God’s Kingdom.
Since Maisy left God’s dreamscape to seek God’s delight in the Mortal World, the Great Angels had increasingly missed the smallest angel.
The Great Angels often gathered together to discuss Maisy, as well as the human Kingdom of Logos.
Being in God’s dreamscape, they could not see the outside world, so they did not know what Maisy had experienced.
"Maisy, he must have been adored by those people of Logos,"
Kara, with four arms and four legs, sat at the round table and joyfully said,
"Maisy is a Divine Angel, after all; perhaps there are already countless poems praising him on earth."
"Kara, no one knows he’s an Angel, not even he knows himself,"
the serpentine Angel Schiller replied.
"Yes, but... the people on earth worship God so devoutly, their hymns are so beautiful, so kind, why wouldn’t they adore Maisy?
Even if they don’t know he’s an Angel, his goodness alone would suffice to captivate the people of Logos."
Kara grumbled and then argued.
A Great Angel, whose wings were filled with flowers, nad Zena, ca over clearly agreeing with Kara’s opinion:
"Schiller, think about it, Maisy is so beloved by us here, cherished by us, why wouldn’t the believers in God among the people of Logos like him, cherish him?"
After hearing this, Schiller slightly nodded his serpentine head, flicked his tongue, and continued:
"You indeed make a good point. Although the people of Logos don’t know initially that he’s an Angel, they will certainly cherish Maisy in the long run."
At that mont, the earliest created Angel, Solamus, looked around at the other Great Angels and spoke:
"We can’t be so sure; rember, that place is the Mortal World, and it’s not the sa as here."
Solamus was the most cautious and rational among the Angels.
"Maisy might encounter so setbacks on earth, but I hope those setbacks won’t trip him up. I believe in him; he is so holy."
However, even the most cautious and rational of Angels maintained an optimistic attitude towards Maisy’s journey.
"Yes, Solamus, I think so too!"
Schiller agreed enthusiastically:
"Those children of God must be kind-hearted; otherwise, why would they write so many poems extolling goodness?"
The Great Angels in the Kingdom, chattering and fantasizing about Maisy’s situation, hoped that when Maisy reached earth, he would be beloved and revered by the people, that he would inspire those people of Logos, leading them to find God’s delight.
.........
Maisy had been gone for a long ti, and as ti passed, for so unknown reason, so Great Angels suddenly started to worry.
The anxious Angels shared their thoughts with the other Great Angels.
To their surprise, each Great Angel felt so degree of anxiety.
All of them were Angels created directly by God, sharing a subtle telepathic connection.
"Why is this? What are we worried about?"
Initially, every Angel was full of confidence and expectation for Maisy’s adventure, firmly believing that as an Angel, Maisy would definitely be loved and revered by people.
But now, for so unknown reason, they felt anxious and even sad, as if a subtle gloom was overshadowing their spirits.
What was really happening?
"Has Maisy encountered setbacks on earth?"
Schiller cautiously asked.
"Perhaps... but, those setbacks should have..."
Kara, who had initially been full of confidence, now also hesitated.
The Angels’ worries weren’t alleviated by gathering together but instead transford into panic.
Once again, they chattered about Maisy’s experiences on earth; this ti, their thoughts took on a pessimistic edge as they desperately imagined the setbacks Maisy was facing.
But,
the setbacks imagined by the Great Angels combined couldn’t compare to what Basel had endured.
An Angel in God’s Kingdom would always be good, that is an undeniable truth.
However,
A person is always kind, that is a terrifying misfortune.
Cold-blooded, indifferent, evil, greedy, foolish beyond asure, malevolent... These blades are ant to pierce one’s soul.
The Great Angels were still discussing endlessly when suddenly, a voice called out from the depths of the Kingdom.
"Great Angels."
The sacred voice clearly reached the ears of the Great Angels, and realizing that God was summoning them, they reluctantly ceased their discussion and tried to smooth their furrowed brows.
The Great Angels spread their wings and soared through the Kingdom of God.
They flew towards the throne of God; a few feathers fell onto the Cloud Sea in the flutter.
The Great Angels quickly arrived before the throne of God, drifting down from the sky to kneel before Him.
God sat on the throne, enveloped in radiant light.
"God, why have you summoned us?"
Solamus lifted his face and gently spoke.
Chen Yi looked around at the seven Great Angels, then asked:
"My Solamus, where has Maisy gone?"
Solamus was taken aback.
It seed God had noticed Maisy’s departure, but when had God realized?
Had He just realized? Was it when Maisy had left? Or... before Maisy had left?
Solamus did not ponder deeply but imdiately answered God’s question:
"Lord, Maisy has left this place; we sent him to the earth to seek your pleasure."
Solamus was a Great Angel directly created by God, also one of the earliest angels created, and under no circumstances would Solamus deceive the divine.
God on the throne looked at Solamus, and after pondering for a mont, softly said:
"Solamus,"
"Maisy is to suffer on earth now."
Solamus incredulously lifted his head, and he was not the only one; the other Great Angels also looked up in astonishnt at the divine.
"God... what exactly is this?"
Solamus asked, trembling.
"Do you not understand?"
"How can angels born in Heaven imagine what the Mortal World is like?"
The seven Great Angels were stunned, their hearts suddenly filled with tumultuous waves, although they could not fully comprehend what God’s words ant.
But they all felt they had made a mistake.
They should not have let Maisy leave the Kingdom of God for the earth.
"Maisy suffers on earth, and those tribulations are like waves about to drown him."
God softly said.
"Oh God..."
"What, what should we do?!"
Solamus trembled all over; being the most intelligent, he was the first to understand God’s intent.
"God... we, can we leave this place, can we bring him back now?"
Kara spoke urgently.
Chen Yi looked around at the angels, seeing their gaze filled with urgency; with just one nod from Him, they would rush out of this dream to bring Maisy back imdiately.
"I understand that you hoped to find my pleasure on earth."
"But what significance do those pleasures have for ?"
"For such aningless matters, you sent Maisy down, thinking he would be loved and respected. Instead, he suffered undue insults and harm."
The Great Angels realized their grave mistake and bowed their heads in guilt, unable to utter a word.
"I must tell you,"
"now, Maisy does not wish to co back."
"He still believes in what he believes, he hasn’t given up hope, he hasn’t lost hope."
