditional Handicraft Masters in our factory. Their embroidery works are really excellent. However, with the changing tis, these masters have not kept pace, hence, their products are not uniquely appealing, and their status in the factory has been deteriorating. But their craftsmanship is unquestionably solid,” she said.

Upon hearing this, Victoria Garcia sort of understood. This issue had concerned her before. These masters were indeed invaluable. Given a good design concept to work with, their finished products could stand out as niche high-end items.

Emily Nelson went on sharing her thoughts, “I see many storefronts and online shops selling handmade products at high prices. But the embellishnts they claim as handmade, are frankly unremarkable compared to what our craftsn can do. It is simply incomparable.”

She took a gulp of her coffee before continuing, “So, I think we can boldly make improvents to our products, targeting the high-end market with our handmade craftsmanship. We should harmonize classic and trendy elents in our designs, making them more appealing to consurs.”

Victoria appreciated Emily’s idea. A recent graduate’s dedication to observing and thinking about how to enhance these high-quality traditions in such a challenging environnt was nothing short of remarkable.

The two discussed the matter at length. Victoria agreed with much of Emily’s thoughts about design innovation. Despite her youth, Victoria decided to employ her boldly.

Ti flew, and before she knew it, Victoria had spent half a month in Green City.

Victoria’s swift and stringent reforms in the factory had a significant positive impact.

Victoria recognized that so of the unsold high-end fabrics could be reused. She decided to let Mason Lewis and Rose Lee advertise the lesser fabrics as a promotion online.

She handed over the online store managent to the two of them.

One day, the Old Factory Director ca to see her.

“Little Boss Garcia…”

Before he could finish, Victoria interrupted, “Old Director, I understand why you call ‘Little Boss Garcia’ in front of others, but when it’s just the two of us, you can call Victoria.”

Regardless of his current capabilities, she respected him because he started the business with her grandfather.

Hearing this, the Old Factory Director agreed without further ado.

“I ca today mainly to give you so news.”

Victoria asked curiously, “What news?”

“This has been in the rumor mill for a long ti, but it was finally confird last night,” he paused and then continued, “The governnt has designated a representative to boost Green City’s economy. This person has already been assigned and it is said that there will be so form of economic assistance.”

The Director was well aware that obtaining funds for the factory wasn’t easy. Although Headquarters had pledged so support, no funds had yet been received. And he knew that any current expenditure was likely being covered by Victoria out of her own pocket. But how long could she sustain that?

If they could get so support from the governnt, it would certainly alleviate the current financial difficulties, at least for now.
