526: Chapter 519: The ‘Body’ of God 526: Chapter 519: The ‘Body’ of God Fulajie’er seed unaccustod to her own body, appearing awkward after leaving Nightingale’s embrace, drifting back and forth in the air, struggling to control her form.

Nightingale put on a pair of gloves that she had prepared in advance, then took Fulajie’er’s hand to steady her, preventing her from tumbling in place.

“What on earth is happening?” Luo’er stared wide-eyed, his mouth agape enough for a fist to fit in.

“This is the Deity Creation Project I created using the docunts the Church Court handed over to headquarters, and the docunts left behind by my father,” Nightingale said as she lovingly stroked Fulajie’er’s face, then continued, “The true Deity Creation Project enables the body to wander freely outside the Magic Array.

However, I’m not yet capable of that.

Fulajie’er can only stay within this Magic Array, and once the array’s magical energy is exhausted, her current body will dissipate.”

“To embrace my sister once more makes content enough.” Fulajie’er enjoyed Nightingale’s caress, squinting her eyes as she said so.

“No, your sister will surely make you into a complete person.

I will also avenge our father’s death,” Nightingale said through gritted teeth.

“The Deity Creation Project…” Luo’er muttered, unable to resist exchanging a glance with Cheng Ziang.

Apparently, Nightingale had completed the preliminary construction of the “body” through deconstruction and could even infuse souls into the body.

However, this was not the limit of the Deity Creation Project.

The Ancient States aid to create a body capable of freely moving in an atmosphere full of magical energy.

“Sister Nightingale, you ntioned the uncertainty of the combination of the soul and the body, what does that exactly an?” Luo’er couldn’t help but ask.

“The so-called uncertainty refers to the affinity of the soul and the body.

If the affinity is high, the soul and the body can perfectly ld.

The reason you can see Fulajie’er’s soul and body perfectly lded is because this body was created specifically from Fulajie’s data, enabling a perfect ld,” Nightingale calmly answered.

“So, you’re saying Theron currently can’t create bodies with such specificity?” Luo’er asked.

“It’s difficult, but that’s not the biggest challenge.

The reason why Theron has delayed until now is because they can’t make the extraction and infusion of the soul a reversible process,” Nightingale said.

“What do you an by that?” Luo’er asked after a mont of confusion.

“When the soul, or spirit, leaves the body, the body dies imdiately.

If the spirit can’t combine with the manufactured ‘body’, due to the lack of physical constraints, the spirit may dissipate instantly, even with the restraint of the Magic Cluster.”

“The best solution to this problem is to retain a part of the spirit in the body to maintain its operation, while the solitary soul is extracted.

However, once the connection channel between the soul and the body is severed, the soul can’t return to the body.

Consequently, although the body won’t die, it will beco the walking dead.

Due to the physical constraints, the soul won’t dissipate easily, and they would end up like Fulajie’er,” Nightingale said as she tenderly stroked Fulajie’er’s dazzlingly white, long hair.

“Fulajie’er’s connection channel between the soul and the body hasn’t been completely severed, so she can still return to her body.

If we intervene in ti, she can beco a true person.

But if the connection channel between her soul and her body gets completely severed, because her body still contains a bit of spirit, it won’t die imdiately.

Due to the physical constraints, her soul won’t dissipate, and she will truly beco a lonely ghost in Weird Talk Forest.”

“Then let’s get to work imdiately and try to save Fulajie’er as soon as possible to make her into a real person,” Luo’er took a step forward and said.

“All things must be carefully planned.

If you guys want to save her, don’t I wish the sa?

Moreover, I still have one vendetta unsettled,” Nightingale said as a hateful glint appeared in her eyes.

“Sister, don’t be impulsive,” Fulajie’er pleaded as she tugged at Nightingale’s clothes.

“Rest assured, Sister knows her limits and knows what to do,” she replied as she stroked Fulajie’er’s head and gently asked, “Fula, tell , how long have you been like this?”

“How long?” Fulajie’er tilted her head to think for a mont before answering with a frown, “Probably, probably since the day Sister left.”

“Bastard!” Upon hearing her words, Nightingale’s anger flared up again, causing her to grip Fulajie’er’s arm tightly.

“Sister, you’re gripping too tightly.” Fulajie’er lowered her head and looked at her slightly trembling hand as she spoke.

“I’m sorry, did I hurt you?” Nightingale quickly apologized.

“Actually, I can’t feel pain anymore.” Fulajie’er laughed and spoke with acceptance.

“In these past twenty years, have you seen that bastard Kuya?” Nightingale asked while looking at her.

“Yes, he often cos here; in recent tis, his visits have been more frequent.” Fulajie’er answered truthfully.

“It seems his plans are about to succeed.” Nightingale said, with a sowhat despondent look, lowering her head.

“Who is Kuya?” Luo’er couldn’t help but ask.

“Kuya is the man who killed our father and turned into what I am now.” Fulajie’er turned her head towards Luo’er and said.

“Kuya is one of the initiators of the Deity Creation Project.

That year, he killed my father and took all his research materials for himself.

He also started hunting us, sisters.

I was lucky to escape to the Northern region.

I thought that Fulajie’er was dead, but I never expected that he would turn her into what she is now.” Nightingale explained while lowering her head, her face filled with despair.

“Luo’er,” Nightingale said, lifting her head to look at him, “I said before, I can use all the researchers involved in the Deity Creation Project, but Kuya alone, I only want him dead.”

“I understand.

Kuya must die.” Luo’er nodded in agreent with her request.

“Fula, I’m planning to rescue you, can you help ?” Nightingale asked whilst looking at her.

“Yes, of course.” By now, Fulajie’er didn’t plan on persuading Nightingale any longer.

Having just t Luo’er and her sister again gave her new hope to continue living.

“Fulajie’er,” Luo’er called out to her, then asked after looking around, “can you and your companions help us gather information from inside the base?”

Luo’er asked this because, after Fulajie’er appeared, he distinctly felt the magical fluctuations around him.

These weren’t the magic fluctuations that only occur when activating a magic array.

The magic array right in front of them wasn’t absorbing any atmospheric magic.

Clearly, there were still ghosts lingering nearby.

Luoya also sensed it, grabbing his arm tightly and shaking more severely.

“Them?” Fulajie’er said, left Nightingale’s embrace, floated in the air a couple of tis and then looked around and said, “They are a bit shy and don’t dare to co out.

They can only watch from afar.”

After a pause, she continued, “There used to be a lot of ghosts, but many of them didn’t co out again after returning to their bodies.

And they never woke up.

People ca in directly and dragged their bodies out to be burned.”

“Why is that?” Luo’er asked, looking at Nightingale.

“It’s probably because their souls couldn’t maintain the operation of their bodies, and in the end the body starts to die.

Although their souls returned to their bodies, they couldn’t control the bodies at all and finally could only watch their bodies die helplessly.

So those people probably didn’t die after their souls returned to their bodies, but after the bodies died, the souls dissipated directly inside the bodies.” Nightingale explained.

Fulajie’er floated around, looking in all directions as if calling out to her companions.

Contrary to what Nightingale said, Fula could leave the magic array at a certain distance, but she couldn’t go too far.

This was because as soon as she moved away, her body began to turn transparent, a sign that her magic power was running out.
