Arthur’s living shadow peeled away from his body, dropping silently into the water below. The sentient darkness moved with purpose, spreading beneath the flamingo’s position like a pool of liquid night.

The creature didn’t notice—couldn’t notice—as many attacks consud its awareness completely.

Whoosh!

Arthur teleported them to ground level, landing on the ice the Winter Beast had ford. He dismounted Aetherion smoothly, katana already drawn and gleaming with deadly promise.

"Final phase. Aether, use Dinsional Slash when I give the signal. Winter Beast, prepare ice spears—target the legs. Bloom, Cackle Queen, maintain ntal pressure."

"Roger that, Master!" Aether’s enthusiasm remained undiminished despite the blood-soaked battlefield.

The Winter Beast’s silence carried absolute readiness, ice crystallizing around its form in preparation.

Arthur walked toward the flamingo with deliberate steps, each footfall echoing across the weakening domain. His shadow moved beneath the creature, spreading wider, preparing for its role.

This is what legendary rank looks like when stripped of advantages, Arthur reflected, studying the flamingo’s pitiful state. Just another beast that gambled everything on domain superiority and lost.

The flamingo’s four eyes focused on Arthur’s approach, recognition flickering through pain and confusion. It tried to attack, tried to defend, but psychic assault and mana depletion had reduced it to desperate flailing.

Splash... splash...

Weak water tendrils ford and collapsed imdiately, unable to maintain coherence.

Arthur raised his katana, spatial energy crackling along the blade’s edge. "Shadow Bind!"

The flamingo’s living shadow erupted upward, dark tendrils wrapping around the flamingo’s legs with supernatural strength. The creature shrieked as its movent beca completely restricted, trapped by darkness that ignored physical resistance.

SHRIEK! SHRIEK!

"Winter Beast—spears!"

Massive ice projectiles materialized instantly, launching toward the flamingo’s legs with lethal intent.

Crack! Slash! Crack!

The spears punched through weakened defenses, shattering bone and severing tendons. The flamingo collapsed forward, both legs crippled as blood pooled beneath its massive form.

"AHAHAHAHA! FALLING! BREAKING! DYING!" The Cackle Queen’s laughter reached manic heights.

"Yes... collapse... surrender... end..." Bloom’s psychotic whispers intensified.

Arthur moved with surgical precision, his katana becoming a blur of spatial-enhanced strikes. He targeted vital points systematically—arteries, organs, neural clusters—each cut designed for maximum damage with minimum wasted motion.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

The flamingo tried to form water armor around its vulnerable necks, but Arthur’s blade cut through the defenses like they didn’t exist. Spatial manipulation allowed him to bypass conventional physics, his attacks operating on dinsional levels that transcended normal matter.

SHRIEK!

One head fell silent as Arthur’s katana severed critical connections, the left neck going limp as life faded from those eyes.

This is taking too long, Arthur thought with frustration. Legendary durability is keeping it alive despite catastrophic damage. Ti to accelerate.

"Aether—Dinsional Slash! Target the remaining neck!"

The void dragon responded instantly, his eyes blazing with spatial power. "Okay, Master! Here cos the super-duper space cut!"

Whoosh!

An invisible rift tore through reality itself, the dinsional slash ignoring physical matter entirely as it carved through the space the flamingo’s remaining neck occupied.

Slash!

The second head separated cleanly, tumbling into the bloody water as the legendary creature’s body finally went still.

[You have slain a Level 26 Tidal Flamingo (Legendary-rank)]

The domain collapsed imdiately, the tropical paradise dissolving as its creator’s death severed all supernatural connections. Reality snapped back to the forest, leaving them standing in a clearing surrounded by trees instead of endless water.

Arthur stood among the carnage, blood dripping from his katana as he surveyed the massive corpse before him. His summons had perford flawlessly, each contributing exactly when needed to overwhelm a theoretically superior opponent.

"Good work, everyone," he said, sheathing his blade.

"That was super fun, Master!" Aether chirped, shrinking back to kitten size and perching on Arthur’s shoulder. "Can we fight more big, scary birds?"

The Cackle Queen’s laughter finally subsided into satisfied giggles, while Bloom’s consciousness radiated dark contentnt at the successful kill.

The Winter Beast remained silent, but Arthur could sense approval through their connection.

Level 26 legendary with domain advantages, Arthur thought, checking his status. Still not enough for level 25. The threshold is high.

Still, Arthur wasn’t disheartened, he had expected this outco.

He was satisfied that the experience gained was substantial. However, sothing else had put a smile on his face.

He was finally able to summon a new summon, but once again, the sa issue popped up. He didn’t have enough space, which led him to once again get rid of one of the summons he had.

This ti, Arthur didn’t pick the demons; he picked one of the betals he had summoned initially. Unfortunately, these beetles had low potential; they had evolved only once after he had first summoned them. But the requirents grew more difficult, and beetles weren’t really a powerful race of monsters anyway.

With that in mind, Arthur accessed his summoning space and activated his primordial summoning talent to get rid of the betal.

The beetle that had been fighting a demon on earth suddenly felt its life force drain and its existence fade. In the short span of a few seconds, the beetle perished its body turning into ashes that flew with the wind.

’Thank you for your hardwork,’ Arthur had whispered to it before letting it go.
