“Oh, right,” Luoya suddenly rembered sothing and looked at him seriously, “It seems mother is coming too.”

“She should be very happy to see like this now.” Luo’er said, unconsciously revealing a smile.
As soon as he finished speaking, there ca a hurried knock on the door. Feng looked at Luo’er, received the instruction, and opened the door.
An officer rushed in, couldn’t help but sneak a glance at Luoya at the side, then stood at attention and saluted saying, “Reporting to the Commander, Princess Nina has arrived at Lipei and is heading to the Commander’s Office. Sir, should she be given the all-clear?”
“What!”

“The airboat arrived at Lipei over ten minutes ago; it’s a comrcial airboat. We didn’t know Princess Nina was onboard and hadn’t received related notifications from Ilanadale.” The officer said cautiously.
“Sigh, mother always does this, clearly she is a princess…” Luoya sighed, muttering quietly.
“Then, then, then let her pass…”
In front of outsiders, Luo’er rarely showed an embarrassed expression, which ford a stark contrast with his persona as the Commander.
“Understood, we will keep you inford on Princess Nina’s itinerary.”
The officer saluted again, then turned and left.
“Not going to welco her?” Watching the officer leave, Luoya turned back to ask.
“Welco for what,” Luo’er shook his head and said, “I am the highest commander of Lipei, and mother is the Princess of Ilanadale; eting abruptly isn’t appropriate, she should co to instead.”
Soon after, the people in the office heard hurried footsteps and noise from the corridor, sound like each step was heavily stomping on the floor, echoing loudly.
The office door was flung open with a bang, Nina panting heavily, holding her thick skirt in one hand and gripping the doorknob with the other. As the door swung open, tears sparkled instantly in her eyes.
“Princess Nina, please mind your behavior and speech in public.” Luo’er saw the crowd behind her, intertwining his fingers, speaking seriously.
Upon hearing his words, Nina was briefly stunned then reacted. She released the handle and her skirt and started to tidy herself.
“What are you all crowding for, watching a show?” Luo’er stared at the onlookers, coldly saying.
“Uh…”
Being addressed this way, the onlookers awkwardly scratched their heads, dispersing in small groups. Feng glanced back at Luo’er, then went out to stand alert at the door.
Luoya, holding no official post, naturally ca over to help Nina tidy herself. Nina glanced at her outfit, smilingly touched her little head.
After a little tidying, Luoya smiled and closed the door behind her, crossing her hands lazily, tilting her head, waiting to watch the show.
“Mom!”
With the door closed, Luo’er’s restraint finally couldn’t hold back, he proactively got up and walked towards Nina, excitedly calling her.
He walked quickly to Nina before speaking again, Nina hugged him tightly.
“Mom…”
He softly called again, receiving only the sound of sobbing.

Nina choked up, her hands clutching Luo’er trembling uncontrollably.

Luo’er had no words to reply and had to bow his head to apologize.

Nina continued pouring out her grievances.
“Sorry, I won’t go on adventures anymore. Now, I am the highest commander of Lipei and won’t easily go out again.” Luo’er comforted her while holding her.
Nina didn’t continue speaking but instead extended her fist, punching Luo’er’s back gently, though not powerful, it conveyed her deep worry and grievance.
Without expected sobbing cries, Nina carefully controlled her emotions, but each gesture, every word showed the mother’s care for her son.
Luoya smiled, obediently stood behind Nina, silently enjoying the mother-son reunion.
She understood Nina’s feelings towards Luo’er, as they were often apart, while she as the sister enjoyed too many reunions, almost as if snatched from the brother.
Soon, Nina finally released Luo’er. She was already tearful, sniffling continuously.
Luo’er considerately wiped her tears with a tissue, Nina rubbed his arm, checking his physical condition, using such a way to care for him.
“Mom, sit here.”
Luo’er said, inviting Nina to sit in his place. Nina was completely unreserved, wiping her tears while naturally sitting in Luo’er’s chair.
“Mom, actually, I’m not very welcoming of you coming now.” Luo’er stood in front of her, without reserve, straightforwardly said.
“Not welcoming ?” Nina raised her head and asked.
“No, no,” Luo’er shook his head and said, “You should know why I beca the highest commander of Lipei.”
“Isn’t it that there’s going to be a war? Just against Otland, I believe you can handle it.” Nina said smilingly, unconcerned.
“You’re so carefree, instead it makes my worries seem redundant.” Luo’er said with a bitter smile.
“I ca here both as a mother to see her children and to congratulate the inauguration of Lipei’s highest commander.” Nina looked at Luo’er, speaking playfully.
Luoya ca over, acting cutely, Nina naturally let her sit on her lap, winding her arms around her waist.
Luo’er looked at the mother and daughter, montarily found it hard to distinguish. Because Luoya and Nina looked so alike, just like sculpted from the sa mold.
