At the sa ti, hiding in a corner, Johnnie overheard what Borg had said. His brows furrowed tightly.
A ritual?
Could it be that the Six-Ard Demons he had just killed weren’t attacked by so unknown enemy — but were actually part of Borg’s ritual?
Johnnie had a bad feeling in his gut. If a whole race was willing to sacrifice their own to perform a ritual, the benefits must be huge — way more than the losses.
If the Six-Ard Demons gained power, it would be a huge threat to the strong people of the Universe Continent, and especially to humans on Earth.
At that mont, the Dragon King spoke.
"I think these deadly wounds were made by a sharp weapon — probably a long sword."
Borg’s face flickered with a mont of surprise. He thought for a second, then asked.
"Do you know who did it?"
The Dragon King shook his head. "Not sure. There’s a strong power in these wounds. If it was that person, he probably couldn’t use that power yet."
The person the Dragon King was talking about was Johnnie.
In his long history, he had faced countless enemies. But no one had hurt him as much as Johnnie. If it hadn’t been for his quick escape, he might have already been dead.
If Johnnie hadn’t shown up, his plan with the Lizardman to get the Dragon Pulse would have gone smoothly. He wouldn’t be in this ss now.
Thinking about this, the Dragon King couldn’t help but say."Borg, giving only ten percent of the divine ore is too little. If it weren’t for , you’d still be waiting for ages to get into this world."
"I need more divine ore to strengthen myself, so I can kill that damn Johnnie!"
Borg didn’t answer. Instead, he extended all six arms toward the Dragon King, as if ready to attack the mont the Dragon King said anything.
The Dragon King looked at Borg deeply, then slowly lowered his head, hiding his expression as he said,
"Okay... fine, I’ll do it your way."
Inside, he was full of regret. These Star Raiders were so shaless — they didn’t even follow the original agreent.
Borg was satisfied with the Dragon King’s reaction. In his eyes, all living beings in this world were weak and had no right to bargain with him.
Back on the Lizardman side, the Way of Heaven Divine Stele hadn’t been destroyed, and the Dragon Pulse wasn’t in their hands.
As for the Bio-Humans, the first ones who entered the Thunder Realm had completely lost contact, and the space passage had been closed.
If it weren’t for that, he wouldn’t have had to sacrifice his own people to break the seal.
Borg took a deep breath and ordered the other Six-Ard Demons to collect the bodies on the ground.
Then he went to the spot where the bodies had been, and with a powerful stamp on the ground, a long column more than three ters long broke through the earth.
Borg picked it up, then carefully checked the surroundings. After making sure everything was normal, he left with the others.
Only after the Dragon King and Borg had left did Johnnie finally co out from his hiding place.
Borg seed worried about anything else going wrong, and so he gave up his previous thod. During the whole ti, Johnnie didn’t hear any more screams from the Six-Ard Demons, and he didn’t et any more injured or unconscious ones.
Johnnie instinctively said to the Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword."Well, now you won’t get your buffet anymore."
The Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword needed to kill a lot of Six-Ard Demons to be repaired. Johnnie had just killed those unconscious ones, and he called it a buffet.
The Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword gave a small shudder, and suddenly turned into a cute little girl with golden hair.
"Master, I’ve regained a lot of power after killing those evil guys. There’s a super evil being here, but it’s sealed up and can’t wake up for now."
When Johnnie heard what the Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword said, he imdiately thought of what Borg had said earlier.
Was Borg sacrificing his own people in that ritual just to break the seal and wake up that super evil being?
Johnnie’s face turned serious. He quickly asked."What do you an by that super evil being? How does it compare to that huge Six-Ard Demon we just fought?"
The Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword thought for a mont, then answered,
"Let put it this way, Master. The Six-Ard Demon you just killed is like a kid who’s only twelve or thirteen. But the one that’s sealed up is like a strong adult."
Borg, who had the strength of a Highgod, could fight on equal ground with the Divine Kings of the Universe Continent. And even he was compared to a child by the Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword.
So how powerful and evil must the sealed being be?
Johnnie took a deep breath and put the question aside for now. He looked at the information on the Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword.

Deep inside the Dark Hollow Cave, on a large circular platform, all of Borg’s Six-Ard Demons were kneeling, heads low, on the platform.
Borg took a deep breath, his expression showing a hint of excitent. He looked at the Dragon King and said casually.
"I saw that accident earlier. To avoid sothing like that happening again, I changed the way I do the ritual."
The Dragon King nodded, but he looked confused as he watched Borg.
Borg then said slowly."Gathering all the sacrifices together ans we’ll need more divine ore."
The Dragon King lowered his head. His golden eyes suddenly narrowed, like a cold, poisonous snake, watching Borg with a sharp glance from the corner of his eye.
He quickly understood what Borg ant. They had agreed on half a Half-God Ore, but now it had been cut down to ten percent — and now it was going to get even less?
Before the Dragon King could respond, Borg turned and walked to the circular platform, starting to work.
The Dragon King slowly raised his head, clenched his fists tightly, and walked to a corner, taking deep breaths to calm himself down.
At the sa ti, the scattered stones around the platform began to break apart silently.
The Dragon King, standing in the corner, saw this but didn’t say a word to warn Borg.
Then, a sharp and painful scream filled the air.
"Master Borg! It’s a big spatial turbulence!" shouted a Six-Ard Demon with one arm missing.
Borg’s huge body turned around suddenly. He quickly looked around, then pulled out a small yellow copper bell the size of a palm.
In an instant, the bell expanded in the wind, growing into a huge copper bell that covered all the Six-Ard Demons.
Before the bell fell completely, the Dragon King also ran into the area it covered.
When Johnnie saw the bell, Skye’s voice suddenly echoed in his mind:
"Johnnie, that’s the Eastern Emperor’s Bell — an artifact!"
"It has strong defensive power, almost as good as my shield. And it can trap enemies too!"
Johnnie finally understood why Borg had brought so many Six-Ard Demons and none of them were hurt by the spatial turbulence. It was all because of the Eastern Emperor’s Bell.
But why hadn’t Borg used it during the battle before?
Johnnie was about to think it through, but just then, he saw a white figure standing in the middle of the crumbling rocks!
Who was that?
Borg also saw the figure and gritted his teeth, shouting."Damn it, why haven’t you disappeared yet?"
"No one can stop from waking up Lord Weston!"
Johnnie thought the figure looked a bit blurry, like it wasn’t real.
Just as he was confused, AureonHuman Emperor’s voice ca in, full of respect."Johnnie, that’s a God Emperor’s Divine Soul. I didn’t expect there was another strong person here who’s so respectable."
AureonHuman Emperor explained that when soone reached the Divine Thearch level, as long as their Divine Soul wasn’t hurt, even if their body was destroyed, they could rebuild it and return to their strongest state.
But this God Emperor had chosen not to rebuild his body. Instead, he had rged his Divine Soul with the cave, creating a strong seal.
Before Johnnie could hear more from AureonHuman Emperor, the white figure suddenly moved — and flew straight toward the Eastern Emperor’s Bell!
