Mo Die could only cry when she heard Mo Linyuan’s words.
She sobbed and cried which ruined the makeup on her face.
“Royal brother, no matter what I did, I am still your biological sister! We ca from the sa parents! I am only 14 years old; I don’t want to die yet! Royal brother, please let go! I promise I will never show my face in front of you again!”
There only silence after Mo Die begged for her life.
Mo Die could feel the lingering presence of death in Mo Linyuan’s silence.
Strictly speaking, Mo Die had been “dead” nine years ago. If he never officially granted her an identity, then she will be a person with an unknown background for the rest of her life. Even if he spared her life because of their mother, he didn’t seem to have to worry about what she will do in the future because she had no power to harm him.
Seeing how Mo Linyuan remained silent, Mo Die could no longer restrain herself and started crying out loud.

The sword rose and fell. Mo Die died with remaining grievances in the mortal world.
The air reeked of blood and murderous intent. Mo Linyuan appeared to be an extrely terrifying existence at the mont. Whenever he looked in a certain direction, the soldiers standing in his line of sight would imdiately involuntarily bow their heads. No one wanted to approach him because no one had the courage to do so.

She looked at him quietly for a second before she walked towards him.
However, instead of holding his blood-stained hands, she wiped his face with her handkerchief.
“You did very well.”
She actually said that he had done a good job!
One of the guards had a shocked expression on his face. How could slaughtering his relatives be a “job well done”?
As she rubbed the blood off his face, she said, “The retired emperor suddenly died of an illness today. No one anticipated that this would’ve happened. You don’t need to be too sad. As for Mo Die…”
“She is only a maid who rely resembled the princess who died nine years ago. You favored her because she looked like your late sister, but now that she had unfortunately died, let soone bury her.”
