Chapter 3: The Slap in the Face Ca Too Fast, Liu Kaiwei and Wang Ou’s “Glow-in-the-Dark Script” Scandal!
2014 Tiline – Five-Star Hotel
The first video on the massive sky screen had ended, but the woman’s voice bore an uncanny resemblance to Yang Mi’s.
The wedding guests buzzed with whispers.
“Doesn’t that woman sound just like Yang Mi?”
“Look, the woman in the video has a mole on her shoulder, just like Yang Mi!”
“Holy crap, was that really Yang Mi in that indecent video?”
“This is explosive! Glad I ca to this wedding!”
Bold paparazzi even pushed through the crowd, shoving microphones in Liu Kaiwei’s face.
“Mr. Liu, do you have any comnts about the video on the sky screen?”
Liu Kaiwei’s face darkened. If this weren’t a public event, he would’ve punched the reporter.
Though doubts gnawed at him, he had no choice but to stand by Yang Mi, unless he wanted to admit, in front of everyone, that he’d been cuckolded… on his wedding day.
So, in front of the press and guests, Liu Kaiwei delivered the performance of his life.
With solemn conviction, he declared:
“I trust my wife, Yang Mi. She would never do such a thing!”
“If anyone spreads rumors, I will hold them fully accountable!”
Then, turning to Yang Mi with a tender smile, he asked:
“Mimi, we’ll be together forever… right?”
Tears welled in Yang Mi’s eyes. Touched, she nodded.
“Yes. Forever.”
The crowd swooned at their “eternal love.”
But then,
The sky screen lit up again.
An AI voiceover echoed across the venue:
[You know what they say, in love, the one who cares more loses.].
[Liu Kaiwei and Yang Mi proved this perfectly.].
[Their romance started like a sweet idol drama… until the infamous “glow-in-the-dark script” scandal blew it all up.].
[While the earlier indecent video couldn’t confirm the woman was Yang Mi…].

Bridesmaid Tang Yan, who’d just been moved to tears, gasped.
“Mimi… you two got divorced? What’s this ‘glow-in-the-dark script’ thing?”
Liu Kaiwei’s expression twisted. Instantly, he assud Yang Mi had cheated.
“Yang Mi!” he snapped. “So even after marriage, you couldn’t behave?”
Yang Mi panicked. “I don’t know anything about this! That ‘script’ scandal has nothing to do with !”

Jin Dong smirked at the sky screen.
“A ‘glow-in-the-dark script’? Damn, that’s wild.”
“Hu Ge, you worked with Yang Mi before. Do you believe she’d do this?”
Hu Ge shook his head firmly.
“No. When we fild ‘Chinese Paladin,’ Yang Mi was hardworking and proud.”
“She wouldn’t stoop to sothing like this.”
Wang Ou, standing nearby, felt a pang of jealousy at Hu Ge’s defense.
With a sarcastic smile, she said:
“Hu Ge, in showbiz, anything’s possible.”
“I’ve seen talented actresses do anything for resources.”
“People change.”
Hu Ge frowned. “Would you change?”
Wang Ou batted her lashes innocently.
“Of course not! You gave this amazing role, I’d never disappoint you!”
2015 Tiline – “Who’s the Murderer?” Recording
The entire cast had stopped filming to gawk at the sky screen,
Except Wei Daxun, who’d locked himself in the bathroom.
With the alleged Yang Mi scandal video playing, he “rewarded himself” enthusiastically.
Just as he finished, the sky screen announced Yang Mi and Liu Kaiwei’s divorce.
Wei Daxun grinned.
“If they’re splitting up… does that an I’ve got a shot now?”
“Hell yeah!”
“Ti for another round to celebrate!”
He slamd the bathroom door shut again.
Back to 2014 – The Wedding Chaos
Liu Kaiwei ca from a family of celebrities, his father, Liu Dan, was a veteran actor.
Liu Dan had already been furious about the sky screen’s “exposés” on Yang Mi.
Now, hearing his son’s marriage would end over a “glow-in-the-dark script,” he exploded.
“This wedding is over!”
“Liu Kaiwei, look at the woman you chose!”
“I told you not to marry soone from this industry!”
Yang Mi’s parents shot back:
“Explain yourself! What’s wrong with our daughter?”
“The sky screen cleared her na in the first video!”
Liu Dan had invited dia to hype the wedding, now, thanks to the sky screen, his family would beco a laughingstock.
Desperate to shift bla, he snarled:
“Open your eyes! Even if the first video wasn’t her, what about the ‘script’ scandal?”
“If they’ll divorce anyway, better end it now!”
Just then,
The sky screen updated.
[BREAKING: Paparazzi caught Liu Kaiwei entering Wang Ou’s room late at night, and staying for hours.].
[They claid they were ‘discussing scripts.’].
[But why turn off the lights?].
[Was it a ‘glow-in-the-dark script’ after all?].
Liu Kaiwei’s face went pale.
“What the?!”
