186. Poor fox
“Boring!” And wasn’t that the truth. The downside to finishing so quickly is the boredom of waiting for five whole days. Even worse is that those that finish can’t leave the tower for the duration of the test. Because of this it is understandable that Tomoka is bored out of her mind.
“Co on Tomoka, it's only been two hours since we finished.” Hearing Nozomi’s relaxed reply made Tomoka’s eyebrow twitch. The girl had brought so reading material since she already guessed this would happen.
“Yeah, just relax and enjoy the free ti.” Tomoka’s eyebrow twitched again hearing Hinata’s follow up. The girl busied herself with painting her nails.
“Fine! But once this is over I will train you two twice, no, thrice as hard!” Following Tomoka’s declaration were the groans of spiritual pain the other two felt at the ti.
“Isn’t that taking it a bit too far?” Nozomi begged with crocodile tears at the edge of her eyes. Hinata for her part looked like a bubble head with how much and hard she was nodding.
“I might reconsider if you two help with my boredom.” Yeah, Tomoka could take control of one of her phantoms and ss with others still struggling with the test. Or she could review the constant stream of info her research phantoms were feeding her. And yes, she is doing that as well. The thing is that her processing power allows for that and more.
“We could figure sothing out~”
“Hehe, I like what you are thinking Hinata, I’m in.”
Like that the girls spent most of their free ti inside their assigned room having fun. Five days went by and so everyone that would pass this section of the exam stood in front of the Hokage inside training ground seventeen.
“Congratulations to all twenty seven contestants that passed…” The old man began explaining the true purpose of the exams and the rules for the next as well as the fact every contestant would need to go through preliminaries first.
‘When is he going to shut the hell up! This feels just like the entry speech for the academy!’
[Maybe the old goat likes the sound of his own voice.]
‘Yeah, I am sure that is the case. Well not like it matters much, the bastard will die next month anyway, I’ll make sure of that’
[But you will have to listen to his speech again when the actual tournant begins]
‘Fuck, should I kill him before hand? But if I do, who knows if Orochi will follow his plan? I need to establish contact with him.’
[It’s your choice anyway, if I were you though, I would have gutted the old goat a long ti ago.]
‘Yeah, yeah, I know, though your opinion doesn’t count. You have wanted to kill him for the longest ti already anyway.’
[Changing topic, what will you do if you have to fight against Nozomi or Hinata?]
‘Isn’t it obvious? I will beat the shit out of them!’ At that mont both girls felt a cold shiver running up their spine.
[Wow, really? No rcy?]
‘None at all. I do love hard, and I fight even harder.’
[AAAAAAAAAAH! I didn’t need to hear that! Damnit Tomoka I really didn’t need to hear that!]
‘Quit crying you old fox, I bet you saw Mito getting it on with Hashirama plenty of tis, not to ntion Kushina and Minato.’ After saying that Tomoka heard heaving sounds coming from inside her mind.
‘Oi! Don’t puke inside my head!’
[I feel sick] The next mont the poor fox began puking his guts out. He had repressed those mories with all his might and now they were back.
