After Johnnie asked his question, only Caron and Aiden’s faces changed suddenly among everyone in the room.
Aiden forced a slightly stiff smile and looked up slightly as he answered:
"Right now, we need to make sure we have enough strength. You are very important to the entire Montemar Empire, and even more important to Earth. We can’t afford any mistakes."
"Yeah, Johnnie, if sothing happens to you, these people won’t just cooperate easily. We should think carefully and not act on impulse." Caron added, looking at Lisa, the chanical Domains, and others.
Johnnie looked at Aiden and Caron with a half-smile, and nodded.
"You’re right. Let think about it again."
"The eting is over for now. Everyone can go."
Aiden and Caron didn’t want to leave, but everyone else was watching them closely.
Aiden awkwardly rubbed his nose. He knew Johnnie probably had sothing more to say.
Everyone stayed still, all eyes on Aiden and Caron.
The two of them still had so pride, so they had no choice but to leave in a hurry.
Johnnie watched their backs as they left, his eyes full of thought.
He had always thought that Aiden and Caron had been interfering in the fight because they wanted him to die.
But now, it seed his earlier guess was wrong.
After all, Johnnie had now gained the body of the Nine Heavens Tribulation Lightning, mastered the Thunder of the Celestial Vengeance, and obtained the Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword — things that Aiden and Caron didn’t know about.
So why was Aiden so worried just now?
Johnnie took a deep breath and thought, it must be that Aiden and Caron wanted sothing from him.
That’s why they didn’t want to take any risks and attack first.
Was it a sacred artifact?
Or sothing else?
Johnnie didn’t know for sure, but he could use this to control Aiden and Caron.
All these thoughts happened in just a few quick breaths, and Johnnie had already decided how to deal with the two of them next.
"Lord Johnnie, are we really going to take the initiative?" Seth asked.
Johnnie nodded and didn’t explain much. He just said."I’ve improved a lot. I should be strong enough to handle those Six-Ard Demons."
Hearing this, the old leader’s eyes brightened again.
He trusted Johnnie completely, and he didn’t want to give up the Montemar Empire.
Then, Johnnie first had Lisa’s subordinate, the Divine Powerhouse, leave, and then he started explaining his plan to the others.
...
On the other side, after leaving the eting room, Aiden and Caron went to another room.
Caron looked worried and asked."What if Johnnie gets killed? I won’t be able to do the Soul Transference anymore."
Aiden took a deep breath and kept thinking.
The Soul Transference to the Heaven’s Chosen required a lot of preparation, and most importantly, it needed the trust of those Heaven’s Chosen.
Right now, Douglas trusted them a lot, but Johnnie had always been against them.
Aiden didn’t know why, but normally, people who had lived for thousands of years as Immortality Cultivators would be respected by others.
But only Johnnie had shown a bad attitude from the very beginning.
"Johnnie can’t die. If there’s no other choice, we’ll just have to follow him into the Dark Forest." Aiden thought for a long ti, but couldn’t co up with a better idea.
Caron frowned and said."So you’re saying we should be Johnnie’s bodyguards?"
"What else can we do? If Johnnie dies, can you find soone else for Soul Transference?" Aiden said impatiently.
It was really annoying to have to protect soone you didn’t like.
"Relax." Aiden said, making up his mind. "If things get too dangerous, we’ll run and avoid risks as much as possible."
After all, besides Johnnie, Douglas, and Crysic, there were still three other Heaven’s Chosen who hadn’t shown up yet.
They still had options.
Caron nodded but said nothing. His eyes quietly looked at Aiden.
At that mont, a question ford in his mind.
Johnnie was his Soul Transference partner, but why did he feel that Aiden cared more about Johnnie than he did?
...
Night on Earth.
Johnnie stood in the courtyard of his villa, staring at the stars in the sky, lost in thought.
A figure slowly appeared behind him — it was Crysic.
"If sothing dangerous happens tomorrow, promise you’ll stay safe." Crysic said softly.
She clenched her fists, her eyes full of worry.
Compared to the safety of the Montemar Empire or the future of Earth, what Crysic cared about most was Johnnie.
She had always been helping Johnnie with small tasks, just to ease his burden a little.
As for Johnnie’s relationships with other won, Crysic also said she understood.
No matter what, she just wanted Johnnie to be okay.
Johnnie turned around, took a deep breath, and opened his arms.
Crysic naturally stepped into his embrace, resting her head on his chest and listening to his strong heartbeat.
"Relax, I don’t usually do things without a plan." Johnnie gently patted her back.
Crysic had been with him the longest, and Johnnie had gotten used to her presence.
He felt her soft body in his arms, and his body gave a slight shiver.
"Johnnie, am I just too useless? I’ve given you so much, but I still haven’t really helped you."
"If I were stronger, you wouldn’t have to do dangerous things." Crysic said quietly.
Johnnie shook his head and said."Don’t think like that. Having you by my side makes things much easier for ."
"It’s fine. I’ll deal with those Star Raiders."
Crysic hugged him tightly. At that mont, her desire to get stronger was stronger than ever.
She had to work harder — only then could she help Johnnie more.
"Let’s go to the room." Johnnie said, holding Crysic in his arms. His body reacted.
Crysic’s face turned slightly red. She was wearing just a thin nightgown, and she could feel his warmth and hardness.
But tomorrow, they were going into the Dark Forest to face the powerful Six-Ard Demons. She couldn’t let his mood drop now.
"It’s fine. You know how strong I am. That kind of thing is just a way to relax for ." Johnnie said without hesitation, lifting her up by the hips and walking into the bedroom.
Tired?
Not at all — unless it was Crysic, Cecilia, and others all together.
After Johnnie promised again and again that it wouldn’t affect their mission the next day, Crysic finally slowly took off her nightgown, revealing her pale and sexy body.
"Uh... gently." she moaned softly as she felt the hot and hard thing inside her.
Her body wrapped around Johnnie like an octopus, pressing her soft and firm chest against his, rubbing against his chest as her body shook.
A wave of pleasure rushed over her, and with the rhythm of the movents, she quickly tensed up.
"Harder! Yes, yes, I can’t take it anymore."
"Johnnie, Johnnie, hold ..." Her voice was weak and sweet.
After Johnnie finished, she was already too tired to open her eyes and fell asleep.
Johnnie gently touched her face.
From the very beginning, Crysic had followed him without hesitation, always supporting him.
Most of the ti, Johnnie worked so hard, not just to protect Earth, but to protect everyone important around him.
"Lizardn, Six-Ard Demons, Bio-Humans... and even stronger Star Raiders."
"I needed to get stronger faster, reach Stage 10 as soon as possible, maybe even break through the Heavenly Tribulation to beco a Domain."Johnnie took a deep breath, held Crysic close, and fell asleep.
The next morning, before Crysic woke up, Johnnie was already gone.
Universe Continent, Montemar Empire, The Chinese City.
Johnnie stood outside The Chinese City, looking at Lisa and her subordinates, the chanical Domain, the young people from the Guardian Village, and Dylan.
He walked up to Dylan, patted his shoulder, and said."I’ll leave this place in your hands."
Dylan looked at Johnnie with a little sadness. He really wanted to go with Johnnie, but his strength wasn’t enough — he had to stay behind in The Chinese City.
"Be careful. We’re all waiting for you to co back victorious." Dylan said, clenching his fist.
Johnnie nodded. The Map of Heaven and Earth flew out, pulling Seth and others in.
Once they entered the Dark Forest and reached the Haldrem Empire, Johnnie would need soone to open the protective barrier and give him spiritual energy.
As for Lisa, the Divine Powerhouse from Haldrem Empire, and the chanical one, they would draw the attention of the Six-Ard Demons to cover his actions.
Before leaving, Johnnie looked up at The Chinese City. He could feel Aiden and Caron’s energy.
This made him even more sure that Aiden and Caron were up to sothing.
But right now, the main problem was the Six-Ard Demons.
Johnnie took a deep breath, summoned his Void Sword, and used the "Fly with the Controlled Sword" technique, heading straight toward the Dark Forest.
Soon, he started seeing so weaker Six-Ard Demons wandering around in the forest.
Without hesitation, Johnnie pulled out the Evil-Slaying Thunder Sword and started killing.
