Not a Chapter but fun facts #10

It’s been a while.

Two years at least. Life got in the way and the interest in keeping on writing this fan fiction was very low. For three reasons. One: Oda went the Vegapunk way! That’s what I wanted to do and that bumd out a bit since at first I wanted to detach the story from Canon. Two: I wasn’t sure of where I wanted to go with the story. Or rather how to go to the end (which hasn’t changed from the very first word of the first chapter). Three: I didn’t like Wano. So many promises so very little were delivered. That made reluctant to write that arc. You’d notice but the actual war is quite short and Rick’s involvent quite minimal.

I’m still undecided as I’m writing this NaCB #10 but it’s not the first ti and yet here we are.

Here the fun facts:

Yamato was supposed to be in the harem. I decided otherwise because when I think of him I picture a woman and so I use feminine pronouns for her. It’s a pain to go back and change all of them to masculine ones. I also had no idea what to do with her. In the end I left her alone. Him! I left him alone. Damn it!

Robin’s miscarriage has been planned for a long ti. It wasn’t supposed to be revealed like this.

Robin was not supposed to learn about the system. I just… went with it as I was writing.

Diana wasn’t supposed to exist at all. The idea of her ca to when I was thinking of a way to make Rick’s life in captivity absolutely hellish. We won’t see much of her except for important key monts. I’m still thinking on how to fit her in at the end of the story.

The war in Wano was always supposed to be really, really short. As ntioned above, Wano is a ss and I didn’t want to deal with it. So I didn’t.

I finally decided if Viola was in the harem or not.

I put Shirahoshi on the maybe list.
