Arthur blinked as reality reasserted itself around him, the white space of the trial dissolving to reveal the familiar forest clearing. He stood exactly where he’d been before with the Winter Beast and Flamingo standing beside him.

His two summons remained in their exact positions, as if no ti had passed at all.

"How long was I gone for?" Arthur asked, still feeling the lingering sensation of the trial’s intensity. Days had seed to pass in that space of comprehension, maybe even longer.

The Winter Beast and Flamingo looked at each other before the creature responded through their telepathic link. "You disappeared... then appeared almost instantly, Master. As if you were always here. One mont you were standing beside us, the next you seed to flicker, and now you’re back."

Arthur nodded slowly. This aligned perfectly with what the Winter Beast had told him earlier. The trial existed in a separate dinsional space where ti flowed differently. He could be gone for days subjectively, yet it would appear as if he hadn’t even left in the external world.

"Interesting," Arthur murmured, then turned his attention inward to the flood of notifications waiting for his review.

There were so many.

[You have gained the domain: ’Origin Sanctuary’]

[You have unlocked a new talent effect!]

[New Talent Effect!]

SSS-Rank Talent: Primordial Summoner

Talent Effect #8: All new summons contracted below Superior-rank will automatically evolve to Superior-rank upon binding. All existing summons currently below Superior-rank will imdiately evolve to Superior-rank.

Arthur’s eyes widened as he processed the implications.

His mind imdiately began cataloguing which summons would be affected by this transformation. He pulled up his full summon roster ntally, identifying every creature currently operating below Superior-rank.

Hank, the hawk he’d contracted early on—currently Epic-rank. About to beco Superior.

Sunless, the skeleton with shadow talent—Epic-rank. Ascending to Superior.

Borak, the loyal hog. Superior-rank incoming.

George, his information specialist. Jumping to Superior.

His serpents, the ones he’d contracted for their utility rather than combat power—all Epic-rank. All about to transform.

Drake, his second draconic ally at Epic-rank, is about to receive a massive power boost.

The Red-Feathered Falcon he used for aerial reconnaissance at Epic-rank, ascending.

The Goblin King, who managed his resource networks in the village at Elite rank, was about to jump two entire ranks to Superior.

Roy, the bartender summoner who gathered information in social settings, is about to beco a Superior-rank intelligence asset.

Skyla, Hank’s mate, was also ascending to Superior-rank.

The list went on. Nearly half his summon roster was about to receive a fundantal transformation that would multiply their capabilities several tis over.

"This is incredible," Arthur breathed, genuine awe coloring his voice.

The implications were staggering.

Superior-rank represented a threshold where creatures gained significantly enhanced attributes, better skill access, and the foundation necessary to eventually pursue their own second-order advancent.

His entire force structure was about to shift upward in quality.

This change was fundantal in nature. Arthur didn’t just gain a power boost, but it altered his summoning by far. All his summons were now with s-rank talents at the very least, and his future summons will also have s-rank talents.

Arthur would no longer worry about evolving these weaker beasts to a superior rank. They would evolve automatically and reach a very well-placed strength in this world.

And this wasn’t a one-ti effect. Every future summon he contracted below Superior-rank would automatically ascend upon binding. Arthur would never have to worry about weak early-ga summons again—everything he recruited would start at minimum Superior-rank quality.

This is what 10% comprehension unlocks, Arthur realised with growing excitent. This is just the beginning of what my domain can do.

He could feel the domain itself now, a presence waiting just beneath the surface of his consciousness. ’Origin Sanctuary’—the na resonated with what he’d learned during the trial. A space where connections ford, where beings found sanctuary and evolution through partnership.

"Master?" The Winter Beast’s telepathic voice carried curiosity. "You feel different. How did the trial go?"

Arthur smiled. "I awakened my domain. Successfully passed the trial of comprehension."

Both legendary summons’ eyes widened with recognition of what that ant. The Flamingo’s twin heads bowed slightly in acknowledgent, while the Winter Beast’s eyes seed to glint with sothing approaching pride.

"Congratulations, Master. You’ve joined the ranks of true second-order beings. Those who can impose their will upon reality itself. You’ve also joined the list of talent-defying monsters that can awaken their domains within their first trial."

"And apparently, I’ve gained an additional talent effect that’s going to transform half my summon roster," Arthur added, still processing the magnitude of this developnt.

He could feel it happening even as he spoke—his contracted summons across both worlds beginning their simultaneous evolution. The system was already implenting the new talent effect, channelling power through the summoning bonds to forcibly elevate every creature below Superior-rank to that threshold.

Hank, currently fighting demons sowhere on Earth, would suddenly find his power imnsely risen. Borak would discover new strength flowing through his body. All of them, across continents and dinsions, were experiencing transformation because Arthur had successfully comprehended what summoning truly ant.

As for those in the trials of awakening their domain, they wouldn’t feel the change as their potential and rank were well above superior-rank.

"Aether should be returning soon from his own trial," Arthur mused, wondering how his void dragon companion had fared. "And all the others. Everyone reached level 25 simultaneously."

The implications of potentially having multiple domain-capable summons made Arthur’s tactical mind race with possibilities. If even a fraction of his legendary-rank summons succeeded in their trials, his force structure would beco truly terrifying.

But for now, he had his own domain to explore and understand.

"Let’s test this out," Arthur said, his smile widening with anticipation. "Ti to see what ’Origin Sanctuary’ can actually do."

...

Inside his own trial, Aether looked around curiously with his big round eyes at the surrounding area.

"WOOH! Is this the area that winter was talking about? Is master around here? Why can’t I see him? Hm...Maybe he is in a different dinsion, I suppose." Aether muttered curiously.
