“You-” his words caused Zhao Yiqin’s expression to twist nacingly, “You would rather choose death in order to save her?!”
“Yes I would!” Master Silent looked at her earnestly, “I already promised her, even if I die, I will definitely still find a way to control her demons! I won’t go back on my word!”
Zhao Yiqin’s body shook angrily, “Don’t you… Don’t you have any affections left for ? You would rather die than help ?!”
Hearing this, the Silent Master let out a breath of exasperation.

She always assud that the Silent Master was a passive person. When she requested anything, he wouldn’t go against her. When he was a child, he even cooked vegetarian dishes for her to eat. He was all grown up now. She never thought that he was also thinking about her, but due to a misstep, he accidentally caused harm to her instead.
He genuinely wanted to help her, how could she possibly muster the will to strike him?
