She swore, even if he was to marry another princess, she would never stop them!
Ye Mu was unwilling to admit it but while Mo Linyuan was coaxing and comforting her, it made her a little bit happy.
How frustrating! I must ignore him!
Ye Mu turned around, but muttered, “Since you didn’t agree to marriage… what are you going to do now?”
She still rembered that they possess the City Boundary Map!
Mo Linyuan leaned over and hugged her from behind. With a little pressure, the two of them fell on the bed and stacked like spoons. He said with an exhausted voice,
“If it was the authentic City Boundary Map, I will make sure to obtain it.”
Ye Mu could feel how motionless and tense he was. He whispered underneath his breath,
“If I was able to obtain the map for you, how are you going to thank for it…?”
Ye Mu imdiately broke out of her daze, “You would be able to acquire the long awaited treasures with the map. It would already be a great reward for you. Are you truly asking for even more compensation?”
“Of course…” Mo Linyuan sullenly muttered in her ear, “If you don’t give yourself, I don’t want it. Besides, I don’t really care about the treasures and things of those sorts.”
Ye Mu was finally able to calm her heart down. But feeling the warm breath in her ear… she turned around and pushed on Mo Linyuan’s chest!
“Let’s speak properly, there’s no need for you to be so close to !”
She had big, round eyes then, which made her look even cuter and more aggrieved. It really made others want to take a bite of her!
He stifled a laugh. Mo Linyuan was laying on his side while holding her hand.
“Are you nervous when I am too close to you…?”
“W-who’s nervous!”
Mo Linyuan quickly hugged her waist and pulled her into his arms, chuckling,
“If you aren’t nervous, then try to relax a little bit. I like hugging you. It’s very comfortable.”
“Y-you” Ye Mu was left tongue-tied. Mo Linyuan took advantage of that and changed the subject,
“What were we just discussing again…? Right, the City Boundary Map. I don’t really want any of the treasures. Little Mu’er, truthfully we don’t really have any dire need for the treasures…”
Ye Mu imdiately stood on alert. She gazed at Mo Linyuan’s chest as she spoke cautiously,
“Not true! If we didn’t obtain the treasures, how are you going to rule over the Central Plains in the future? How are you going to beco the emperor for all eternity?”
Mo Linyuan raised his eyebrows inquisitively, “I never said I wanted to be the emperor for all eternity…”
He looked down at Ye Mu, “Are you saying that… you can foresee that I would beco the emperor for all eternity… or that… you hope that I can beco the emperor for all eternity…?”
His god-like face suddenly appeared extrely close! Ye Mu could feel herself beco breathless by his handso presence!
“W-well… That’s… Of course…”
“Of course what…?” Mo Linyuan was lying on his side, supporting his jaw with one hand, and his eyes were inspecting her.
Ye Mu’s heart pounded! She closed her eyes and yelled, “Of course… I hope that you can beco the emperor for all eternity!”
“Oh… So it was sothing you hope for…” Mo Linyuan raised Ye Mu’s chin with his other hand. There was a deep, srizing light shining brilliantly deep within his eyes.
“If it was sothing you hope for… then I will certainly achieve it. I am so obedient, little Mu’er, wouldn’t you reward with a kiss…?”
His voice faded at the end. Without waiting for her answer, his thin lips were already pressed against Ye Mu’s lips.
It was very light and warm. He was extrely gentle as their breath ld together…
At that mont, Ye Mu felt that she simply wanted to be engulfed by Mo Linyuan’s tenderness!
“No…” She flinched by abruptly, as she broke away from the warm, gentle trap. Despite obviously being soone who had great internal strength, she was waving her paws like a helpless rabbit!
