"Don't worry, this ti that guy won't escape," John said confidently. Worrying about the safety of Sini and the others, he made a move and left World-in-Hand.
He appeared in the desert.
Although the lead Paladin of Light was gone, the remaining Paladins still operated as one unit, their coordination seamless. Sini and the others were struggling, already injured.
Fortunately, John had arrived just in ti.
"Hang in there a little longer," he called out to the others. Then, without further hesitation, he used the sa thod, directly pulling ten Paladins of Light into World-in-Hand.
Ten Eight-Star experts, working together, still posed a significant threat.
But in his World-in-Hand, John was confident he could handle them.
Without wasting any more words, he launched his attack.
Activating United Sword Domain, a surge of powerful laws energy flooded the area, and countless magical forces exploded, bombarding the ten Paladins relentlessly.
The ten Paladins managed to hold on for just a few rounds before they were utterly shattered.
They were soon overwheld by an avalanche of sword beams and endless magical attacks, and within monts, they were all dead.
[You have slain an Eight-Star Paladin of Light. Plunder ability activated.]
[Soul Technique 1,000, Magic Critical 5, Light Elent Body Conversion 1%]
...
The prompt continued to flash across the screen.
Killing these Paladins of Light would certainly allow him to Plunder their Soul Technique and Light Elent Body Conversion.
In just this short ti, John had already gained over 10,000 Soul Technique points and 11% Light Elent Body Conversion.
"Keep going!" he thought to himself. He once again left World-in-Hand and appeared in the endless wilderness.
At this point, only about sixty Paladins of Light remained, but they still coordinated effectively, their combined strength was still terrifying.
Sini and the others were still no match for them, but fortunately, their injuries weren't too serious.
John once again used World-in-Hand to deal with them. This ti, he pulled twenty Paladins of Light into World-in-Hand.
Facing the combined might of twenty, even with the power of World-in-Hand, John still felt so pressure.
Moreover, the attacks from these twenty were still a threat to his World-in-Hand.
Luckily, with the divine skill Creation and Destruction, he was able to stabilize the space.
John poured everything into the fight, even sustaining so injuries, but eventually, he managed to slay the twenty Paladins of Light.
Though it cost him quite a bit, the rewards were rich.
He had Plundered an additional 20,000 Soul Technique points and 20% Light Elent Body Conversion.
Not only that, but he also obtained two complete Hearts of the Continent and eleven regular Hearts of the Continent.
He collected everything and left World-in-Hand once again.
The remaining forty-seven Paladins of Light no longer posed a threat to them.
Especially with the powers of the underworld that Sini wielded, which had a significant restraining effect on them.
John collected the remaining Paladins, along with Sini and the others, into World-in-Hand. "Kid, how many Paladins of Light did you piss off?" Gaka, noticing that more Paladins had appeared in World-in-Hand, couldn't help but ask, puzzled.
John replied, "This is the last batch."
"Go!" He wasn't in the mood for small talk. With a single command, a surge of laws energy flowed through him, and he charged toward the Paladins first.
Holy Light flickered, and imnse power howled.
These forty-odd Paladins were all Eight-Star experts, and their combined attacks were on par with mid-Nine-Star experts.
The terrifying energy rippled through the air. World-in-Hand could hardly contain it. Cracks appeared in the space, and endless spatial turbulence surged, destroying everything in its path.
John remained unfazed.
As long as his World-in-Hand wasn't destroyed in an instant, with the help of divine skill Creation and Destruction, he could gradually repair the space.
With his United Sword raised high, Chaos Force surged, and Creation and Destruction activated.
A sharp sword beam sliced through the air, carrying an overwhelming, unbeatable force. Yet, instead of destroying the space, the fractured parts were slowly nded.
These Paladins of Light were no longer a threat to his World-in-Hand.
No longer having to worry about his surroundings, John let all the laws energy in his body gather. He unleashed his full strength, with magic skills roaring as they crashed down on the
Paladins.
"Damn it! Who the hell are you?" The Paladins grunted in pain as they were pumled, cursing loudly.
With the power of World-in-Hand supporting him, they were no match for John and the others. They could only passively take the blows.
They tried to escape, but this was John's World-in-Hand-there was nowhere to run.
"You scum of the Church of Light, die!" Sword Demon roared. A terrifying sword beam erupted, instantly slicing one Paladin in two.
He had followed John for a while, and during this ti, his strength had also improved.
The greatest weapon of these Paladins, their Spiritual power and combined attacks, were nothing in the face of John and his companions.
They had completely lost the advantage and were systematically taken down by John and his team, one after another.
Soon, only the last Paladin remained, severely injured and on the brink of death.
He glared at John, unable to resist. Weakly, he said, "Human, offending the Church of Light... you won't end well!"
Pfff...
John didn't bother with any further words. With a single sword strike, blood splattered, and the final Paladin fell beneath his blade. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
"That was quite a hassle," John said casually, wiping the blood off his longsword.
He had already made an enemy of the Celestial Vault organization, and now he had also
provoked the Church of Light.
He had offended the two major factions of the Realm of Chaos.
However, he didn't pay much attention to it. The Church of Light was powerful, but for now,
they wouldn't take action against him.
He stopped dwelling on the matter and checked the spoils of this battle.
He had gained over thirty thousand Soul Technique, and the conversion of the Light Elental Body had reached 69%.
Unfortunately, he hadn't managed to reach 100% conversion of the Light Elental Body.
Besides that, he had also acquired seven complete Hearts of the Continent, thirty-three regular Hearts of the Continent, and various light-attribute items.
He gathered them all up and didn't rush to refine them.
Buzz!
At that mont, a ripple of Spatial power surged, and dusa's figure appeared out of nowhere in his World-in-Hand.
The fact that the Paladins of Light hadn't left for a long ti made him curious.
But when he saw the surroundings, his face imdiately changed in shock.
The corpses of the Paladins of Light were scattered all around, and not a single one had
survived.
"Human, you... you actually managed to kill all these Paladins of Light!" He gasped, swallowing hard, a chill rising in his heart.
He knew well just how powerful the Paladins of Light were. Nearly a hundred of them working together could challenge even a late-stage Nine-Star expert.
This human, only at the Eight-Star level, had killed all these Paladins-this was too strange.
"John, seal the space! Don't let him get away!" Gaka was the first to react, quickly warning.
John understood and was about to seal the space.
But dusa reacted even faster. Upon seeing the Paladins of Light all slaughtered, he
imdiately prepared to flee.
Buzz!
A fluctuation of Spatial power, and his figure vanished.
"This ti, you won't escape," John said firmly, leaving World-in-Hand and arriving in the
Endless Desert.
"Mm, where is he?" He scanned the area, but dusa was nowhere to be found.
Just then, Sini and the others appeared.
Spoorate looked a bit flustered and quickly spoke, "Big brother, that guy ran into my World-
in-Hand."
"What? He ran into your World-in-Hand?" John's expression changed slightly.
Spoorate had only recently advanced to The Overseer rank and barely reached the late-stage
One-Star level. His World-in-Hand was still weak, and even if dusa was injured, he could
easily destroy it.
It seed that Spoorate's ability allowed him to travel freely between different worlds, but it required an entrance to be nearby.
John turned to Spoorate and quickly said, "Hurry, open your World-in-Hand. Also, everyone
else, open your World-in-Hand as well."
Most of the people around him were The Overseer rank, and with their World-in-
Hand connected, they could prevent dusa from escaping.
"Got it." Spoorate didn't hesitate and imdiately opened his World-in-Hand, connecting it
to the Endless Desert.
The others quickly entered.
John made sure to stabilize this world right away, sealing off the space to control dusa.
At this mont, dusa finally started to panic.
The destruction of Gran City, the connection between their World-in-Hand, ant he couldn't escape.
"Human, you can't kill !" He looked at John, hastily speaking.
John sneered, coldly saying, "If you want to live, tell how to enter the Mountains of
Immortals."
dusa looked at him and said, "To enter the Mountains of Immortals, you need a key. But the key is no longer in my hands."
"Key?" John coldly stared at him. This guy was crafty, and John didn't trust him. dusa sensed his suspicion and hurriedly explained, "I'm too weak to resist now, there's no
reason for to lie. And if the key were in my hands, I would have already refined the
Mountains of Immortals and controlled the entire Endless Desert."
John furrowed his brows. This guy didn't seem to be lying.
Furthermore, Gaka had said that once they entered the Mountains of Immortals, they could
refine the Endless Desert.
He asked again, "Where is the key?"
dusa hesitated for a mont before speaking, "Leviathan, who was once the guardian of
the Mountains of Immortals, betrayed Gaka, and the key was taken by him. But I don't know where he is, though he must be hiding sowhere in this desert."
"Leviathan?" John looked at Sword Demon, confused. Sword Demon shook his head. He had never heard of this person. However, since Leviathan was a guardian of the Mountains of Immortals, Gaka should know
who he was.
John's murderous intent filled the air as he coldly said, "You've already lost your value."
"Wha—?" dusa's expression changed, and he tried to flee.
Boom!
John raised his hand, the Dark Heaven's power of laws surged, and a Dark Orb howled through
the air, directly blasting him away.
dusa's massive body tumbled, his scales shattered, and his injuries worsened. He was on
the verge of death.
"Die!" John swung his United Sword, and a sharp sword beam flew toward him.
dusa, gravely injured, couldn't defend against this strike.
In despair, he closed his eyes, ready to accept his fate.
"Human, stop!" A light voice called out, and an apparition of a woman materialized, blocking
the sword beam and taking the brunt of the attack.
It was a massive energy body ford from Spiritual power.
"The Law of Light! You're also from the Church of Light?" John sensed the strong aura of light
emanating from the woman and warily asked.
