Roar... roar...

In the forest, the deep roars of monsters echoed through the trees.

Many players had gathered in groups to attack werewolves at Stage 1 and Stage 9.

In the sa level, monsters were significantly stronger. Even with a group of players, they had to be very careful.

"Archers, pull them back! Healers, keep healing, don’t let the knight’s health drop below half!"

A series of shouts ca from a small team of five players, who were skillfully pulling the werewolves.

Johnnie saw this scene, and it felt like a mory from another life.

In his previous life, he had gone through the sa thing, slowly and painfully growing stronger.

But now, he was powerful enough that he didn’t need to team up. If he did, it was only to let others clean up the battlefield for him.

As for strong monsters, if he couldn’t handle them, ordinary players certainly couldn’t.

Johnnie didn’t pay attention to those players and walked straight toward the village chief’s residence.

Dylan had already investigated and found that all the Undead Realms in the novice village were located in the village chief’s house.

Johnnie t the village chief of Novice Village No. 576.

He was a tall, imposing middle-aged man, bare-chested, hamring the rough shape of a long sword.

This seed to be a blacksmith.

Around him, many players were watching, and so even approached to try to get a quest.

But the middle-aged blacksmith paid no attention to them and kept hamring the sword in his hands.

"Look, another guy is about to get his head handed to him," one player said with a sneer when he saw Johnnie approaching.

"Hey, this guy’s gear looks cool. It doesn’t look like starter gear," a pretty priestess girl stared at Johnnie, her eyes shining.

"Hmph, what’s the point of looking good? It’s not like it’s a divine artifact," her teammate said, clearly annoyed.

Johnnie didn’t care about the surrounding conversation. He looked at the middle-aged blacksmith and asked, "Are you the village chief here?"

The village chief frowned and stopped what he was doing. With a cold tone, he said, "There’s no quest for you here. And with your strength, you should leave the novice village already."

This guy was clearly trying to get Johnnie to leave.

He thought about the special nature of the novice village. Once a player left, they couldn’t return.

He didn’t know if it had anything to do with this special Undead Realm.

Johnnie didn’t care. He said, "I heard there’s a special Undead Realm here. I ca to check it out."

The village chief frowned again, and a flash of cold light appeared in his eyes. He coldly said, "I don’t know what you’re talking about. My novice village doesn’t welco you. Leave now, or don’t bla for being rude!"

"Oh, are you going to attack ?" Johnnie said with a mocking expression. His Void Sword appeared in his hand, and he looked at the blacksmith village chief with a taunting look.

"Die!" The village chief didn’t even bother to pretend anymore. He grabbed the long sword he was forging, gave it a slight shake, and a flash of cold light shot out as he charged forward.

"Too slow," Johnnie shook his head. The Void Sword glowed, and he struck first.

Plop!

-20,000

The damage number flashed. The village chief had only 20,000 health points. In an instant, it was completely drained, and he was instantly killed.

[Announcent: Player Johnnie has killed the village chief of Novice Village No. 576. Novice Village No. 576 has disappeared.]

...

Three announcents rang out. With the village chief dead, the novice village disappeared right after.

The players watching in shock were stunned. Only now did they realize, and their faces were full of amazent.

"Johnnie! He, he’s Johnnie guru!"

"Wow, I just entered the novice village, and I saw Johnnie guru! Does that an I’m also a chosen one?"

"Johnnie guru, I’m your fan, no, you’re my fan! Can you sign my autograph?"

The players went wild, surrounding the area so tightly that no one could get through.

Johnnie frowned and said, "Sorry, I have sothing to take care of. Everyone, move aside."

He pushed his way out of the crowd. According to Dylan’s information, the special Undead Realm was in the old village chief’s house.

Boom!

Johnnie didn’t feel like searching. He raised his sword and let out a thunderous noise, directly destroying the slightly dilapidated thatched house.

Whoosh!

A gust of cold wind blew, and a cave opened below. It was the Undead Realm.

"Is it really true that every novice village has one?" Johnnie frowned and stepped inside.

[Ding. You have entered a special hidden realm: Undead Cavern.]

The ssage appeared, and Johnnie entered.

It was the sa as the Undead Cavern he had explored before. There were also many stage 6 powerful Wraith Soldiers here.

But these guys were no match for him at all.

Johnnie didn’t waste ti. He summoned Seven Sword and Dragon Patterned Sword, and used The Technique of Swordsmanship for Controlling Swords. With Void Sword in hand, he charged forward.

[You have killed a stage 6, level 1 Skeleton Archer. Gained 20 experience points, The Intensity of the Soul 1.]

...

The ssages kept coming. Johnnie’s experience and The Intensity of the Soul kept increasing.

"Stage 6 Undead monsters!" Soone shouted in surprise. Many players followed Johnnie into the cave, staring at the piles of loot, their eyes wide and their expressions greedy.

Finally, soone couldn’t hold back and moved toward a stage 6 white boots.

Whoosh!

A flash of cold light, and a flying sword shot through the air. Without surprise, the player was imdiately killed.

Johnnie’s cold voice rang out: "If you don’t want to die, get out of here."

The players finally realized. Rembering Johnnie’s previous battles where he had slaughtered players, they no longer dared to take any chances.

"Guru, don’t misunderstand, we’re leaving right now."

They looked at the loot on the ground, but still left the cave.

Even if the equipnt was tempting, you had to have the life to pick it up.

Johnnie didn’t care about ordinary gray equipnt. If these guys were only picking up gray gear, he would have turned a blind eye.

But these people were too greedy, eyeing the white and green quality gear.

Even though he didn’t look down on these items, they could still be used to equip his subordinates and boost their strength.

"The Red Carp, help clean up the battlefield," Johnnie said.

His Dragon Patterned Sword glowed, and it transford into The Red Carp.

Trapped in The Shadow Abyss, The Red Carp and Maiev had always been the ones cleaning up the battlefield.

Both of them had been granted the privilege by The Map of Heaven and Earth’s soul, allowing them to store items in the Canvas of Illusions.

Inside, the gear was piled high, all of it stage 5 or higher, powerful equipnt.

To be honest, if Johnnie wanted to, he could arm a ten-thousand-strong elite army.

"Master, where are we?" The Red Carp looked around, feeling the thick death aura, and frowned.

She was afraid she would be trapped in another special realm again.

Johnnie said, "Don’t worry, it’s just an Undead Cavern. You can leave anyti."

"An Undead Cavern? The novice village has such a special realm?" The Red Carp was confused but didn’t think too much about it, and started picking up the loot on the ground.

Johnnie continued deeper, killing the Undead monsters.

Soon, he encountered an Undead Warlord in the depths of the cave. It was the sa as the one in the Novice Village No. 433 ruins — a stage 7 elite boss, and a forr general of the Haldrem Empire.

Johnnie attacked and easily killed him.

This Undead Warlord also dropped a Soul Pearl, a fragnt of the Dark Forest map, and a green warrior spear.

Sure enough, killing these Undead Warlords would drop fragnts of the Dark Forest map.

Johnnie collected everything. He also found a realm treasure chest, which gave him dozens of Equipnt Enhancent Stones and Spirit Stones.

Unfortunately, not a Spirit Pearl.

The quest to advance as The Mage of the Five Elents still required slaying monsters with corresponding elental attributes and increasing the Five Elents Gift.

This was not an urgent matter right now.

"Let’s go, head to the next novice village," Johnnie recalled The Red Carp and left the Undead Cavern.

With the village chief killed, the novice village was destroyed, and a large number of monsters flooded in. The players here were in trouble.

But as long as they reached stage 1, level 10, they could change class in the nearby city.

Johnnie didn’t care. He flew with the Controlled Sword and quickly left.

Soon, he entered another novice village, did the sa thing, killed the village chief, and found the Undead Cavern.

Dylan’s guess was right — every novice village had an Undead Cavern.

This was a one-ti realm. After killing the Undead monsters there, the cave completely disappeared.

Similarly, the novice village also vanished, and a large number of monsters flooded in, causing chaos for the players in the novice village.

The world chat channel and online forums already had many players upset with Johnnie.

At this point, he had already destroyed eight novice villages and gathered all nine fragnts of the Dark Forest map, which could be combined into a complete Dark Forest map.

Johnnie didn’t continue searching for more Undead Caverns.

He realized that to destroy those Undead Caverns, he had to kill the old village chief, making the novice village disappear.

And once the novice village disappeared, it would no longer exist. The players in the novice village would all be affected.

New players entering later would find it harder to grow.

Johnnie decided to hold off on eliminating the Wraith Soldiers until he found a solution.

He had to deal with these guys. Otherwise, if so many Wraith Soldiers suddenly erupted, it would be a huge threat.

[Ding. You have obtained the complete Dark Forest map.]

The ssage appeared. Johnnie put the nine map fragnts together in his hands and got the complete map, which detailed everything about the Dark Forest.

"The Shadow Realm?" A massive city in the center of the map caught his attention.

There was a country inside the Dark Forest.

The Shadow Realm. It had to be related to Pluto. The people inside were definitely Pluto’s followers.

He had to destroy this country!

Johnnie noted the location in the deepest part of the Dark Forest. Going in deep would be quite difficult.

This wasn’t urgent. Right now, the most important thing was to complete the task of The White Spirit Tiger — to find the ruins of the Four Sacred Beasts and awaken the other three Sacred Beast avatars.

Not found?

Johnnie frowned and searched carefully.

The map showed many ruins and cities, but there was no sign of the ruins of the Four Sacred Beasts.

Were they not in the Dark Forest?

Johnnie was confused. The White Spirit Tiger wouldn’t lie to him. The only possible explanation was that the ruins of the Four Sacred Beasts had been completely destroyed, and the Dark Forest map couldn’t show them.

He slid his finger across the map and stopped at the ruins of a city.

"The ruins of Azurecloud City — could it be related to the Haldrem Empire?"

Johnnie thought of a hidden quest he had — to find Princess Lisa of the Haldrem Empire.

Since he couldn’t find any information about the ruins of the Four Sacred Beasts, he decided to go check out the ruins of Azurecloud City. Maybe he could complete this hidden quest there.
